Main objectives of this research study are to investigate the mediating role of customer satisfaction and customer trust between (perceived) customer relationship management (CRM) and customer loyalty and to investigate the inter-relationship between CRM, customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer loyalty. In this study banking sector was selected as a sample, banks which offer their services to general public at large were considered such as private banks, Islamic banks and foreign banks branches located in Faisalabad region. Sample of study was consisted of 250 individual customers of banks which were selected by convenient sampling technique. A self-administrative questionnaire was used for collecting data from selected sample which was adapted- from previous literature. Statistical techniques such as descriptive statistic, cronbach alpha, correlation analysis, ANOVA and Regression analysis were applied on data by using (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) SPPS .16.0. Results indicated that there are statistically significant positive linear relationships among all study variables, the level of significance for all study variables were significant at (p < 0.01) level 2 tailed. Results also revealed that CRM have significant and positive influence and relationship with customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer loyalty. On other hand customer satisfaction and trust also have significant and positive influence and relationship with customer loyalty. The exclusive and essential findings of this study are that Customer satisfaction and customer trust partially mediate the relationship between CRM and customer loyalty. This study also enhance management's knowledge and provide managerially relevant (actionable) results that by improving CRM system and strategies in banks, they can get more customer's satisfaction and customer's trust which ultimately strengthen favourable behavioural intensions such as customer's loyalty. Furthermore, there is no study previously done in Pakistan especially in specific region (Faisalabad) that has found mediating effect of customer satisfaction and trust between CRM and customer loyalty. This study is a distinguished but limited contribution in literature. The overall findings and recommendations of this study contributes towards improvement of existing CRM strategies and applications of banks that also helps them to overcome their weaknesses by and achieve competitive advantage in form of loyal customers.

I/We begin by the Blessed Name of Allah

The Immensely Merciful to all, The Infinitely Compassionate to everyone.

02:01
a. Alif. Lam. Mim.

02:02
This Qur’an is the awaited Divine Book.
Let there be no doubt in that this is the Absolute Word of Allah in Arabic and no one can ever change it.
This is a manifesto that provides guidance for those who endeavor to shape their lives as well as their social behavior in a manner that seeks Allah’s Pleasure: the ever Allah- reverent.

02:03
They are the people who
believe in whatever is beyond their senses and perception, and
establish the Salat /Prayers and
spend a good part of their wealth which WE have favored them with in the Cause of Allah, human development, and community welfare.

02:04
And they also believe in that which is being sent down on to you O The Prophet,
and all Divine Scriptures that were sent down before you on to the earlier Prophets and
they firmly believe in the All-embracing concept of the Hereafter and its correlatives.

02:05
Thus, it is they who are living by the Guidance from their Rabb - The Lord.
And it is also they who are going to be successful.

02:06
Surely those who willfully deny and belie the truth of these beliefs despite your advocacy,
it is a matter of gross indifference to them whether you warn them of the consequences of disbelief or do not warn them, they are not going to believe.

02:07
Allah has set a seal upon
their hearts, and
their hearing, and
over their intellectual vision...

زیب و زینت میں لباس کی شرعی حیثیت

Fashionable dressing is a very sensitive issue for females, it creates sometimes confusion that what are the limits and orders of “Shariah” for it. So I try to inform all females a proper dress code in the light of Islamic “Shariah”. Islam is not against the fashion but it says that it should be only for “Mahrams” and it should not be out of limits. So the article deals to clarify needs and importance of dress, dress codes in Islam as well as the usage of different type of dressings like thin, fitted, expensive and costly, male dresses, uneven (not according to Islam) etc. It will clarify the confusion which makes us confused in fashionable dressing and how much it is allowed to keep them in use. Islam has provided guidance in dressing like in any other fields of life as well as fashion is allowed by Allah as blessing but according to the rules and regulation of Islamic “Shariah” and do not try to go against it. That is why we have to be aware and careful while fashioning.

Synthesis of Polymer Nanomaterials and Their Analytical Applications

The preparation and properties of polymers are related to the conditions of synthesis and processing. The structural properties can easily be customized by strictly controlling such conditions. On the other hand, slight variation in some conditions may cause drastic variations in the characteristics of structure, and consequently properties. These conditions are the precursor concentrations, catalyst, time and temperature of curing. Herein we report facile and convenient syntheses of polymers with/without using surfactants and with/without using base or acid as a catalyst at low temperature. Polymers derived from 3-Aminophenol and formaldehyde, furfural alcohol was also used for the syntheses of polymers. These polymers were characterized by different techniques like SEM, EDX, XPS, TGA, FTIR, and Raman spectroscopy. These polymer spheres were converted into carbon spheres which show promising properties for supercapacitors. Later on these nano materials were used for the electrochemical detection of nitrite via cyclic voltammetry and Amperometry with the help of surface modified and carbon paste electrodes. These electrodes are highly selective and sensitive for estimation of nitrite. In addition to electrochemical, fluorogenic sensing of nitrite was also done which was also highly sensitive and selective towards nitrite.
