Nodular hidradenoma: A worrisome mass lesion

Nodular hidradenoma is a benign neoplastic lesion of the sweat gland which is rare in its occurrence. It commonly occurs in the upper trunk and extremities. Complete excision is the only surgical treatment and avoids recurrence. We herein report a case of nodular hidradenoma that presented as a right shoulder lump in a middle-aged woman. Clinical and radiological struggles were futile to establish a definitive diagnosis of this lesion. However, histopathology of the excised tumor unveiled the diagnosis of nodular hidradenoma.

Changing Facets of Pakistans Foreign Policy: Us Influence As a Factor 1971-2000

This work in hand is the assessment of US influence on Pakistan‟s foreign policy from a realist lens. In other words this dissertaion is the penetrating survey about the foreign policy interactions between United States and Pakistan in epoch making decades of Seventies, Eightees and Ninetees. The thesis bieng based upon wide range of oral history interviews elaborates the US role in shaping and reshaping Pakistan‟s foreign policy choices and objectives in the years between 1971-2000. This research study explores and explicates the dynamics that how Pakistan initiated her nuclear program, how she drove into war against Soviet intervention in Afghanistan and in the wake of Soviet withdrawal why and how she supported Talibans in Afghanistan. With all these developments this research ivestigates in depth the attempts of US Presidents Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagon, George Herbert Walker Bush and Bill Clinton administrations to bring Pakistan in line with US prioritised interests. The significance of this work is that an attempt has been made through realistaic approach to sort out the causes and misunderstanding prevailing between US and Pakistan. Further this study also suggested some possible poilcy recommendations for policy makers to remove the differences beteewn US and Pakistan.
