الفاظ و تراکیب

الفاظ کا استعمال اور ان کی مطابقت شاعری میں بہت اہمیت کے حامل ہیں ۔ شاعراپنی فکر کو الفاظ کا آہنگ عطا کرتا ہے۔ یہ الفاظ ہی ہیں جو قاری کے دل و دماغ پر اثر انداز ہوتے ہیں اور شاعر کے کلام کا رتبہ بلند درجے تک پہنچا دیتے ہیں۔ وہ الفاظ جو بے اختیار شاعر کے ذہن میں آتے ہیں ان تک پہنچنے کے لیے شاعر کئی مرحلوں سے گزر چکا ہوتا ہے۔ بہت دیر کی علمی وادبی مشقت اور گہرے مطالعے کے بعد وہ اس مقام تک پہنچتا ہے کہ الفاظ کا ذخیرہ اس کے ذہن میں محفوظ ہو سکے۔ اس طرح بہت سے الفاظ مخصوص ہو گئے اور ان کی ترتیب بھی پہلے سے طے ہو گئی مگر شعرا نے ایک مضمون کو سورنگ سے باندھ کر اس دلیل کو باطل کر دیا۔ کلام اقبال اس بات کا شاہد ہے کہ اقبال نے ایک بات کو کئی انداز سے ادا کیا ہے اور ہر باراپنی بات کو پہلے سے زیادہ دلنشیں اور پر اثر بنا کر پیش کیا ہے۔ پروفیسر عبد الحق کہتے ہیں:
”کمال ہے کہ لغت کے ثقیل اور دقیق الفاظ کو اشعار کی خوبصورتی میں تحلیل کیا۔
چونکہ ان کے افکار میں خلوص کی گرمی اور پیغام میں تپش تھی۔ اس لیے یہ اجنبی
الفاظ بھی فلسفہ کے ساتھ شیر و شکر ہو گئے ۔ کلام میں سیکڑوں الفاظ ہیں، جن کے
مروجہ معانی میں بھی فرق آیا۔ الفاظ معانی کی وسعتوں سے گراں بار ہوئے۔ خودی،
بے خودی، حسن و عشق، ہجر و وصال، جنون و جذب، قیصر و قلندر، ایمان ویقین
وغیرہ کے محدود معنی کلام اقبال میں نہیں رہے جو لغت میں محفوظ ہیں۔ لفظوں کے

Man is noblest creation in the universe. Prophets are the most honorable men among of all the human being. Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) is most exalted in all prophets. Those who saw the countenance in belief get the blessing from the highest status. There are eleven virtuous wives of the Prophet (S.A.W) to be the mother of whole Umma e Muslim. One of them is Hazrat Ramla (R.A), daughter of Hazrat Abu Sufyan (R.A). She is known as Umme Habiba. As a Makah’s Chief daughter she enjoys every facility. After embracing Islam she showed stead fastness and consistency in Islam. Because her first husband was Christian but she protects her faith, notions and honor. The Holy Prophet (S.A.W) give her honor for sending marriage proposal. The Negus recited the word of nikah of all the virtuous and chaste wives of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W). Hazrat Umm e Habeeba (R.A) was the greatest preacher and supporter of Islam. She was always ready and assiduous to follow the teachings of Islam; and she understand it her obligation to follow the tradition of Hadith. There are sixty five traditions attributed to her in the primary sources of Hadith, which have fundamental status on different topics. Interaction Between Moral Identity Centrality and Indivisuals Workplace Behaviors

The objective of the current study was to determine the interaction of moral identity centrality and individuals’ behaviors in Rawalpindi and Islamabad service sector organizations. To get the objectives of research, there was quantitative methodology in the current study. On the basis of literature review, the relationships among the specified variables were studied. The target population was service sector organizations in Rawalpindi and Islamabad region of Pakistan. Selfreported rating survey questionnaire was used, as quantitative data was collected from 401 individuals. In total, 14 hypotheses were developed which were analyzed through SEM and interaction of all the variables showed good model fitness. The results showed that when there is high level of moral identity centrality in the employees of organizations, top management appears to support the moral characteristics to improve the behaviors of employees. It was also found that moral characteristics help in the improvement of employees’ behaviors with the effects of mediators like job satisfaction, self-efficacy, cynicism and perception of organizational politics. Findings of the quantitative research were in support of the earlier studies. The study tried to explore the interaction of moral identity in the service sector organizations, which has academic and managerial effectiveness. These organizations should focus on the effectiveness of moral characteristics, to increase the engagement level in the employees and buffering moral disengagement. In addition to SEM, also performed Sobel’s test to verify the significance of my results. This test has showed and verified the results as significant.
