The Biography or Seerah of Prophet Mohammad is a glorious title of history and it has given humanity an unmatched and everlasting status. and a destiny. To prove its honesty and truth, one should not go far in quest or search or to put any efforts. We will know after having a glance at every section that, this alone is the biggest Since the discussed topic is related to focused by me. In this context, following five chapters has been formatted: First chapter: in this chapter, the significance, utility and sources of Seerat-e-Tayyaba has been discussed. Keeping in mind the lexical and idiomatic annotations, it has been told that Seerat is a combination of two different meanings. Comm In view of common meanings, it has been written that the actions and way of life of any common men is called Seerah, but in specific meanings, it has been described as the Plans, Acts, Personality is belonged to Prophet Muhammad, is Called Seerah. 2nd Chapter: Need and importance of modern understandings of Seerat-e-Nabi has been explained. An effort has been made to bring constructive aspects and current issues into practice. In this chapter the aspects/attributes of Holy Prophet and principles of present time has also been expressed. For the relevancy to the topic, and in intention to certain attributes of Prophet Muhammad, Modern understandings of Seerah have been explained and three separate topics have been discussed. 4th Chapter: in this chapter, human rights in specific view of Seerat-un-Nabi have been explained. The clauses of Last Sermon have been explained in view of recent times. 5th Chapter: in this chapter, an effort has been made to solve current issues in the light of Seerat-e-Tayyaba. The comprehensive and universal strategies and teachings of Seerat-e-Tayyaba have been applied in view of current scenario. Also considering the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad as a role model for all, some aspects has also been mentioned.
عرب کے ریگستانوں میں جہاں کبھی ابراہیمؑ کے بڑے بیٹے اسماعیلؑ کی قوم جا بسی تھی وہیں 570 عیسوی میں محمد ﷺ کی پیدائش ہوئی۔ ان کے پیروکار انہیں آخری نبی مانتے ہیں اور ان کی لائی ہوئی کتاب، قرآن مجید کو الہامی سمجھتے ہیں۔ مسیحؑ کی طرح ان کی شخصیت بھی بہت اہمیت کی حامل ہے تاہم یہودیت کی اس مختصر تاریخ میں آپؐ سے متعلق انہیں واقعات کو فوقیت دی گئی ہے جو مجموعی طور پر یہودی قوم سے متعلق ہیں۔ یہودیت اور مسیحیت ہی کی طرح آپ ﷺ کے لائے ہوئے مذہب یعنی اسلام نے بھی ایک خدا کی عبادت پر زور دیتے ہوئے شرک سے منع کیا۔ چونکہ یہ مذہب خود کو ملت ابرہیمی سے جوڑتے ہوئے ابراہیمؑ کو مسلمان گردانتا ہے، چنانچہ اس کے لیے یہودی و مسیحی بھی محترم تھے۔ قرآن مجید نے ان کے لیے "اہلِ کتاب" کی اصطلاح تجویز کی۔ مسلمانوں کے تحت یہود کے ایک بڑے طبقے نے مختلف علاقوں میں مجموعی طور پر 638 عیسوی سے لے کر تقریباً 1922عیسوی تک کا عرصہ گزارا۔

There is major influence of quotes of Sahabaa’h and taa’baeen on Islamic Jurisprudence. A plain study of Fiqh presents the role of tab’aeen and their quotes in method of extraction. There quotes not mere only help us in various matters of virtues, but also in family issues and others. As a matter of fact, a major number of fatawas are based on their quotes or practice as well. Moreover, every school of thought in fiqh narrates their sayings in favour of their vision, I.e. Hanfiya, Shafiya and Malkiya used to narrates their quotes and sayings. Family life is base of any nation or civilization. Books of fiqh also discussed numerous issues of family life and their solutions in the light of Shariaah. In this article a view of tab’aeen’s quotes related to family issues will be discussed. It will support in understanding the importance of their quotes in Islamic Jurisprudence and its compilation. Relevant examples of different school of thought will be discussed from their own books respectively
Chlorpyrifos (CFS) is one of the most common insecticides found in freshwater ecosystems and
has been detected in agricultural and fishery products worldwide. Acute toxicity assessment was
carried out by24hour LC50 of chlorpyrifos to freshwater fish Oreochromis niloticus. The value
for 24hour LC50 was determined as 37.93 ? 20.02?g/L. The experiment was carried to measure
the effects of different concentrations of chlorpyrifos (CFS) on O. niloticus through the
evaluation of biochemical and hematological parameters in addition to histological examination.
One hundred and twenty O. niloticus were randomly distributed into four groups in triplicates
containing ten fish per aquarium. The first group served as a GC (control group), which is the
non-treated group. The second group G1 was exposed to 1/11
of 24hour LC50. The third groupG2 was exposed to 1/7th
of 24hour LC50. While the fourth group G3 was exposed to1/3
rd of
24hour LC50.The exposure was for 14 days in all treated groups. Fish exposed to CFS showed
histological alterations as compared to control groups. Alterations were more prominent in high
dose group G3. Congestion, necrosis and hemorrhage in gills, degeneration in muscles and
intestine were noticed. In hematological assessment, significant increase in WBCs, LYMP,MCH
and MCV with the increase in dose was noticed while decrease in RBCs, HGB, HCT and MCHC
was observed with increase in dose as compared to control. Significant increase in AST and ALT
was observed.This study provides significant perceptions about the acute toxic effects of CFS on
fish and show potential to be used as biomarkers in further toxicological evaluation studies
