Poor oral bioavailability is a major challenge affecting the new drugs reaching the market due to its low aqueous solubility. Nanocrystals have the potential and rapidly providing a platform solution to substantially increase dissolution rate, solubility with subsequent enhanced bioavailability and effectiveness via the oral route of administration of a range of poor water soluble drugs. The current study is comprised on two parts utilized antimalarial drugs: the first part was comprised on fabrication of artemether (ARTM) and lumefantrine (LMF) nanoparticles using a novel top down wet milling approach (DENA DM-100) and in the second part: cost effective simplest approach of re-precipitation combined with ultrasonication was utilized for fabrication of artemisinin (ART) nanoparticles with the aims to enhance their dissolution and hence the bioavailability of these antimalarial drugs. Smart nanocrystals of artemether (ARTM) and lumefantrine (LMF) were fabricated in the form of nanosuspensions in shortest milling time (less than 1 hr) in both aqueous and acidic medium using a novel wet milling technology (DENA DM-100). Both high feedstock concentration (10% w/w) and low feedstock concentration (2.5% w/w) of ARTM and LMF yielded nanocrystals with maximum recovery of the active contents. Similarly, we revisited the simplest approach of re-precipitation combined with ultrasonication for fabrication of artemisinin nanoparticles in the form nanosuspensions. Different critical parameters, including the effect of different concentrations of stabilizers, temperature as well as optimum parameters/conditions were identified, which was found to be very critical not only for fabrication as well as for scale up of the batch size, which is critical issue associated with this approach. xii Additionally, the physical stability studies of artemether, lumefantrine and artemisinin were conducted for 90 days at different storage temperatures demonstrated that nanocrystals stored at 2-8°C and 25°C were most stable compared to the samples stored at 40°C. There was not observed any chemical degradation in the APIs during the chemical stability studies which was monitored for 07 days. Similarly artemether, lumefantrine and artemisinin nanocrystals were produced in the size ranges of 161±1.5 nm and 214.1±1.2 nm, 98.77±1.5 nm respectively, where they showed significantly enhanced solubility, dissolution rate and enhanced antimalarial efficacy (in vitro and in vivo) compared to its unprocessed, micronized, microsuspension and their marketed counterparts in relatively low dose. In summary the study demonstrates that both novel top down DENA (DM-100) technology and standard crystallization combined with ultrasonication are effective in producing stable nanocrystals with smallest particle sizes, increased saturation solubility and enhanced dissolution rate with enhanced in vitro and in vivo antimalarial activities while controlling the key experimental and process conditions.

ماہِ مارچ ۱۹۹۱ء میں ملّتِ اسلامیہ کواپنے دو۲عظیم رہنما عالمِ دین کے حادثۂ وفات سے دوچار ہونا پڑا۔
امیر شریعت بہار حضرت مولیٰنا منت اﷲ رحمانی اور میرٹھ شہر کے مشہور عالمِ دین، اسلامی مصنف حضرت مولیٰنا قاضی زین العابدین تھوڑے سے آگے پیچھے وقفہ میں انتقال فرماگئے۔اناﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون ۔
دونوں ہی ملّتِ اسلامیہ کی عظیم وبرگزیدہ ہستیاں تھیں۔حضرت مولیٰنا منت اﷲ رحمانیؒ نے ہندوستانی مسلمانوں کی مذہبی خدمت کرنے کے لیے اپنے مرحوم عالمِ دین والد مولیٰنا محمدعلی مونگیری سے ورثہ پایاتھا۔جس طرح مولیٰنا محمدعلی مونگیریؒ نے مسلمانانِ ہندکی تعلیم و تربیت کے لیے انتھک کوشش کی اور ندوۃ العلماء لکھنؤ کوجن لوگوں نے ایک تصور سے حقیقت بننے میں مدد دی ان میں مولیٰنا محمد علی مونگیریؒ کانام سر فہرست ہے۔مسلمانوں کی خدمت میں وہ جی جان سے لگے رہے جُٹے رہے۔اسی طرح ان کے لائق و ہونہار صاحبزادے اور بعد میں مِلّتِ اسلامیہ ہند کے غازی ومجاہد مولیٰنا منت اﷲ رحمانی نے مسلمانانِ ہند کی ہر طرح خدمت ورہنمائی کی۔مسلم پرسنل لاء بورڈ میں حضرت مولیٰنا مفتی عتیق الرحمان عثمانی ؒ کی رفاقت ورہنمائی میں بڑا اہم کردار نبھایا اور حضرت مفتی عتیق الرحمن عثمانیؒ کے انتقال کے بعد انہوں نے ان کے مشن کو ان کے بتائے ہوئے رہنما اصولوں کے تحت ہی آگے بڑھانے میں کوئی دقیقہ فروگزاشت نہیں کیا۔وہ دارالعلوم دیوبند کی مجلس شوریٰ کے بھی ممبر تھے۔مسلمانوں کی کئی فلاحی انجمنوں سے بھی ان کاربط وتعلق تھا۔
بقول معاصر ’’قومی آواز‘‘ مولیٰنا منت اﷲ رحمانیؒ کی وفات حضرت مولیٰنا مفتی عتیق الرحمان عثمانیؒ کی وفات کے بعد یہ دوسرا بہت بڑا صدمہ ہندوستان کے مسلمانوں کو پہنچا ہے اوراس کمی کو پورا کرنا آسان نہ ہوگا ۔۷۹؍ سال کی عمر پائی۔

Implementation of the Internet of Things for Monitoring the Companys Electrical Power Consumption

This research aims to design an electric panel monitoring system using the Internet of Things technology in company buildings so that consumers can monitor real-time electricity consumption. The energy consumption monitoring method that we propose uses PM2100 by implementing a real-time monitoring function of the power consumption of a 3-phase electric panel. The monitoring system implementation results show that the value is very close to measuring the digital multimeter measuring instrument. The monitoring system produces a current measurement accuracy of 97.38% with an error of 2.62%, while the 3-phase voltage measurement error is 0.616%. This system design helps companies obtain information faster to be considered data to improve efficiency in the Company.

Development of Urdu Language and Literary Prose in NWFP from 1850 to the creation of Pakistan The aim of this thesis is to give a critical appraisal of the development of Urdu language and literary prose from 1850 to the creation of Pakistan. In order to review and make their war strategy, the invaders of India, coming via the Khyber valley, made a permanent abode in the then Frontier province, now known as Khyber Pakhtunkhwah today. Thus the language of these foreign invaders greatly influenced the indigenous language which resulted in the origination of a new language Urdu. This language made progress by heaps and bounds. The objective of this thesis is to bring to light the pros and cons of the same progress which the language made during its initial stages. There was a huge stock of literature till the creation of Pakistan. A lot of valuable work had been done in all the genres of literature. Although in his book Adbiat-e-Sarhad, Farigh Bukhari has mentioned some prose books in the province till the creation of Pakistan. But its research based and critical review is yet to be presented. Therefore, to present a critical and in-depth analysis of the fiction, humor, satire. Biographies and criticism is also the objective of this thesis. In addition to this, the titles, techniques, art and style of the above mentioned types of prose will also be brought to light. Every literature reflects the political, social and cultural aspects of its age. It also shows the beliefs, customs and thoughts of the people. In this scenario, the objective of the thesis is also to know about the political, social and cultural values of the time.
