Mosquitoes are the most deadly animals found on earth. These are well known to be the vectors of lethal diseases. The family Culicidae (Diptera) comprises of 3515 species and 112 genera. As they spread many diseases in humans, so it is a dire need to explore them, to be well aware of the vectors before epidemics occur. The main objectives of the study were, exploration of the mosquito fauna of Pothwar region, pictorial key of the mosquito fauna of Pothwar, determination of the spatio temporal distribution of different mosquito species in Pothwar region and studying the egg laying color preference of mosquitoes. This study was done during the year 2014-17 in Pothwar region, Punjab, Pakistan. Specified sampling habitats were visited throughout the year to determine spatio-temporal distribution and to explore the mosquitoes in this region. Oviposition color preference was studied in laboratory and field conditions by using colored ovitraps. Twenty eight mosquito species have been discovered from the Pothwar Region, Punjab, Pakistan belonging to five genera. Eight species out of twenty eight were belonging to genus Anopheles, twelve species to genus Culex, three species belonging to genus Lutzia, three species belonging to genus Aedes and two species belonging to genus Armigeres. Six species were newly reported from Pakistan, includingLutzia (Metalutzia) vorax Edwards,1921, Culex (Barraudius) modestus Ficalbi, 1890, Culex (Eumelanomyia) tenuipalpis Barraud, 1924, Culex (Eumelanomyia) pluvialis Barraud,1924, Culex (Lophoceraomyia) seniori Barraud, 1934 and Armigeres (Armigeres) kuchingensis Edwards, 1915. In the present study, Anopheles spp. were found through March-November. The highest population was observed during May, while the lowest was observed during March. Culex vishnui and Culex theileri were observed in all the surveyed habitats, Culex vagans was present in all the habitats, except stream, while Aedes albopictus and Aedes aegypti were found from all the habitats, except animal sheds. Anopheles maculates, Anopheles theobaldi and Culex seniori were reported from two habitats only. All the species, including Aedes albopictus, Anopheles annularis, Armigeres kuchingensis, Culex vagans and Lutzia raptor followed the same trend of color preference for oviposition in laboratory as well as in field conditions except the Lutzia raptor, which have a unique color preference. Black and red color ovitraps were highly preferred for oviposition, while the least preferred ovitraps were blue. The habitat and seasonal information for Pothwar region are the basis to initiate preventive and control measures against any epidemic (Dengue, Zika Virus, Malaria, Elephentiasis, Yellow fever), if occurs in this region. The information about oviposition behavior can be helpful in forming trap for mosquitoes.

This article is an attempt to elaborate the phenomenon of equilibrium prevailing everywhere in the microcosmic and macrocosmic systems associated with universal stability and rhythm. It has been accentuated what is beautifully illuminated in the beginning verses of Sūrah Al-Rahmān successively regarding balance that invites one’s thought towards the well controlled cosmic system as well as with the concept of balance by means of different manners as identified by exegetes and scholars concerning daily life i.e. From simple and common to that of complex issues and intricacies. Qualitative method has been employed for this research while some aspects have also been handled in accordance with quantitative approach. Article also emphasized the series of cause and effect nexus may be declared as self explanatory episode an indication towards a Supreme Force whose widespread control and interference can’t be denied rationally. Sūrah beautifully pictured the physical and metaphysical sketch of balance having many dimensions from man to universe and vice versa as well as from both towards Ultimate Reality whose dominion is limitless where one has to follow peaceful living and to put oneself aside indulging any disruption from ordinary clash to that of nuclear war to be waged.
Relationship of Customer Relationship Management with Product and Organizational Performance in Manufacturing Industries There are several influencing factors concerned with the company and new product performance. Customer
Relationship Management is one of them, which ultimately becomes backbone of an organization. The complete
thesis designates the factors affecting Customer Relationship Management process, CRM technology and CRM
reward system on New Product Performance and eventually on Company Performance. Many Studies on CRM
and New Product Performance are continue from several years and deliberated its organization-wide
importance.
The CRM processes in the context of New Product Development described hypotheses for the additional
research in relation with Company Performance. Data was collected from 233 respondents from seventeen
randomly selected manufacturing organizations in Pakistan. The Pearson's correlation coefficient for company
performance described a strong and positive relationship of all variables. The consistency of the construct was
measured by evaluating the reliability by cronbach's alpha of individual items. For the testing of external
validity, the procedure of confirmatory factor analysis was used which suggests the validity including reflective
indicators of key construct by calculating regression weights through AMOS and SPSS.
The SEM was used to calculate the path coefficients that evaluate strength of relationships. Separate models
for the direct and indirect effects of company performance were examined for similarities and differences in
perceptions. The outcomes described when a firm implements more its CRM processes in an NPD context, the
higher the firm's new product performance. On the other hand, CRM technology did not positively influence
the new product performance.
In addition to this the application of CRM reward systems also did not facilitate new product performance.
While introducing successful new products ever has a strong influence on improving company performance.
In addition to this new product performance was an important mediator of the CRM processes and company
performance link.
