مفتی محمد عبداﷲ صاحب ٹونکی

            اخبارات سے یہ خبر معلوم ہوچکی ہوگی کہ جناب مولانا مفتی محمد عبداﷲ صاحب ٹونکی نے ۷؍ نومبر ۱۹۲۰؁ء کو بعارضۂ فالج بھوپال میں انتقال کیا، مفتی صاحب مرحوم عربی درسگاہوں کی قدیم تعلیم کے بہترین نمونہ تھے، ہندوستان کے مشاہیر علماء میں ان کا شمار تھا، وہ ادب میں مولانا فیض الحسن صاحب اور دینیات میں مولانا احمد علی صاحب محدث کے شاگرد تھے، مولانا فیض الحسن صاحب کے انتقال کے بعد اورینٹل کالج لاہور کی پروفیسری کی جگہ ان کو ملی اور ان کی عمر کا بڑا حصہ اسی درسگاہ میں گزرا، اخیر زمانہ میں وہ دارالعلوم ندوہ کے مدرس مقرر ہوئے تھے اور اس کے بعد مدرسۂ عالیہ کلکتہ کے صدر مدرس ہوئے اور یہیں سے بیمار ہوکر اپنے صاحبزادہ جناب مفتی انوارالحق صاحب ایم، اے ناظم و مشیر تعلیمات بھوپال کے پاس گئے تھے جہاں انہوں نے وفات پائی، غالباً وفات کے وقت مفتی صاحب مرحوم کی عمر ستر (۷۰) کے قریب ہوگی، تعلیمی خدمات کے علاوہ مفتی صاحب کا بڑا کارنامہ انجمن مستشار العلماء لاہور ہے، جو ایک قسم کا دارالافتاء ہے۔ مرحوم نے بعض عربی کی درسی کتابوں پر حواشی بھی لکھے تھے۔ ان کی وفات سے علماء کی صف میں ایک ایسی جگہ خالی ہے جس کے بھرنے کی اب آئندہ امید نہیں۔

Public Response to the Implementation of Health Protocols during the Covid-19 Pandemic

The public's reaction to the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic is discussed in this report, as well as the idea of enforcing public health protocols, the relevance of implementing health protocols, and the public's reaction to implementing health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. This thesis is a quantitative one that relies on data gathered from surveys. The public reaction demonstrates that health guidelines are needed to strengthen attempts to avoid and monitor COVID-19 for people in public places and hospitals in order to avoid the emergence of new epicenters / clusters during the pandemic, as shown by the 78 percent who cooperate and the 22 percent who deliberately and inadvertently disregard. The community's position in breaking the COVID-19 transmission chain, or the possibility of contracting and distributing it, must be accomplished by the implementation of health protocols. The community's reaction to COVID 19 varies; some people really follow the government's protocol, which some people understand; but, for economic reasons, they still operate outside the home to survive.

Microbiological Quality of Goat?S Milk Obtained from Different Areas of District Muzaffargarh

Pakistan is the fourth country which provides milk at large scale where goat population is increasing day by day. Milk is the primary need of every home today. It is also a product on which bacteria attack very soon. It was hypothesized that quality of milk is not pure nowadays in Pakistan especially in milk producing areas. The aim of this study was checking the quality of goat milk from different places in district Muzaffargarh and the difference in calculation of Staphylococcus aureus (S.aureus),Escherichia coli (E.coli), Bacillus cereus (B.cereus), Klebsellia pneumoniea (K.pneumoniea) and Salmonella typhi (S.typhi) between standard plate count method and direct plate count method. Milk samples were collected from district Muzaffargarh. Some strategies were followed in this research plan. The quality parameters were clot on boiling, alcohol perception test and organoleptic test. These parameters were used to decide and observe the quality of milk in very short time. The fastidious S.aureus, E.coli, B.cereus, K.pneumoniea and S.typhi were focused in this study. S.aureus, E.coli, B.cereus, K.pneumoniea and S.typhi were detected and isolated from milk samples of goat. S.aureus, E.coli, B.cereus, K.pneumoniea and S.typhi were cultured in different nutrient agar media. The standard plate count method and direct microscopic method were applied to count down the number of S.aureus, E.coli, B.cereus, K.pneumoniea and S.typhi. It was concluded that alcohol perception and clot on boiling gave 34% and 24.5% positives results. On the other hand in organoleptic test, smell, appearance, colour, consistency and temperature gave 7%, 14.5%, 23%, 38% and 20% positive results. S.aureus, E.coli, B.cereus, K.pneumoniea and S.typhi generated the bar at 8%, 14%, 17%, 21% and 5% positive results respectively. It was also concluded that standard plate counting is much precise method as compared to the direct microscopic counting method. These results were organized in SPSS software or excel sheet.
