افسوس ہے کہ خانقاہ مجیبیہ پھلواری شریف پٹنہ کے سجادہ نشین مولانا سید شاہ رضوان اﷲ قادری مجیبی ۳۱؍ دسمبر ۲۰۰۳ء کو وفات پاگئے، اِنا ﷲ وَاِنا اِلیہ رَاجِعونْ۔
ابھی عمر کی جس منزل میں وہ تھے، یہ جانے کے دن نہیں ہوتے لیکن مشیت الٰہی میں کس کا دخل؟ موت کا تو وقت مقرر ہے، فَاِذَا جَآءَ اجلُھُمْ لَا یستَأخِرُونْ سَاعۃ وَّلَا یستَقْدِمُوْنَ۔[الاعراف:۳۴]
خانقاہ مجیبیہ کا علمی و روحانی فیض مدت دراز سے جاری ہے، شاہ صاحب اس کی قدیم روایات اور اپنے عالی مقام اسلاف کی خصوصیات اور خوبیوں کے حامل تھے اور خود بھی ایک صاحب فیض عالم اور ذاکر و شاغل بزرگ تھے، ان کی ذات سے ہزاروں طالبین و سالکین فیض یاب ہورہے تھے مگر اب تزکیہ و اصلاح اور ارشاد کا یہ سرچشمہ بند ہوگیا۔
ان کو تقویٰ و اخلاص، صوم و صلوٰۃ کی پابندی، سادگی و درویشی اور خوش مزاجی و خوش خلقی ورثے میں ملی تھی، راقم کو دو تین بار ان کی خدمت میں حاضری اور ان کی پاکیزہ سیرت اور مطہر زندگی کے جلوے دیکھنے کا اتفاق ہوا، ہر بار نہایت خندہ پیشانی سے ملے اور لطف و کرم سے پیش آئے، اﷲ تعالیٰ ان کے درجات بلند کرے اور پس ماندگان کو صبر جمیل عطا کرے، آمین۔

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of MSMEs in Gorontalo Regency and to provide new innovations in the development of MSMEs based on Creative Economy (Ekraf) and Gig economy in Gorontalo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which describes and describes facts according to the phenomenon of how development is seen from the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities (SWOT analysis) with the aim of providing an Creative Economy-based MSME development strategy and the Gig economy in Gorontalo Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of MSMEs against informants from three business fields, namely the Food Business Sector (dodol processed food), clothing (Sulaman Karawo) and handicrafts spread across three existing sub-districts in Gorontalo Regency. The results showed that the creative economy-based and gig economy-based MSMEs in Gorontalo Regency have not been fully implemented by MSME actors because they have limited capabilities and experience problems in their business development, this is due to several problems faced such as limited capital, raw materials and the use of simple production equipment, limited marketing media due to the absence of a MSME center, the types of products offered, quite a lot of transaction costs, less skilled labor, and product copyright registration problems for that from the results of the SWOT analysis of the diversification strategy at a more precise value to be applied, because it is considered more appropriate to the current conditions in Gorontalo Regency. In addition, the use of the gig economy is a part-time worker who is competent and innovative for MSMEs that are progressing and ready to compete.
The prime and basic motive of this research is to design a good job which is conducive and healthy for
organizations to meet the future challenges. Particularly in corporate culture the organizations face fierce
competition and on the parallel line the employees also face tremendous problems, due to innovation of new
technologies, work overload, mental stress, job stress and ambiguous job description.
If the job design is well structured employees will more satisfied and their performance will be increased. The
survival of many organizations has been challenged because of their inability to respond flexibly and
appropriately to the need of employees' beneficiaries. The primary task of the organizations today, is to satisfy
the need of employees, and look into the welfare of the society. The organizations of the future will be based on
adaptability- intelligence, continuous change and transformation rather than on predictability.
This research focuses that job design has positive impact on the performance of an organization as well as it
enhanced employees' satisfaction and motivation. In present era, the job design has great importance for both
academicians and practitioners in the field of human resource management. A good job design means that all
elements of work should be taken into consideration and no element should be overlapping.
The basic aim of my research is to explore the job design issue and structure a good job. Through good job we
can increase the motivation of employees and performance of organizations. When the employee will be more
satisfied, then unequivocally the productivity of organization would be enhanced. I have applied the conceptual
job design characteristic model which is developed by Hackman and Oldham to analyze the impact of job design
on organization performance.
