سید اختر علی صاحب فن شاعر اور نکتہ سنج ادیب تھے، اردو اور فارسی زبان و ادب پر استادانہ نظر تھی، عربی اور انگریزی سے بھی واقف تھے، ساری عمر درس و تدریس اور تالیف و تصنیف میں گذری، ان کے تلامذہ کا دائرہ بہت وسیع ہے ان کی تربیت نے بہت سے شاعر و ادیب پیدا کردیے، ان کا کلام اور مضامین رسالوں میں نکلتے رہتے تھے، معارف میں بھی ان کی غزلیں شائع ہوتی تھیں، عرصہ ہوا معارف میں ہندوستان کے عربی شعرا پر ایک مبسوط مضمون شائع ہوا تھا، اتفاق سے اس میں کسی شیعہ شاعر کا ذکر نہ تھا، تلہری صاحب نے مجھ کو شکایت کا خط لکھا میں نے جواب دیا کہ اس میں میرا قصور نہیں ہے مضمون جس شکل میں آیا تھا میں نے شائع کردیا، اگر آپ شیعہ شعرا پر لکھ بھیجیں تو اس کو بھی شائع کردیا جائے گا، چنانچہ یہ مضمون انھوں نے لکھ کر بھیجا اور وہ شائع ہوا، مضامین کے علاوہ مستقل علمی و ادبی تصانیف بھی ان کی یاد گار ہیں، آج کل شاعروں اور ادیبوں کی کمی نہیں، ان کی تعداد روز افزوں ہے اس سے نظم و نثر دونوں کا دامن بہت وسیع ہوگیا ہے لیکن فنی مہارت اور علمی و ادبی بصیرت مفقود ہوتی جاتی ہے۔ تلہری مرحوم کی وفات سے ایک صاحبِ علم و ادب اور صاحبِ فن شاعر اٹھ گیا۔ اﷲ تعالیٰ ان کی مغفرت فرمائے۔ (شاہ معین الدین ندوی، مئی ۱۹۷۱ء)

A Comparative Research Between Conventional and Islamic Bank System of Pakistan: Liquidity Risk Management

The function of the bank is differentiated into budgetary middle people, facilitator and supporters. Hence, the banks keep themselves as confided body to their trade and business partners. Assets hazard could emerge and to be seen out of such diverse tasks since they are entirely on stake in terms of accessibility. When assets are set out by the non-members supplementary actions are necessary to be taken by the Islamic banks in order to balance assets and liquidity with sharia standards. The purpose of this exploration is to find the liquidity risk associated to the dissolvability of finance based foundation in order to evaluate assets risk management via parallel evaluation between Islamic and other Pakistani banks. This paper inspects the significance of the magnitude of the bank, networking capital margin on equity, finical sufficiency plus return on Resources and Assets (RoA), along assets stake organization in conventional plus Islamic banks of the Pakistan. The investigation relays on auxiliary knowledge that is over the period of four years. For instance, during 2017-2018, the investigation explored positive, hence, less significant relationship of magnitude of the firm plus networking cash surge to net assets along with liquidity vulnerability in similar models. Moreover, financial competence share in other banks plus margin of assets in Islamic banks is found encouraging and prominent at ten percent 10% gradation equivalent.

Geometric Modelling Using Subdivision Techniques

Subdivision techniques are being appreciated in geometric modelling. Curves be- ing the basic ingredient of the surfaces, have their own importance. Since no single scheme can be fit for every situation so, there is always a room to introduce new schemes. In this dissertation the interpolating curve subdivision scheme developed by Weissman [50], has been analyzed, using Laurent polynomial method. More- over, four approximating curve subdivision schemes have been developed. These schemes have also been analyzed, using Laurent polynomial method. The local supports of these schemes are determined as well. Regarding surface generation, a mathematical model of a three dimensional object using cross sectional data has been constructed. An algorithm for generating quadrilateral net is presented. The contours have been generated interpolating the data at each section, using a linear subdivision scheme introduced by Dyn et al. [17]. The contours have been, then, blended using the non-linear subdivision scheme developed Aspert [2]. The im- plementation of the schemes developed have also been depicted through different examples.
