افسوس ہے گزشتہ مہینہ جناب مولانا صبغۃ اﷲ شہیدؔ فرنگی محلی لکھنؤ سے بقصدِ ڈھاکہ روانہ ہوکر کلکتہ پہنچے تھے کہ اچانک دوتین مرتبہ استفراغ ہوا،اوراس کے بعد ہی بیہوش ہوئے توپھر ہوش میں نہ آئے، آخر تین روز تک اسی عالم میں رہ کر ہسپتال میں جان جانِ آفریں کے سپرد کردی اور رہ گزائے عالم جاودانی ہوگئے۔ اناﷲ واناالیہ راجعون۔ عمرستر۷۰ کے لگ بھگ ہوگی، مگر قویٰ اچھے خاصے تھے۔ وفات سے ایک ماہ قبل ہی لکھنؤ میں حسب معمول مکان پرحاضری دی تو ہمیشہ کی طرح نہایت گرم جوشی اور تپاک سے ملے، بچّوں اور بچّیوں کوبلواکر سلام کرایا، پُرتکلّف چاء سے تواضع کی اور دیر تک اس شگفتہ مزاجی اورخوش طبعی کے ساتھ گفتگو فرماتے رہے کہ اس کاوہم وگمان بھی نہیں ہوسکتا تھاکہ اب دنیا میں ایک مہینہ کے اور مہمان ہیں۔ مولانا فرنگی محل کے ممتاز علماء میں سے تھے، ایک زمانہ میں آپ کی خطابت کی بڑی دھوم تھی،سیرت اور شہادت پرخصوصاً بڑی پُرجوش اور ولولہ انگیز تقریر کرتے تھے۔ شاعر اوراردو کے زبان دان اورادیب بھی اسی پایہ کے تھے، نعت گوئی میں خصوصاً بڑاکمال تھا۔گفتگو بھی ایسی ہی شیریں و دل چسپ اورادبی وعلمی لطائف وظرائف سے پُر ہوتی تھی۔ قدیم اودھ کی شرافت اور وضع داری، ہمدردی اورغمگساری مرحوم کی طبیعت اور جبلّت تھی۔ راقم الحروف جب کبھی مکان پرحاضر ہوتا تواُن کے ہاں گویا عید آجاتی تھی،ہرخط دعاؤں سے اور شفقت بزرگانہ کے بیساختہ اظہار سے پُرہوتاتھا۔ آنحضرت ﷺ اورآپ کے آل واصحابِ کرام کے ساتھ عشق ومحبت اس درجہ تھاکہ بسااوقات ذکر کرتے کرتے روپڑتے تھے۔ مرحوم، بزرگانِ سلف کے اُس کاروانِ رفتہ کی بقیہ یادگاروں میں سے تھے جس کے دیکھنے کوآنکھیں ترستی ہیں مگر اب اُس کارواں کی گرد کفِ پابھی نظر نہیں آتی۔سدار ہے نام...
Background and Aim: Bowen therapy is a non-pharmacological method for treating a variety of pain conditions, but its effectiveness in treating tension-type headaches is unknown. We compared the effectiveness of Bowen therapy to a sham treatment.
Methodology: In a multi-center randomized controlled trial, the young adults with a tension-type headache were selected from the Neurology Department of DHQ hospital Sargodha and Niazi Medical Complex, Sargodha, with convenient sampling. A priori sample size calculation determined that 44 participants were needed. The participants were randomly assigned to two groups. Bowen Therapy (n=22) and Sham Treatment (n=22) groups were enrolled. The Bowen therapy was devised for two weeks. The measurement was taken at baseline and after two weeks. SPSS 22 was used for data analysis.
Results: At baseline, there was no difference found in the Bowen therapy and Sham treatment groups. We have noticed a significant decrease in the severity of pain and improvement in pain pressure threshold assessed by the visual analogue scale (VAS) and algometer in the Bowen therapy group after two weeks (<0.05). However, no changes in pain intensity were found in the sham therapy group. Furthermore, the headache frequency was also reduced in Bowen therapy compared to the sham therapy group (<0.05) after the study period.
Conclusion: The findings suggest that Bowen Therapy might be a beneficial and effective treatment for a tension-type headache. Further studies are needed using older adult’s participants.

Authentication schemes are specifically designed to give user access privileges and secure patient`s confidential medical records. Many authentication schemes have been used with embedded E-Health software to give access to trained operators for the purpose of providing better cure against diseases. A large number of single and multi-factor authentication schemes are functioning but multi-factor authentication schemes are more secure than the single factor, which are unfortunately rare in use. The main objective is to propose an appropriate solution for the scheme in E-Health systems, for its formal use. The beauty of this scheme is the combination of most frequently used factors like Identity, password, smart card, mobile device and biometric characteristics of the user. The user has all these security and privacy measures along with strongly integrated factors which are contributing for the better availability and usage of the given scheme. It also takes care against different attacks like online or offline password guessing attack, stolen verifier attack, man-in-the-middle attack. Proposed scheme tested and verified by one of the trust worthy software engineering tools and techniques called formal methods and high level protocol specification language using AVISPA tool. Results guarantee the security, reliability, efficacy and effectiveness of proposed authentication scheme. For this purpose, system accessibility, user privileges would be flexible, feasible and controllable according to the prospective of application users. End users of E-Health systems could be patients, doctors, para-medical staff and administration. Due to its variety of login credentials on the basis of criticality of different users, organizations include government, semi-government and private healthcare centres develop their information security and accessibility policies according to context of socio-economic benefit. Joint authentication model for situation variant is the best choice for E-Health software.
