Background: Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) has now been in clinical use for years and it has replaced other treatment techniques for the treatment of Urinary Tract Calculi. ESWL is a non-invasive method for the treatment of renal and ureteral stones. The current range of its indications includes majority of non-selected urinary stone treatment. It is used among the patients with more complex stones in the urinary tract. It has revolutionized the treatment of urinary calculi and it should be considered the treatment of choice for renal stones smaller than 2 cms. The success rate of this procedure is ranging from 60 to 90% in the available literature. To the best of researcher’s knowledge, no published data related to the outcomes and factors associated with Lithotripsy among patients with Urinary Tract stones is available in Afghanistan context. Objective: The current study is aimed to determine the outcomes of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary tract stones and its associated factors at French Medical Institute for Children, Kabul Afghanistan.Methodology: An analytical hospital based retrospective study design was employed. Records of 293 participants who had undergone Lithotripsy procedure at FMIC hospital with the help of a structured check list was extracted by using purposive sampling. The data was collected from the available records during the period of 2008 to 2015. Chi-square test XII of indepedence was run to identify the factors associated with outcomes of Lithotripsy procedure. Results: Our study findings have identified the overall success rate of Lithotripsy procedure as 68.4%. The findings of the study have also revealed that majority of the participants 51.36% had successful, 5.12% of participants had partially and 43.20% of participants’ stones had incomplete broken stones as an outcome of first time Lithotripsy. Among patients, who had undergone second time Lithotripsy procedure, 60.97% had successful and 39.02 % had unsuccessful broken stones. Factors like gender and size of stone were significantly associated with outcomes of first time lithotripsy in this population. On the other hand, we could not determine any association between successful outcomes and second time lithotripsy. Conclusion: Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy is one of the cheap and non-invasive, procedures which induce fewer complications which can be managed spontaneously in short period of time. The findings of this study and the available literature shows that ESWL is an effective procedure for the management of Urinary Calculi. Our study has reported a success

IS REGULATORY EMOTION SELF-EFFICACY PLAYING A MEDIATING ROLE? IMPACT OF LIFESTYLE HABITS ON SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING

Background and Aim: The objective of the research is to investigate the impact of lifestyle habits on subjective wellbeing in the presence of role of regulatory emotion self-efficacy as a mediator. Vital for wellbeing, longevity, productivity, relationships, and general quality of life in all areas is a healthy lifestyle. Methodology: A cross-sectional study has been conducted for 271 Students had been selected as respondents. Smart Pls has been used for calculating the reliability, validity of questionnaire and as well as hypothesis testing. Results: Food disorder, healthcare anxiety, regulatory emotional self-efficacy have direct and indirect significant impact on subjective well-being. But sleeping disorder has showed the direct and indirect insignificant impact on subjective well-being. Limitation and Future Implications: Because of time constraints, a lack of comprehension of the research, and a healthy lifestyle people are not aware of health benefits, they had less knowledge about it and were hesitant about a discussion. Originality: The role of regulatory emotion self-efficacy has not been used as a mediator during the relationship of lifestyle habits and subjective well-being. Conclusion: Subjective well-being is defined as gratification and satisfaction with one’s life. Regular physical activity is important in order to enhance the self-efficacy and emotional well-being. Good nutrients and a balanced diet provide a person with enough energy to carry out the tasks of daily life effectively.

Total and Entire Labeling of Graphs

\A plane graph is a particular drawing of a planar graph on the Euclidean plane. Let G(V;E; F) be a plane graph with vertex set V , edge set E and face set F. A proper entire t-colouring of a plane graph is a mapping : V (G) [ E(G) [ F(G) ?! f1; 2; : : : ; tg such that any two adjacent or incident elements in the set V (G)[E(G)[F(G) receive distinct colours. The entire chromatic number, denoted byvef (G), of a plane graph G is the smallest integer t such that G has a proper entire t-colouring. The proper entire t-colouring of a plane graph have been studied extensively in the literature. There are several modi cation on entire t-colouring. We focus on a face irregular entire k-labeling of a 2-connected plane graph as a labeling of vertices, edges and faces of G with labels from the set f1; 2; : : : ; kg in such a way that for any two di erent faces their weights are distinct. The weight of a face under a k-labeling is the sum of labels carried by that face and all the edges and vertices incident with the face. The minimum k for which a plane graph G has a face irregular entire k-labeling is called the entire face irregularity strength". \Another variation to entire t-colouring is a d-antimagic labeling as entire labeling of a plane graph with the property that for every positive integer s, the weights of s-sided faces form an arithmetic sequence with a common di erence d. In the thesis, we estimate the bounds of the entire face irregularity strength for disjoint union of multiple copies of a plane graph and prove the sharpness of the lower bound in two cases. Also we study the existence of d-antimagic labelings for vi the Klein-bottle fullerene that is for anite trivalent graph embedded on the Kleinbottle with each face is a hexagon. In last chapter we investigate the 3-total edge product cordial labeling of hexagonal grid (honeycomb) that is the planar graph with m rows and n columns of hexagons".
