Diabetes is a serious metabolic disorder, and plenty of medicinal plants are used parallel to synthetic drugs having no side effects and many existing medicines are derived from the plants. This study aims to evaluate selected indigenous medicinal plants,Chichoriumintybus,Trigonellafoenumgraecum, Saussaurealappa, Lipidiumsativum, Nigellasativa, their formulations [{S11 (S3:S8),S12(S3:S5:S6:S7:S8)}],and a mushroom Morchellaconica to target diabetes from different aspects, and add in the available treatments with cytotoxicity, in vitro and in vivo especially focusing on formulations and M.conica. The crude methanolic extracts of samples were evaluated for phytochemical determination following invitro assays with optimized protocols. The proximate analysis of the plants show the nutritional facts and the elemental profile show the presence of macro and micro elements have the insulinotropic properties. The compounds in S10 were characterized and identified by LCMS and NIST library. The antioxidant activity was shown that S12 is more active than S11 while the antiglycation activities of both plants are comparable. S11 shows low IC50 value than S12 in amylase as well as in PTP1B inhibition assay S11is 90% active compared to S12. The invivo assays aim at giving an insight at various aspects and the risk factors of this chronic disease and to improve the lives of the diabetic patients who are faced with physical; focuses on epidemiology and the issue of the cost of diabetes by using medicinal plants. The formulation S11 and a mushroom M.conicashow significant results of β-cells regeneration as well as lessen the inflammation and infiltration in the liver with improved physicochemical parameters of serum chemistry of the treated mice with these samples compared with normal and Glibenclamide treated groups serum chemistry and tissues obtained. The active formulations and M.conicacan be subjected to isolation of phytoactive compounds. Theutilization of plants as a potential source to search for a novel antidiabetic drug can be achieved by application of modern scientific technology and recent knowledge on the physiological changes in case of Diabetes. Exploration of novel targets like glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT-2) and dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) for antidiabetic drugs and medicinal plants with emphasis on site specific effectiveness and overcoming problems of resistance, side effects, prolonged usage and high cost, are being investigated for future research. Further investigations are required, and more attention should be drawn to explore the biological activity of hundreds of traditionally used medicinal plants both in vitro and in vivo to assess the claimed activity with the aim of finding potent antidiabetic candidates from the natural resources.

Almighty Allah bestowed honors and respect to mankind. Keeping in view the honor of mankind, Allah SWT blessed them also a purified, cleanse and Halal [permissible & Lawful] food. Moreover, the religious teachings are very clear and transparent in this regard to highlight the difference between what is beneficial and useful for them and what is harmful and injurious. Almighty Allah is very kind and compassionate to his servants and described definite commands and orders about such Animals which are adequate and effective to mankind and counts them in Halal category and otherwise are considered Restricted and Haram [impressible & unlawful]. So all kinds of animals which are harmful are prohibited with exception of their some body organs and which are useful are described with their all qualities are halal in mentioned divine religions i.e. Judaism, Christianity and Islam coupled with little changes in rulings about the use of body organs of impermissible animals like use of bones or skin etc. The paper emphasis on describing the disparities of three divine religions regarding the use of organs, skin of animals, bones and highlight their procedures of making them safe and useable for mankind. This study will lead us to know that which divine religion is more applicable and provides cleanse food to their followers along with having the status of eternity strength among three.

The Moderating Role of Organizational Justice on the Relationship Between Employee Empowerment and Organizational Commitment: A Case Study of the Banking Sector in Pakistan

From the last 3 decades, empirical evidence on employee empowerment and organizational justice perception and their influence on employee work related outcomes such as productive, performance, trust, motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, turnover intensions, organizational commitment prove its significance for management researchers and business organizations alike. However, limited research is devoted on whether or not justice perception can influence the relationship between employee empowerment and organizational commitment of the employees working in banking industry of Pakistan. Hence, this study was conducted to explore the relationship between employee empowerment and organizational justice and the moderating affect of organizational justice on this relationship. For the current study, data was collected from 300 employees serving in public and private banks of Pakistan. Simple linear regression analysis was employed to evaluate the relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment, further, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to test the moderating affect of all dimension of organizational justice i.e distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice on the relationship between employee empowerment and organizational commitment. The result of the regression analysis showed significant positive relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment, and highlights that management practice to empower their employees by providing authority and autonomy would results in enhanced level of employee commitment towards their respective bank. In addition, the evidence that has been concluded from the research findings, firstly indicates that when employees are empowered their commitment and tendency to remain loyal to the organization will also increase. Secondly, when employees of the banks perceives that their input is equal to their output, they are appropriately rewarded for their contribution and they are treated with respect and dignity, such perception results in beneficial behavior of employee towards the bank they worked for and ultimately enhance their level of commitment, absence of fair standards and organization policies would result in negative behavior of employee towards the respective bank. It is clear from the research that all the dimension of empowerment and organizational justice collectively has close association and influencing effect on employees working in banking industry. Besides, perception of distributive justice has been found an important justice dimension that has significant influencing effect when interaction of employee empowerment and organizational justice is under question due to its moderating effects on the positive relationship between employee empowerment and organizational commitment. Based on the research findings, this study has drawn some conclusions, firstly, when employees working in banks feels that their task is meaningful their level of commitment enhanced. Secondly, when employees have been give the right to take decisions in their daily routine work and they are equipped with necessary tools and techniques to perform their job effectively, their commitment escalate towards the bank they work for. Thirdly, when management of the banks engender fair and just procedures and create an environment where employees perceives that they are treated in just manner and the rewards they are getting are equal and balanced with their peers , their level of organizational commitment enhances
