Impact of training and development practices on leadership skills of middle managers: a comparative study is the title of this thesis. The objective of this research study was to show the relationship of training and development practices and improvement of leadership skills of middle managers of chosen organizations in comparison. To conduct this study, response was collected from the 60 middle managers of Pakistan International Airlines, Descon Engineering Limited, ICl/Akzonobel Chemicals, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited, Allied bank Limited and National Bank of Pakistan, working in Lahore, where an established HR department and training and development practices were prevailing. To conduct the research both primary as well as secondary data was collected. The main focus of the research was on primary data, 6 informal interviews as well as questionnaires were used. Descriptive statistics techniques, graphs and bivariate correlation analysis by using SPSS were applied on the data collected through questionnaires and informal interviews. The conclusion revealed from the study is that training and development practices improved the leadership skills of the employees as it built confidence of recognition and made middle managers clearer of their objectives and customs of work in their organization to lead their colleagues fairly and with full devotion. But the fluctuation in results of different organizations came because of execution patterns of training, corporate culture, globalized culture pressures, morale, and willingness of employees to learn. Therefore, both training as well as fair development practices are important for the improvement of leadership skills in middle managers.

The foundation of the Sharia is revelation, revelation is the name of two things, the Qur'an and the Sunnah, since both are related to the news, and to convey the news to others, narrators are needed, so for the propagation of the Qur'an and the Sunnah to future generations. It was necessary to have narrators, the narrators of the Holy Qur'an are called Qira, the narrators of the Sunnah are called Muhaddith, the traditions of the Holy Qur'an are called 'Qara'at' and the traditions of the Sunnah are called 'Ahadith'. Both the Qur'an and the Sunnah are revelations, but still there are some differences between them which are explained in detail in the Book of Principles. It was a difficult task, and the significant efforts made by the Muhadditheen in this regard were more famous and campaigned than the knowledge of al-Qaraat and recitation. He became famous with this, and some people even got the wrong impression that he had nothing to do with jurisprudence, and this wrong impression was reinforced by the behavior of the some Narrators. In reasoning and deriving from the Sunnah, there were many disorders and factors that gave birth to different schools of jurisprudence. For example, a hadith revealed to an imam or a jurist during reasoning has a hidden reason that is not revealed to anyone else. Therefore, there is a difference in argumentation. Similarly, sometimes the hadeeth is correct in a certain issue in front of a jurist, while on the other hand, it is weak in the opinion of another, which leads to diversity in argumentation. When the jurists differed in the derivation of the issues and rulings, in fact, these are cases of priority and non-priority, in which there is, however, scope that any position can be declared preferred based on arguments. The decline in the agricultural sector is a massive problem for our country, as it relies primarily on agriculture. This decline has come about due to the outdated and traditional methods of farming that are still being employed in the country. Our project which is a semi autonomous robot, aims to improve the situation of the agricultural sector by employing precision agriculture techniques. The project focuses on three aspects of precision agriculture, which includes, formation of a pH-distance map of the field, elimination of weed plants through herbicide spray and drip irrigation techniques using an accurate spraying mechanism. The project will attempt to perform all the tasks in an automated fashion in order to reduce human involvement so that the tedious tasks which were previously done by humans would now be performed through automated mechanisms which will improve the accuracy of the tasks and will consequently improve the agricultural yield of the country. Hence the objective of the project is to perform the techniques of precision agriculture with maximum accuracy. The project would entail a mechanical movable structure of a robot that would be capable of navigating a farm field; the robot would create a map of the farm field by obtaining pH values at various distances. A machine learning module would be employed that would use convolutional neural network to detect the presence of weed plants in the field while a spraying mechanism would also be constructed that would be used both for spraying herbicides on weeds and also to perform drip irrigation techniques. The overall operational support for the robot would be provided through Robot Operating System
