عثمانی دور میں حدودو قصاص کی تنفیذ
حضرت عمر کی شہادت کے بعد شورٰی کی جماعت کے متفقہ فیصلے سے حضرت عثمان یکم محرم چوبیس ہجری کو تیسرےخلیفہ نامزد ہوئےاور 18ذوالحجہ سن 35 ہجری شہادت تک خلیفہ رہے ۔ حضرت عثمان بن عفان بڑے ہی نرم دل حکمرا ن تھے ۔ شورش پسند لوگوں نے آپ کی اس طبعی نرم دلی کا ناجائز فائدہ اٹھانا شروع کیا ۔آخر انہی شورش پسند لوگوں نے آپ کو 35 ہجری 18 ذی الحجہ کو شہید کر ڈالا ۔ حضرت عمر نے جو عدالتی نظام قائم کر دیا تھا ، بدستور اسی پر عمل ہوتا رہا تاہم انہوں نے اس سلسلے میں ایک تبدیلی کی کہ عدالتی نظام کو مسجد سے علیحدہ کر دیا اور عدلیہ کے لیے ایک علیحدہ عمارت بنوا دی جو دار القضاء کے نام سے مشہور ہوئی ۔ آپ نے اگرچہ کچھ صوبوں کے گورنروں کو تبدیل کیا لیکن حضرت عمر کے کسی قاضی کو نہیں بدلا۔ آپ کے دور کے چند مشہورحدود وقصاص کے واقعات مندرجہ ذیل ہیں:

امام مالک سے مروی ہے کہ حضرت عثمان کے پاس ایک عورت آئی
" قَدْ وَلَدَتْ فِي سِتَّةِ أَشْهُرٍ فَأَمَرَ بِهَا أَنْ تُرْجَمَ فَقَالَ لَهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى يَقُولُ فِي كِتَابِهِ "وَحَمْلُهُ وَفِصَالُهُ ثَلَاثُونَ شَهْرًا " وَقَالَ "وَالْوَالِدَاتُ يُرْضِعْنَ أَوْلَادَهُنَّ حَوْلَيْنِ كَامِلَيْنِ لِمَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُتِمَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ " فَالْحَمْلُ يَكُونُ سِتَّةَ أَشْهُرٍ فَلَا رَجْمَ عَلَيْهَا فَبَعَثَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ فِي أَثَرِهَا فَوَجَدَهَا قَدْ رُجِمَتْ"301

Improving quality of nursing services became a major issue in health development both in national and global, because of growing demands on health services organization to give satisfaction with nursing services maximally by providing the best service to facilitate the ease of fulfilling the needs and realize the satisfaction. This study was a quantitative research design survey analytic used cross-sectional approach. It was conducted at Harapan Hospital Pematangsiantar. The population were 280 respondents and a sample obtained by 74 respondents. Data analysis of univariate, bivariate using chi - square and multivariate using logistic regression at 95% confidence level (α =.05). The result showed that more respondents who gave a rating of good in the aspect of reliability, followed by the aspect of responsiveness, tangible, assurance, and empathy the influence aspects in this study were reliability (p=.002), assurance (p=.014), tangible (p=.011), empathy (p=.030), responsiveness (p=.024). The most influential aspects of this study was the reliability with Exp(B)/OR=20.667 that aspect of reliability that respondents perceived to have the opportunity 20.667 times to produce patient satisfaction. It is concluded that there was an influence of reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy, responsiveness to patient satisfaction in Harapan Hospital. It is recommended to hospital to further improve the quality of nursing service, to improve the welfare of nurse through provision of appropriate incentives hope the nurse, provide training, and installing CCTV in every room and monitoring of the level of patient satisfaction on a regular basis through a survey so that can improve the quality of hospital services as a whole.
Despite the significant contribution of the elite private schools' in educating the elite of our societies, commonly, there is very little understanding of their defining characteristics among parents is that elite private schools are (i) privately owned (ii) they have very high fee structure (iii) and are located in posh areas. In the broader sense, it has mostly stayed out of the educationalists, researchers and policy makers' sight on understanding its exact features in the developing contexts. This study has explored the defining characteristics of an elite private school in the context of Karachi. The main aim of this study was to have a greater in-depth understanding of elite private schools and what makes an elite school elite. To gain this understanding regarding elite private school, the main stakeholders of the school have been interviewed, observed and the school documents have been reviewed and analyzed through the qualitative case study method. The main finding of this study revealed that each one of the stakeholders' characteristics contributes in making elite private school 'elite'. Furthermore, the locality of the school and the facilities that are provided for the students and teachers also significantly contribute to the 'elite' status of the school.
