The guardians are bound to manage the commercial, industrial and technical education for their male wards and to educate their female wards cooking, tailoring and knitting. Ontologies are used to describe dynamic knowledge of domains (part of the real world). If a change occurs to the domain, then the underlying ontology evolves over time and the change should reflect in the ontology to give true impression of the real world. Most of the existing ontology evolution management systems keep record of the changes atemporally and inefficiently. Keeping history of changes to ontologies is important and required feature in some application domains, because tracing back the recorded changes temporally and finding out a specific change play an important and crucial role in the making right operational decisions. To achieve the above mentioned objectives we propose a History Management System for Ontology Evolution (HMSOE). This system uses a modified version of the data model of Temporal Object System (TOS) because it records all types of changes in a single, elegant and temporal fashion. Later, the recorded changes are traceable temporally and a specific change can also be identifiable. We have modified the data model of TOS to add it more evolutionary features.
