In Sindh, public education sector is the largest system that provides education for the majority of enrolled children. Although, there is a common perception that public sector schools are declining, there are still some examples of successful public schools in the province of Sindh. The purpose of this study is to find out some examples of successful public primary schools from Sindh and to explore the contributory factors behind those successful public primary schools. Within the qualitative paradigm multiple case study methodology was used to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomena. The study was exploratory in nature and carried out in three public primary schools of district Sukkur, Sindh. It includes headteachers, SMC members and senior teachers from selected schools and district education officers. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions and field notes. Findings of the study reveal that the team work of competent and committed teachers and school leader is the major contributory factor behind the success of public primary schools. Furthermore, project-based interventions, official support and community involvement are supportive factors for school success. In brief, this research shows that there are examples of successful public schools in Sindh, which counters the assumption that all public schools are essentially failing. The research also suggests that there are various contributory factors which work in complex formulations to achieve the overall school success, however motivated teachers and school leader were found to be the biggest game-changer. It needs to be acknowledged that these schools are working in harsh circumstances and deserve appreciation. The findings of the study would certainly be beneficial for public schools having similar contextual realities, to improve and achieve success. It is also hoped that the findings of this research help create disjuncture within existing discourse of public versus private education.

صحیح البخاری کی کتب اور ابواب میں نظم و مناسبت تحقیقی جائزہ

In sahih Bukhari the reform’s of Imam Bukhari are present in various styles and artistically sahih Bukhari is an eximious book. But in this present confab we want to disuses such a topic which is about the colligation of sahih Bukhari’s parts and order. The intellectual advisability and  sequences called the order of the parlance, and some time many points are practical and various expediencies recondite in this order. With identity the object of the speaker is explicated e.g, he started the book with incipiency and it is brought first because the inspiration the provenance of admonition. He arranges “kitab-ul-Emam” of on the second because to have belief on Allah as “Rab” is the most preeminent and also the prerequisite. In the first Hdith انما الاعمال بالنيات is in the same order and we understand that candidness is not only enough in the outset but it should be obsessive on both the commencement and the verge. The advisability we understood is the deserts starts form intentness and suppress on the left. Imam Bukhari to words both radicals in the inception and completion of the book.

Association Mapping for Seed Traits in Wheat Triticum Aestivum L.

The present study was carried out on spring wheat germplasm to mine the nature and magnitude of morphological diversity and LD based association between markers and seed traits influencing the end use quality of wheat. The diversity patterns among 245 genotypes on the basis of phenotypic data revealed the extent of diversity which can be exploited for future breeding programs. Out of fourteen quantitative traits phenotyped, protein content, gluten content, starch and test weight contributed towards significant principal components (PCs) with highly significant correlation with chapatti and bread quality. Whereas, seed size and thousand grain weight were strongly associated with grain yield per plant. On the basis of principal component analysis, a set of 143 diverse genotypes was selected for SDS-PAGE analysis for HMW and LMW glutenin subunits. The frequencies of various HMW-GS were different for Pakistani landraces and modern Pakistani and CIMMYT germplasm. Landraces had a good chapatti quality and an overall poor bread quality while, the modern germplasm from both Pakistan and CIMMYT displayed good quality for both chapatti and bread. The correlation pattern between seed traits was similar in CIMMYT and Pakistani germplasm. Landraces and miscellaneous germplasm had different pattern of trait association from those of CIMMYT and Pakistani germplasm. On the basis of PCA and gluten protein profiling, 92 diverse genotypes were selected for subsequent association mapping. Population structure was detected with 30 unlinked SSRs that divided the population of 92 genotypes in three sub- populations. Extensive LD extent was found with 42 SSRs specific for 1B chromosome. Six SSR markers were found associated with six seed traits. In addition to finding novel markers, the results of association mapping from the study also confirmed previous results. The markers which were found significantly linked to the six quality traits may be used efficiently for the improvement of these traits through MAS.
