موجودہ زمانہ میں جبکہ علمی اور عملی دونوں حیثیتوں سے تصوف کی صورت بالکل مسخ ہوچکی ہے، اس سلسلے کے مشہور بزرگ مولانا عین القضاۃ صاحب کی وفات مسلمانوں کے لیے ایک سخت قومی مصیبت ہے۔
مولانائے مرحوم، مولانا عبدالحئی صاحب کے فرنگی محلی کے ارشد تلامذہ میں تھے، وہ تحصیل علم سے فارغ ہونے کے بعد انھی کے زمانہ میں مصروف درس و تدریس ہوگئے تھے اس زمانہ میں انھوں نے درس نظامیہ کی مشہور و متداول کتاب یبذی پر ایک نہایت مبسوط حاشیہ بھی لکھا تھا، جس میں مولانا عبدالحئی صاحب کے طرز تحریر کی وضاحت اور جامعیت پائی جاتی ہے لیکن اس کے بعد حلقہ ارادت میں شامل ہوکر علم و عمل کا بہترین نمونہ بن گئے اور تمام عمر نہایت زہد و توکل کے ساتھ بسر کردی۔
ان کی زندگی ہمارے فقراء و صوفیہ کے لئے اس حیثیت سے نہایت سبق آموز ہے کہ انھوں نے یہ زاہدانہ طرز معاشرت فقروفاقہ سے مجبور ہوکر نہیں اختیار کیا تھا، بلکہ کئی ہزار روپیہ ماہوار کے صرف سے ایک عظیم لشان مدرسہ قرآنیہ جاری کررکھا تھا، اور اس کے مصارف وہ خود اپنی جیب خاص سے بالکل نامعلوم طریقہ پر ادا فرماتے تھے، اس کے علاوہ سال میں ایک بار تمام شہر کو عام دعوت دیتے تھے، جس کا سلسلہ صبح سے شام تک قائم رہتا تھا۔
اب بعض لوگوں نے ان کی سوانح عمری لکھنے کا ارادہ کیا ہے، اور ہمیں توقع ہے کہ یہ کتاب جلد سے جلد شائع ہوکر ہمارے فقراء اور صوفیہ کے لئے موجب بصیرت ہوگی۔ ( فروری ۱۹۲۵ء)

 

تعلیمی نظام کی اصلاح کے بارے میں امام بخاری کا نظریہ

 Bukhari was an exemplary teacher. His teaching experiments, advices, and valuable analysis are beneficent even today. As he is famous for being expert in Ahaadeth (Muhadis), he is being ignored in the field of education.  His thoughts, described in Kitabul Ilm of Sahi Bukhari can be used to reform an education system. According to his advices, a teacher should be vocal, should understand and consider psychology of students. He should make groups of students on the basis of their intelligence, and should assign assignments to students to make them more confident. About questions asked by students during teaching, Imam says this is not beneficial. Teachers also should not be upset with proper questions asked by students. No one can become expert with his own study without consultation with an expert of the field.  Reading without the guidance of a teacher may be unhealthy.  Imam stressed even beginner students to do hard work and travel for research, and academic work.  To get knowledge and access to reliable teachers admission in an institution and fulfilling of all the requirements are necessary.  Imam Also considered women education necessary.  According to him women can get benefits only when their system is separate from men. Kitabul Ilm of Bukhari consists of advices for education system reforms. These advices can be used to reform the present education system. Purpose of this article is to analyze Imam Bukhari’s thoughts about education for understanding good and bad things in education.

Development Journalism in Pakistan and Indian Print Media: A Comparative Study of Learning English and Urdu Dailies 2012-14

This research explores the developmental journalism in Pakistani and Indian newspapers (Daily Dawn, Daily Jang, Daily Times of India and Daily Sahafat) during 2012 to 2014. The researcher observed fifteen different development categories; education, literacy, health, agriculture, human rights, population control, national integrity, transport & communication, industry, energy, ecology, housing, infrastructural development and economic development during data gathering process. The overall news coverage of development aspects remained only 5.34% in the selected newspapers in which more focused remained on health, education, infrastructural and economic development as health developmental coverage remained 14.76%, education remained 14.74%, infrastructural development 13.54%, economic development 11.71% and agricultural development news coverage remained 10.26% of overall development coverage while population control and national integrity development news remained less than all other development categories. The ratio of favorable developmental news remained more than unfavorable and neutral. The coverage of national development news remained more than international developmental news and less prominent space & placement coverage has been given to development aspects. In this research, eighteen hypotheses were developed and evaluated through content analysis in which fourteen hypotheses proved and four disproved. The study finds out that the Indian newspapers given 3.59% more developmental coverage than the Pakistani newspapers, same as Urdu newspapers given 0.71% more developmental coverage than the English selected dailies. The researcher used two communication theories; development media theory & development communication as theoretical framework. The development media theory support the research as selected newspapers highlighted the problems of society member’s life in development perspective but the newspapers did not use communication in systematic way as the development communication purposed. The study recommended the development journalism trainings for journalists and systematic promotion & implementations of DJ
