This study is conducted to calculate the training cost of the organization and return on it. Today in knowledge economy Employees of the organization become the Assets and capital of the firm and learning and growth become essential part of their career through training and development activities. But in most of the cases it is difficult to calculate the training cost and return on this particular investment. In this study we try to apply 4 level of Kirk Patrick training Evaluation Model to work out Return on Investment 5th Level of Training Evaluation of Jack Phillips. Different models are also discussed in this study. One of the most challenging issues facing organizations is to place a value on the benefits in training and development, human resources, performance improvement, change, quality, and technology. The ROI methodology, developed by Dr. Jack J. Phillips, has proven to be an accurate, credible, and feasible approach to address the accountability issues for all types of organizations. The methodology has been accepted and used in over 40 countries and is the leading approach to ROI accountability. Facilitated by Jack and Patti Phillips, Certification in the ROI Methodology provides a practical measurement experience. Participants learn how to use the ROI methodology to measure the contribution of programs, satisfy client needs, enhance program success, and build respect with stakeholders. The core or main part of this study is keeping isolate training investment or return by other Profitable factors. The financial data will be taken from different three banks and using trend line method and focus group methods to isolate the training and development affect. Finally calculate ROI of training program and establish relationship with performance management.

حکیم عبد النبی شجرطہرانی(۱۹۶۸۔۱۸۷۲) ہمیر پور جموں میں پیدا ہوئے۔ اصل نام عبد النبی اور شجر تخلص کرتے تھے۔ آپ کے والد دہلی میں طبیب تھے۔۱۹۰۲ء میں آپ نے میڈیکل کالج لکھنؤ سے طب کی سند حاصل کی۔(۶۰) ۱۹۲۰ء میں آپ نے والدین سمیت جموں سے ہجرت کی اور سیالکوٹ میں مستقل سکونت اختیار کی۔ (۶۱) جب شجر میڈیکل کالج لکھنؤ میں طالب علم تھے تو اسی دور میں آپ کو حضرت داغ دہلوی سے تلمذ ہوا۔ اس دور میں شجر اپنا کلام داغ دہلوی کو دکھایا کرتے تھے۔(۶۲) شجر سند یافتہ طبیب تھے۔ آپ فوجی ڈاکٹر کی حیثیت سے برطانوی فوج میں شامل ہوئے۔ مولانا جوہر اور مولانا شوکت علی کے ساتھ تحریکِ خلافت کے دوران متعدد جلسوں میں حصہ لیا۔۱۹۲۰ء میں آپ نے کانگریس کی رکنیت اختیار کی۔ بعد ازاں کانگریس چھوڑ کر مجلسِ احرار میں شامل ہو گئے۔(۶۳) شجر کے عطاء اﷲ شاہ بخاری سے گہرے مراسم تھے جب وہ سیالکوٹ آتے تو شجر کی قیام گاہ پر قیام کرتے۔ شجر نے ۸۰ سال متحرک ادبی زندگی گزاری اور تقریباً ایک لاکھ شعر کہے۔ ان کی باقیات کے پاس ان کے بائیس شعری مسودات محفوظ ہیں لیکن ان کے اکثر مسودے نایاب ہیں اور گم ہو گئے ہیں۔(۶۴) شجر کی زندگی میں ان کا پہلا شعری مجموعہ ’’صبرِ جمیل‘‘ ۱۸ اگست ۱۹۲۸ء کو شائع ہوا۔ اس کا مکمل نام مثنوی سرگزشت یتیم المعروف صبرِ جمیل ہے۔ شجر نے اس میں ایک یتیم کی سرگزشت کو اپنے اشعار میں پیش کیا ہے۔ اس میں صبر‘ استقلال و صداقت‘ تقویٰ و ذہانت‘ عصمت دنیاوی‘ انقلابات اور عروج و زوال جیسے مضامین نہایت خوبی سے نبھائے گئے ہیں۔ دوسراشعری مجموعہ ’’زبانِ فطرت‘‘ جو نظموں پر مشتمل ہے، ۱۹۲۹ء کو مقبول عام پریس لاہور سے منشی غلام احمد نے شائع کیا۔ اس مجموعے میں...

E come across unpleasant news regarding people from different walks of lives. Teachers Judges, Doctors, Police Officers and so on are allegedly reported for committing malpractices and corruption. This is not the problem in our country. It is a worldwide problem. It is evident that the education which is given is not upto the mark. Though Civic education or value education is being given  across the country but it has not been proven that  much effective which can make character and personality of an individual strong engouh to  stops a person from committing the mentioned wrongs. On the other hand Islamic perspective of Civic education is more comprehensive and covers different angles and aspects of human personality and life. Islam aims to make an individual internally disciplined in the manner where he/ she does not do right things and acts just because he/she is under the eye of Camera but he/she does the right act because he/ she is supposed to do so.

Synthesis and Characterization of Cobalt Ferrite Nanostructures

Coprecipitation method was used to prepare pure and doped CoFe 2 O 4 nanoparticles. Ferric and cobalt salts were used as precursors while oleic acid was used as surfactant. X- ray Diffraction and Transmission Electron Microscopy analysis confirmed single phase of nanoparticles with particle size ~20 nm. Electron transport in CoFe 2 O 4 nanoparticles was investigated using impedance spectroscopy from 300 K to 400 K over wide frequency range (20 Hz - 2 MHz). Impedance spectroscopy of CoFe 2 O 4 nanoparticles revealed a semiconductor to metal transition at ~330 K. The semiconductor to metal transition was attributed to existence of mixed valance states of Fe cations, reverse cation distribution among octahedral and tetrahedral sites and various types of interactions between these cations. Variation of exponent “s” with temperature suggested that overlapping large polaron tunneling was the dominant conduction mechanism in cobalt ferrite nanoparticles. The Mössbauer spectroscopy demonstrated the mixed inverse spinel structure of the CoFe 2 O 4 nanoparticles. X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy analysis was carried out to study the oxidation states and environment of Fe and Co cations. Electrical properties of Sn 2+ and La 3+ doped CoFe 2 O 4 nanoparticles were studied in detail. The change in dielectric constant and ac conductivity of CoFe 2 O 4 nanoparticles were observed with dopant concentration. The temperature induced delocalization of charge carriers and metallic phase in Co 0.6 Sn 0.4 Fe 2 O 4 nanoparticles was explained using M(H) loops and impedance spectroscopy. Metallic nature of Co 0.6 Sn 0.4 Fe 2 O 4 nanoparticles above 360 K was attributed to dominancy of delocalized charge carriers Fe 3+ –Fe 2+ /Co 3+ – Co 2+ interactions over localized charge carriers Fe 3+ –O 2− –Fe 3+ /Co 2+ –O 2− –Co 2+ interactions. This was suggested that the wasp - waist magnetic hysteresis loop was due to simultaneous existence of ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic domains in the system. The M(H) loops of Co 0.6 Sn 0.4 Fe 2 O 4 nanoparticles indicated that at lower temperatures the superexchange interaction was dominant as compared to double exchange interaction while at higher temperatures double exchange interaction becomes more strong. The open M(H) loops of Co 0.6 Sn 0.4 Fe 2 O 4 nanoparticles indicated the absence of magnetic saturation. The temperature dependent electrical behavior of the grain boundaries was reported and discussed in terms of depletion space-charge layer in the vicinity of grain boundaries.
