Case study research was conducted to explore and understand the strategies that the school head teacher employs to empower teachers in classroom teaching. The study was conducted in a government school in Karachi, Pakistan with the head teacher and two classroom teachers. The main purpose of the study was to see what strategies are used mostly in empowering teachers and for how much these strategies help in improving teaching performance and enhancing school improvement. It is necessary to note that curriculum is most important factor in classroom teaching and learning. If classroom teaching is not meeting the needs of the students learning will not be effective. Also if teachers have no willpower in implementing curriculum, it is likely to affect the teaching process in the classroom. In classroom teaching, things like methodology, instructions, resources, materials, and strategies are necessary for implementation. Therefore, this study focuses on the use of such characters and examines how the school head teacher encourages teachers on the practice of these characteristics while practicing teaching in the classroom. The study reveals that the head teacher is the most important person in the school reform, and she is the change agent. Also, the study shows that teacher empowerment is one important aspect of education reform in the school. For the current situation, the head teacher understands the importance of the educational change process that focuses on teacher empowerment for school improvement. Several strategies were found to be critical in practicing teacher empowerment in the classroom teaching, among them are: providing teacher with freedom, introducing change, and providing teachers with professional development, and providing rewards support, trust and autonomy. The study urges the educational policy to rethink school leadership structure roles together with skills and knowledge of head teacher and teachers in realizing teacher empowerment.

افسوس ہے آخر وہی ہواجس کاچند مہینوں سے کھٹکا لگاہوا تھا،یعنی ۲۷؍ مئی کو ہمارے ملک کے محبوب وزیر اعظم پنڈت جواہر لال نہرو ۷۴ بر س کی عمر میں اِس دنیا سے رخصت ہوگئے اور پورے ملک کوماتم کدہ بناگئے۔ دنیا میں عام طور پربڑے آدمی دوقسم کے ہوتے ہیں، ایک وہ جو دماغ اورذہن کے اعلیٰ کمالات و اوصاف کے حامل ہوں اور دوسرے وہ جو قلب ونظر کے پاک اوراُن کی خوبیوں اور اچھائیوں کے جامع ہوں، ایسے لوگ بہت کم ہوتے ہیں جواِن دونوں قسم کے کمالات سے سرفراز ہوں۔ پنڈت جی کسی تیسری قسم کے بڑے لوگوں میں سے تھے، اُن کی زندگی سب لوگوں اورخصوصاً نوجوانوں کے لیے سرتاپا درس عبرت تھی۔ وہ ایسے گھرانہ میں پیدا ہوئے جہاں خدا کادیا کیا کچھ نہیں تھا،بالکل عنفوانِ شباب میں جب وہ انگلینڈ سے اپنی اعلیٰ تعلیم ختم کرکے وطن واپس آئے توحسن و شباب ،اعلیٰ تعلیم،بے پناہ دولت وثروت ،اعلیٰ خاندان اور وجاہت غرض کہ مادی اسبابِ عیش وتنعم میں سے ایسی کون سی چیز تھی جواُن کے پاس بافراط موجود نہ ہو، اوراس لیے زمانہ کے عام مذاق کے مطابق ان کے لیے بہت آسان تھا کہ ’’بابر بعیش کوش کہ عالم دوبارہ نیست‘‘ کے فلسفہ پرعمل پیراہوتے اور اپنی زندگی کوخیّام کی خیالی جنت کے مادی پیکر میں گزار دیتے ۔لیکن ۱۹۱۶ء میں جب پہلی مرتبہ ان کی ملاقات مہاتما گاندھی سے ہوئی تو اس پیرِدانا کی پہلی نگاہ نے اِس نوجوان کی آرزؤوں اورتمناؤوں کی دنیا میں ایک انقلابِ عظیم پیداکردیا اوراس نوجوان نے اُسی وقت پھولوں کی سیج اور شبستانِ عیش کے بجائے اپنے لیے خار زار آلام و مصائب اور قید ومحن کی راہ کاانتخاب کرلیا،اوراپنا سب کچھ اس کے لیے قربان کردیا۔اُس زمانہ میں پنڈت جی یاکسی...

Consideration of illness in the rulings of Islamic Sharia fully understands and estimates the danger and potential loss in case of illness. Islamic Sharia has given illness a complete consideration. Sometimes human needs blood which is important for life as is oxygen. Without blood, it’s not possible to survive. Blood is needed in certain amount and God has given us some surplus amount in the body which comes into action in case some blood is flowed from the body. This extra blood can save human life. Previously it was not possible to preserve the extra blood but now advancement of science has made it possible to save it and to use it to help some lives of other people. An ill person can be helped and saved by injecting the needed blood. Nowadays blood banks are working all over the world and are helping save lives of human beings. Blood transfusion is not only permitted rationally, ethically and traditionally but it is a matter of great reward to help humanity. So, establishing blood banks is purely a human activity and a very good thing. This article discusses blood banks and its establishment under the light of Islamic Sharia.

Alama Peer Muhammad Anwar Qureshi Hashmi is revered as an extraordinary intellectual and spiritual figure at the level of Pind Dadan Khan, and they hold the status of a reference for the local community. Alama Peer Muhammad Anwar Qureshi Hashmi's established institutions, Darul Uloom Muhammadia Rizvia Pind Dadan Khan and Jamia Syeda Khadija ul-Kubra (may Allah be pleased with her), exhibit a harmonious blend of religious and contemporary education. Particularly, the educational curriculum is comprehensive. The number of graduates from his educational institutions is 1,419, while the current enrollment of students is 712. The individuals who have completed their education are serving in various schools, colleges, religious institutions, and the armed forces, providing religious services. The educational institutions maintain a commendable standard of education, which is evident from the annual positions achieved by the students of the institution in the examination conducted by the Board of intermediate & Secondary education. The annual budget of educational institutions amounts to millions of rupees, which is obtained through the generosity of benefactors. According to the statistics for the year 2021-2022, the annual expenditures on students' education, boarding, and accommodation amount to 28,458,900 (twenty-eight million, four hundred fifty-eight thousand, nine hundred) rupees. In order to carry out organized and structured activities related to preaching and outreach, He established a preaching group named "Tehreek Hayya alal Falah." Its units are present in various regions of the Punjab province. Instead of relying on Sufi discipleship for livelihood he established a system of preaching and outreach. As a result, hundreds of people are determined to follow the path of religion through their allegiance. People from the entire region are benefiting from his welfare services, and Al-Badar Islamic Elementary School is a significant achievement in his philanthropic endeavors. Al-Falah Welfare Trust, Anjuman Ghulaman-e-Mustafa Pind Dadan Khan, and Al-Khalil Welfare Trust present monthly donations in the form of hundreds of thousands of rupees for the service of impoverished and needy individuals. This initiative has benefited numerous families.
