Development of organization is indispensable to encounter the changing requirements and competition. Change Management can aid organizations in bringing about change in their processes and people. People are considered considerably significant in the process of change, so their readiness for change matters a lot. This research probes the relationship of organizational commitment, social support and employees' readiness for proposed change. The study was carried out in telecommunication sector of Pakistan. Data was collected through email and self- administered questionnaires. Correlation and regression were applied to check the hypotheses and to test the intensity of relationship among the variables. Results showed a significant relationship between organizational commitment and readiness of employees for change. Committed employees showed a high level of readiness for change. Social support delivered by peers at workplace is useful in building morale and reducing resistance for adapting the changed methods and procedures. Social support significantly affects the change readiness. Response of one person may differ from that of other for the same change message and depends upon the cognitive structure of that person. Personality and culture are significant factors for change readiness. Problems related to readiness for change can be administered through a model called Five Message Component. Each component of this model can he analyzed and used for enhancing the degree of readiness for proposed change. There are many other factors which may influence the employees' readiness for change. There is a need to study change agents, clarity of change message and initiation of change process. This study is groundwork for advance research to comprehensive level of generalization.

Contestations and Transformations: the Shared Religious Space of Jhule Lal in Sindh, Pakistan

Syncretic and shared religious spaces have long been perceived as reflections of tolerance. This does not imply that tolerance is completely liberated from multiple clashing components and the coexistence of interfaith practices do not suggest that hostility is entirely missing. In recent times, a transformation is taking place at the shared space of the Jhule Lal by the dominant religious group. However, there remains an appearance of tolerance at the shared space of the Jhule Lal among believers of both Islam and Hinduism, which blinds the observer of the deep internal contestation and process of transformation between both Sindhi Hindus and Sindhi Muslims who revere the same saint of the Jhule Lal. A syncretic space does not simply absorb different religious groups, and by studying the practices, rituals and interactions of the custodians, visitors and devotees at the shrine, this paper aims to unearth the processes through which shrine is contested in multiple identities, discourse (written, textual, verbal) authority, and belief systems.

Intuitionistic Fuzzy Rough Graphs With Applications

Intuitionistic fuzzy sets, neutrosophic sets, rough sets and soft sets are different mathematical tools to deal the problem of how to understand and manipulate imperfect knowledge. The intuitionistic fuzzy rough framework and soft rough neutrosophic framework are made by combining these models, which are more flexible and expressive for modeling and processing incomplete information in information systems. The notions of intuitionistic fuzzy rough sets and soft rough neutrosophic sets are applied to graph theory in this thesis. Novel hybrids models, namely, intuitionistic fuzzy rough graphs and soft rough neutrosophic influence graphs are introduced. Certain methods of their construction are developed. Further, efficient algorithms are developed to solve decision-making problems. The time complexity of the algorithms is computed. Moreover, MATLAB coding of the algorithms is given for the implementation of the proposed hybrid models.
