Technology has allowed for a substantial increase in success rate of identifying the presence of energy sources such as oil and natural gas. Data mining, an emerging technology characterized by significantly advanced analytical tools, can contribute to this success rate as it has the potential to guide or at least assist opportunists in hydrocarbon prediction. To make a prediction about presence of hydrocarbon reserve beneath the surface of earth involves geological, geochemical, seismic and microbial prospecting. The test methods involved in the mentioned process need a great deal of cost and time. This project is aimed at developing decision support system to improve the process of hydrocarbon need evaluation and reserve detection by integrating the methods and tools from data mining and potential surface analysis to approach the problem from an interdisciplinary stance. In the thesis, the world countries are classified with respect to sustainable energy development with the underlying assumption that hydrocarbon is the major source of energy all over the world. The addressed question is whether the hydrocarbon reserves in the world comply with its consumption? As a result, two possibilities arose to ensure energy sustainability: (1). To provide an optimal framework for improvement in hydrocarbon exploration process. (2). To provide a framework for improvement in hydrocarbon consumption. The study is about the aforementioned. The presence of hydrocarbon reserves beneath earth‘s surface is predicted on the basis of either (a). Surface indicators or (b). Beneath surface parameters. The surface indicators which are considered in this project may consist of geological and microbial indicators. In state of the art geological and microbial methodologies, the cost and time involved is in affordable. The research attempts to replace geological predictions with intelligent remote sensing and microbial indications with microbe data mining. But the existing techniques of data mining cannot produce desired accuracy if applied to surface indicators database. Some data mining techniques for mining temporal spatial and non spatial data related to surface indicators of hydrocarbon reserves are proposed. The model includes the classification mechanism of world countries on the basis of sustainable hydrocarbon development and then extraction of useful patterns from surface indicators to predict hydrocarbon reserve in a time and cost effective manner. A series of empirical investigations have been made to evaluate the performance of proposed techniques using different and diverse databases that show the effectiveness of methodology.

I/We begin by the Blessed Name of Allah

The Immensely Merciful to all, The Infinitely Compassionate to everyone.

03:01
Alif. Lam. Mim.

03:02
Allah - The One and Only God.
There is no entity of worship apart from HIM.
Allah - the Ever-Living, the Eternal,
Allah – the Self-Subsisting, giving life and sustenance to every existence.

03:03
HE has sent down on to you – O The Prophet - The Book with the Truth
in confirmation of what was before -
HE had sent down both the Torah and the Injeel/Bible, beforehand -

03:04
- as a source of guidance for people, and
HE has now revealed a standard for distinguishing right from wrong – The Qur’an.
As for those who deny and belie the Messages of Allah deliberately, for them will be a punishment, most severe,
for Allah is All-Powerful and Immensely Vengeful.

03:05
a. Truly, nothing is hidden from Allah within the terrestrial world and the celestial realm.

03:06
It is HE WHO forms and gives you a shape in the womb of your mother as HE Wills.
There is no entity of worship apart from HIM.
HE is All-Powerful and All-Wise.

03:07
It is HE WHO has sent down The Book of the Qur’an on to you, O The Prophet.
Among its Messages are some literal.
These Messages are the Foundation of the Book.
However, there are also some Messages which are metaphorical and symbolic - open to a variety of meanings and interpretations.
Those who are twisted of mind and infected with viciousness look for Messages which are metaphorical and symbolic,

An Analysis of Islamic Economic Model

The aim of this paper is to discuss some economic Islamic models given by some prestigious Islamic economists. The Islamic model is one of the examples for international economies in the starting of new millennium. It has its evaluation in the 1970s as an alternate to conventional banking system. The model is based on profit loss sharing and would not be based on interest. The study will focus on the proposed model and will discuss the issues that the model will be supposed to address. It was also address whether the model is applicable to Pakistan economy or not it will also be discussed. As we know that there is dual banking system in Pakistan. In order to make banking system to be truly Islam, there should be legal prohibition of riba. In other words, riba should be made unlawful and whoever deals with it can be prosecuted by law. By prohibiting riba, it will force the bank to be more creative in offering financing products rather than just loaning money. The study will attempt to show the comparison between conventional system and Islamic financial and discusses whether the Islamic system works smoothly on the economy of Pakistan. It also shows that Pakistan should change its dual banking system in Islamic banking system to change structure change. In addition, Islamic financing contract require real activities to be created. There will not be loans to finance extravagance lifestyle which is the source of bankruptcies among the younger generation. It is strongly recommended that Pakistan should enforce truly Islamic financial system to sustain its economy and avoid another economic crisis in the future.

Molecular Characterization and Seroprevalence of H9 Avian Influenza in National Zoo and Live Birds Market Lahore District and Azad Kashmir

Avian influenza virus (AIV) subtype H9N2 is greatly threatening to Pakistan poultry, even with stringent vaccination policies. Subtype H9N2 avian influenza viruses (AIV) continues to cause significant outbreaks in commercial and backyard poultry in Pakistan. Subsequently, subtype H9N2 AIVs are occasionally reported from humans, widespread incidence of H9N2 in poultry and non-poultry avian species executes a great risk for public health. Until now, the genetic evolution of H9N2 viruses in various host organisms in Pakistan has not been thoroughly investigated. However, this is the primarily report of isolation of low pathogenic AIV in non-poultry avian species including ducks, black swan, peacock and pheasants in Pakistan. The study has been carried in National Zoos and live birds market (LBM) situated in Lahore district and commercial and backyard poultry in Kasure, Gujranwala, Sheikhpura and Sialkot districts of Punjab province and Bhimber, Kotli and Mirpur districts of Azad and Jammu Kashmir (AJK). In the present study, twelve low pathogenic avian influenza viruses (LPAIVs) subtype H9N2 isolated from clinically healthy and diseased ducks, geese, black swans, pheasants and peacocks and five from poultry outbreaks during 2016-17 were characterized phylogenetically on the basis of hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) genes. Phylogenetic studies showed that these H9N2 AIVs belonged to Middle East B genetic group of G1 sub-lineage. All the viruses carried an amino acid substitution Q226L in HA gene in the receptor binding site that contributes to increased replication and virulence in mammals. In the present work, genetically very closely H9N2 viruses isolated from poultry and multiple non-poultry avian species. We demonstrated the existence of epidemiological links between poultry and other avian species kept in captivity. Therefore, these findings suggested the continuing surveillance of poultry and other avian species in this region. This demonstrates an epidemiological link between poultry and other avian species kept in captivity, a fact which must be considered in future H9N2 disease management programs.
