62. Al-Jumu'ah/The Congregation

62. Al-Jumu'ah/The Congregation

I/We begin by the Blessed Name of Allah

The Immensely Merciful to all, The Infinitely Compassionate to everyone.

62:01
a. Whatever is within the celestial realm and the terrestrial world is Glorifying Allah – The One and Only God -
b. The Sovereign, The Holy, The Almighty, The All-Wise.

62:02
a. It is HE WHO assigned among the people who had no Scripture a Messenger – Muhammad ibn Abdallah - from among themselves
- to recite HIS Messages from The Qur’an to them, and
- to purify them spiritually from dogma, myth, and polytheism, and
- to teach them of the Law, and
- the wisdom - morality and beliefs, etc.
b. Though before this, they were clearly astray from the Divine Guidance.

62:03
a. And also HE assigned Muhammad to others from them who have not joined them as yet.
b. And HE is The Almighty, The All-Wise.

62:04
a. Such is the Grace of Allah, which HE confers upon whoever HE Wants.
b. And, HIS Grace, HE has now conferred upon The Last of the Prophets, Muhammad,
c. for Allah is the Possessor of Infinite Grace.

62:05
a. The likeness of those who had been charged with enacting and complying with laws of The Torah, then did not uphold it, is as the likeliness of a donkey carrying a load of books oblivious of benefiting from them.
b. How evil is the likeness of the people who deny and belie Allah’s Messages in The Torah and now in The Qur’an!
c. And Allah does not guide the people who have chosen to be misguided and are wrongdoers.

ANALISIS MANAJEMEN LABORATORIUM IPA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PESERTA DIDIK

Natural Sciences learning laboratory activities are an integral part of teaching and learning activities, This shows how important the role of laboratory activities to achieve the goals of science education. Through laboratory activities, students will be given the opportunity to encourage curiosity and the desire to try, test and reason the theories obtained. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of a science laboratory in SMP Negeri 4 Sojol. The research method uses qualitative methods and descriptive analysis. The research subjects were the head of the laboratory and the science subject teacher and the students at SMP Negeri 4 Sojol. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and student learning outcomes.  Based on the results of the study, the availability of natural science practicum tools in SMP Negeri 4 Sojol, the average availability of practical tools and materials 68.33% classified as complete categories, the average presentation of the feasibility of practical tools and materials 90.67% included in the excellent category based on the Ministry of Education number 24 of 2007. The effectiveness of practicum implementation in SMP Negeri 4 Sojol is classified as effective category with an average presentation of practicum at 85%. Coupled with an average increase in cognitive competencies average preetest 58 increase in posttest by as much as 87 in addition to the average value of competence in the areas of psychomotor average preetest obtained 60 and posttest 90 showed a significant increase competency knowledge and skills of learners. Success in the cognitive domain will also have a positive impact on the development of the psychomotor domain (skills) of students. Management of laboratory facilities and infrastructure planning in improving the quality of learning in schools must be planned by the head of the laboratory, planning science teachers by preparing learning tools and identifying the subject matter to be practiced in the laboratory, laboratory administration governance supported by good organization from the leadership of policy makers in school. Implementation of laboratory facilities and infrastructure management in improving the quality of learning in schools including procurement, inventory, storage, structuring, use, and maintenance. Supervision carried out by the principal is in accordance with the provisions, to be more efficient the school should make a program or schedule of supervision processes to be more controlled and run well and smoothly.

Efficient Music Fingerprinting for Music Speech Segregation

Since decade, a lot of music fingerprinting and speech segregation algorithms have exhaled. Music speech segregation includes music identification and followed by speech segregation. This becomes challenging in the presences of the noisy environment and noisy sample case. A rapid development has taken place in the field of multimedia content analysis. Music information retrieval applications increased the emphases on the development of music fingerprinting algorithms. Noise affects the efficiency and accuracy of the audio information retrieval algorithms. This research thesis presents a deep analysis of music fingerprinting and speech segregation algorithms. A novel algorithm is presented for music fingerprinting which is used for efficient speech segregation in which music fingerprinting is performed over a noisy audio sample. This research work proposes a system that performs music fingerprinting in-depth evolving the speech segregation processes in presence of background noise. Noise is removed from the audio signal using layered separation model of the recurrent neural network. Music fingerprinting is performed on the basis of pitch based acoustic features classified using distributed dictionary based features learning model. The classified music is processed for speech segregation after noise removal using layered separation model. Speech is segregated using vocal based acoustic features. Features are classified using improved dictionary based fisher algorithm. Structured based classes are used for the classification process. The systematic evaluation of the proposed system for music fingerprinting and speech segregation produces competitive results for three datasets (i.e. TIMIT, MIR-1K, and MusicBrainz), and the results indicate the strength of the proposed system. The proposed system produces significantly better results when the qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out over the standard datasets showing the better efficiency of our proposed system from the past systems.
