We present a global analysis, through traditional and a new technique, of the solar neutrino data using total event rates of chlorine (Homestake), Gallax+GNO, SAGE, Superkamiokande and SNO detectors for the two neutrino case. The traditional is the grid search technique, where we calculate well known chi-square (χ 2 ) function for neutrino oscillations for a grid of the parameters ∆m2 and tan2 θ. We find our global minima in the LMA region with ∆m2 = 2.512 · 10−5 eV2 and tan2 θ = 0.3981. We also find local minimum χ 2 values in different regions of the parameter space. The new technique we chose is Differential Evolution. The Differential Evolution is a population based stochastic algorithm for optimization of real valued non-linear non-differentiable objective functions that has become very popular during the last decade. We combined this with the traditional grid based method for optimization of solar neutrino oscillation parameters ∆m2 and tan2 θ. We explore regions around the minima found in the global analysis using Differential Evolution for the fine tuning of the parameters, allowing even those values of the parameters which do not lie on any grid. We note as much as 4 times decrease in χ 2 value in the SMA region and even better goodness-of-fit as compared to our grid-based results. All this indicates a way out of the impasse faced due to CPU limitations of the larger grid method.

افسوس ہے کہ ۹؍ جولائی کو ڈاکٹر رفیق زکریا نے ممبئی میں داعی اجل کو لبیک کہا، اناﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون۔ وہ مشہور عالم، دانشور اور ممتاز مصنف اور اسکالر تھے، ان کا شمار مسلمانوں کے لائق، قابل، صاحب کمال مدبر اور عالی دماغ لوگوں میں ہوتا تھا، وہ بڑے غور و فکر کے بعد بالغ نظری سے حالات و واقعات اور مسائل کا تجزیہ کر کے صحیح رخ اور سمت کا تعین کرتے تھے، ان کے استنباط اور بحث کے نتائج سے اختلاف کرنے والے بھی ان کی بصیرت، دیدہ وری، دقت نظر اور باخبری کا اعتراف کرتے تھے، ان کی وفات کے بعد ان کا خلا شدت سے محسوس کیا جارہا ہے۔

The Holy Quran is revealed by Allah Almighty to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ over approximately 23 years. Allah Almighty has given the command in the Quran Majeed for people to obey His Messenger. According to Ghulam Ahmad Parwez, the Quran Majeed states that obedience to Allah and His Messenger means obedience to the central authority of the Government named (Markaz e Millt). The Quran provides fundamental principles, such as prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, etc., but the detailed regulations are subject to the discretion of Markaz-e-Millat, who can adapt them according to the contemporary circumstances. Any changes made by the central authority in these regulations are considered legitimate and in accordance with the divine will. This study argues that the obedience to Allah and His Messenger mentioned in the Quran does not refer to obedience to the central authority of the Muslim community, known as "Markaz-e-Millat" (Center of the Community). Numerous Quranic verses warn against disobedience and denial of the Prophet. The Prophet's actions and behavior serve as a complete model for the community, and faith in him is a fundamental requirement of the religion. In conclusion, the idea that obedience to Allah and His Messenger essentially means obedience to the central authority of the Muslim community is an interpretation based on rational understanding but is ultimately unacceptable. Highly Efficient Isolated Full-Bridge Dc-Dc

Due to inefficient power generation and power distribution, a huge amount of energy is lost. This increases the generating cost and thus makes the overall system unfeasible. In case of renewable energy, inefficient converters are the prime cause of this energy loss. The project specifically addresses a problem related to the inefficiency of the converters that are being used in renewable energy systems. The aim was to design an efficient Isolated DC-DC Boost Converter in order to minimize the power loss and, thus, to improve the efficiency of the overall system. In doing so, a vital role can be played in promoting renewable energy that is quite sustainable and self-sufficient, and thus, playing a small part in reducing the energy deficit in Pakistan. This can have a huge impact on utilizing the renewable energy sources, especially sunlight which is abundantly available in Pakistan
