Generation of electricity by wind energy is playing an important role to reduce environmental pollution; comparatively low cost with unlimited source of energy makes it more attractive. Present research work has been carried out considering these aspects which have serious negative impacts on environment and economy. This study presents mapping of wind speed over the province of Sindh (Pakistan) using spatial interpolation of wind speed data. Spatial distribution of monthly wind speed was found largely influenced by topography. It is to be noted that there is no research recorded relative to the interpolation methods in wind speed data of Sindh region. The purpose of this study is to predict the wind potential for meteorologically unobserved area of Sindh( Pakistan) to predict the feasibility of electricity generation. In the present research, for modeling nineteen different locations were selected. Four year wind speed data for Sindh, recorded by meteorological department of Pakistan, is used in this study. This study emphasized on deriving a gridded dataset of monthly wind speed from wind station observations with deeper analysis of the influence of topography on wind speed in Sindh. Three interpolation methods have been compared, that is Inverse Distance weighting (IDW), Radial Basis Function (RBF) and Residual Kriging (RK). A detailed study of relation between wind speed and different topographical factors, such as elevation, slope, latitude and longitude, it was revealed that, the correlation between latitude, longitude and wind speed is most appropriate. Regression model is used to remove the trend in spatial distribution of wind speed. The residuals are then interpolated onto a regular grid using, Kriging. Error analysis is performed by cross-validation. The residual Kriging procedure is found to be an excellent method compared to IDW or RBF methods, with RMSE error) and R 2 (root mean squared (correlation coefficient) values showing outstanding results. The Residual Kriging was chosen to interpolate the monthly wind speed in unobserved areas of Sindh. All the work has been done in GIS(Geographic information systems) and interpolation techniques . In order to test the applicability and benefit of the model, a case study has been discussed with three main issues, that is, the energy generation, environmental benefits and economical aspects. This research has provided a valuable information to decide best available interpolation method as well as most suitable site for wind farmind.

كورٹ ميرج كى شرعى حيثيت

Court Marriage means a marriage that a wise and mature boy & girl performs only by mutual consent to court and performs some legal requirements without permission of their parents. Due to distance from religion, misuse of media, co-education, vulgarity and male female freely intimacy, in our Islamic society the trend of this marriage is increasing every day. The process of giving more proof of this marriage by judicial decisions and some religious circles has also played an important role in promoting it. Mostly, the result of this is girls run from their homes, parental insult, and destruction of their own lives, public disturbance and social disorder. Today’s need was that in a neutral way this important social issue should be discussed and by giving independent research, the issue of parents’ permission for marriage, particularly for the girl, should be presented in the light of Islamic teachings and in this regard different opinions of the scholars should also be analyzed. So on one side, where the importance of parent's role in marriage will be highlighted, on the other hand, we can be protected from social destruction, ruination of the family system and public disturbance. The following article is presented in detail on this subject.

Estimation of Biodiversity and Physio-Genetic Parameters for Drought Tolerance in Maize Zea Mays L.

Maize genotypes including 64 in number were evaluated at early stage in greenhouse with the soil having 40-100% moisture levels for different seedling parameters on various genetic analysis revealed that the highest estimates of heritability were found for root fresh weight, root volume and shoot fresh weight, at 40% soil moisture providing the evidence that these plant characters are under the control of additive genetic effects. The results showed that selection should evolve the genetic material with improved characteristics within short time. The single linkage cluster analysis and principle component analysis identified the variation among these parameters and in genotypes under the different moisture levels. Genotypes 21 in number with moderately tolerant and drought susceptible backgrounds were further evaluated by using Inter simple sequence repeats markers to ascertain their biodiversity. So 14 number of parents with determined diversity were finally selected and were crossed in line x tester fashion and their F1 along with their related parents were grown using randomized complete block design with 3 replications under normal and 50% of normal irrigation field conditions. All the cultural and other practices were kept uniform to both plantings except irrigation. Various agronomic and physiological parameters were recorded and analyzed for analysis of variance, genotypic and phenotypic correlation, principle component analysis, cluster analysis, general combining ability analysis and specific combining ability analysis for both conditions. Highest range of broad sense heritability with higher genetic advance regarding different plant characteristics depicted that these plant characters were controlled by additive genetic effects. So, it indicates that a fast genetic improvement is found in the experimental material. Clusters with superior genotypes showed the genetic potential of accession to transfer the desirable genes to improve yield in maize. The best combiners for both normal and 50% of normal irrigation field conditions were L3 x T4 (015114 x EV-6098), L9 x T4 (015129 x EV-6098), L9 x T1 (015129 x Sahiwal-2002). These crosses might be useful as transgressive seggregants in subsequent generations. The lines viz 014955, 015084, 015114, Sahiwal-2002, Agaiti-2002, Ev-5098 and Ev-6098 were found as best parents. These lines may be exploited in future breeding program for drought conditions. On the basis of different inheritance pattern of each parameter, it was suggested that overall performance of the lines and their all possible combinations might be more useful while selecting for water stress condition.
