One of the most common places for the development and spread of bacterial resistance are hospitals. These bacteria are present on the inanimate objects and therefore can be a possible cause of cross infections. This cross infection can rise the disease and death rates, which results in increasing costs of healthcare, prolonged hospital stays and requires further expensive medications. Therefore, the current study was aimed at determining the prevalence of these resistant bacteria, their antibiogram pattern, presence of resistant gene(s) and molecular docking studies. In our study the most common bacteria among Gram-positive was Staphylococcus aureus (81%) while in Gram-negative Citro bacter (25%) showed the highest growth followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa (23%), Provedencia spp (16%), Proteus spp and E.coli (10%), Klebsiella spp (6%), Shigella and Serratia spp (4%) and Salmonella spp (2%). The most potent antibiotic against S. aureus and Citrobacter was Vancomycin (80% sensitive) and Amikacin (63.04%), respectively. The β-lactamase TEM and Metallo- β-lactamase NDM were most common among the Extended-β-lactamase (ESBLs) and Metalo-β-lactamase (MBLs) genes. For β-lactamase TEM, Metallo-β-lactamase and other β-lactamase proteins, numerous classes of inhibitors have been reported in the literature. These proteins revealed to be involved in providing resistance to certain antibiotics, thus, the inhibition of these proteins is vital for achieving the optimum treatment. In the current work, In-silico methods were used for the discovery of novel and potent inhibitors for these proteins. On the basis of ligands attached in the three-dimensional proteins structures, Complex-based pharmacophore models were generated for screening the drug like ZINC database. Before screening, the generated pharmacophore models were validated on a test database of active and non-active compounds. From the result Abstract xxvi | P a g e of virtual-screening, 571 structurally varied compounds from Ethyl Boronic Acid, 866 from L-Captopril and 1020 from Nacubactam were saved. The initial retrieved hits were selected for cleaning via Lipinski’s rule of five to calculate the drug-like properties. The compounds which attained the standards of drug-like properties were additionally evaluated by the docking simulations. Final concluding 30 compounds (10 for each of the selected protein) producing varied structure and the modes of binding in the active pocket of the designated proteins were concluded as new and important inhibitors. Each identified inhibitor has diverse frameworks and possibility of novel and probable inhibitors for β-lactamase TEM, Metallo-β-lactamase and β lactamase.

The ECE teaching in pre-primary schools is enhanced by the Government in primary schools the student must be 3-8 years’ classes of Pakistan. This subject is a source of learning to know the things as well as to familiar with the school environments and connected to schools same time will be a responsible citizen, so the mosques are playing very important role in teaching of little kids from beginning of Islam to till date. It is more successfully working in our mosques and provide basic education for learner, so in this study found out the effectiveness of mosques for ECE pre-primary education SBA, Sindh  Pakistan for this study sample was selected from the school teachers which were consist on 100 hundred  and five like rate scale questioners were distributed among them to know the effectiveness of mosques for ECE education according the finding most the respondent were agreed that the mosques will be the suitable place for little kids learning place because mostly every  colony, muhalla, village, street had a mosque and almost one or two rooms are also connected to mosques only few mosques where this facility is not avail able otherwise mostly these mosques  is also  a big class room if it is used carefully so this all was effective conclusion for the effectiveness of ECE     as well as for the learners learning point of view. So it is also recommended for Government as well as policy makers to revisit polices of teaching ECE classes and their effectiveness in regards to mosques where all facilities have been already present must be included in streamline of Pakistan

Modeling and Analysis of Workflow Management System With Petrinets

Formal methods are proposed to arrange and establish strictness in stages for the development of software. This method assists to avoid serious issues, offer standard resources to record various hypotheses and conclusion and outline a source for stability among many connected activities. Workflow management system assists the administration to define and coordinate different departments such as several employees and systems. By using the workflow management system the administration can control, monitor, optimize the problem and maintain the business process. Formal approaches are used for designing and verification of the proposed system. The organization can save the time of development and implementation of the model. By using Petri net formalism we can design and model the specification and verification of multifaceted workflows. This research work focuses on the methods for modeling, analysis and simulation of workflow management system. A proposed model is developed, which almost eliminate the risks of logical errors before starting the code of the software. In this research work, the workflow model is designed for a railway reservation system. This organization has different reservation offices at different locations. These offices are interlinked with each other. To design a model of this company multi-agent based technique is used and each office works as an agent of the system. This research is intended to design an interaction model for the cooperation between these offices (modules). Petri net formalism is applied for modeling, analysis and verification purposes to show the workflow in between these offices (modules for entire system). This research is intended to design an interaction model for the cooperation between these offices (Agents). By using CPN tool four stations? models are designed and verified their liveness, boundedness and reversibility through invariants. After this these micro models also known as Agents are joined to a single macro model known as Railway Reservation System (RRS), where each Agent represents as a place by using the idea of nets within nets. These agents interact with each other through transitions in macro model. Due to state space explosion it is not possible to analyze each micro model through reachability graph, so analysis is done through place and transition invariants. Macro model is then verified through reachability graph as well as through invariants by using CPN tool and MATLAB.
