There has been tremendous growth in microfinance institutions over the number of years. Microfinance Institutions depends a lot on the repayment of loans for getting funds in the future. Unfortunately, the characteristics or a factor of microfinance institution that affects the repayment performance and lead to default is underexplored area of study. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of credit appraisal, client training and collection policy on repayment performance of microfinance clients in Lahore. In this regard a total number of 310 borrowers was observed as a sample from the microfinance population. To select the microfinance institution for data collection the snowball sampling technique was used. Questionnaires were distributed among 310 microfinance clients. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The findings of the study proclaimed that credit appraisal, client training and collection policy was positively associated with repayment performance of microfinance clients. In order to avoid the problems of repayment, the relationship between the client and lender should be monitored through advisers or in meetings. Lender could also give rewards to the clients who pay the payment on the decided time.

Man is social by nature, and has been living collective community. Life from the very inauguration. Islam familiarize healthy teaching in every speech of life to go faster the Human well-being. The family is social group Caracterised by common dwelling, economic co-operation and duplicate The main feature of islam social System entitle that family was concentrated as an important, basic institute. Islam introduced such values wich discriminating internal and external refinement helped creating harmony, among the individuals in different roles and figures, so that all prejudgments and judgements should come to an end in Muslims society according to Quranic teaching. The Holy Prophet (SAW) guided the individual sociological level and the community at sociological level to create a balanced social, moral, economical, and all aspect of family life. Even in the present current system, the basic unit family whether its nature is unclear or extended, is plying its important role for the continuity of human race, training the human source as a tool to create chastisement andorginization in the social set–up, building of character and personality on constructive, good and healthy lines to be able to achieve his sociological, ethiecal role in this society with the specific outlook of being accountable to Almighty Allah Who created man and sent him in thise world to fulfill the mission of obeing his inventor.

Isolation, Prevalence and Characterization of Eimeria Oocysts

Poultry industry is facing many challenges one of them is coccidiosis. Seven species of Eimeria are responsible for coccidiosis. These are protozoan parasites in chickens and other animals. A survey was carried out in district Mianwali between July 2017 to July 2018 with the objectives of isolation, prevalence and characterization of Eimeria oocysts. There was no published data related to coccidiosis in this area. For this survey 600 faecal samples were collected. Centrifugal floatation method was used for the examination of faecal samples. Overall prevalence was 32.3%. Young chickens showed more percentage of prevalence as compared to adult ones among the 3 tehsils of districtMianwali. Broiler breed showed more percentage of prevalence as compared to Desi breed. Chicks reared under the intensive management system showed more percentage of prevalence as compared to extensive one. Chicks with poor body condition showed more prevalence of coccidiosis as compared to good body condition. Prevalence of Eimeria species across the district Mianwali were following,in tehsil Mianwali E. tenella 40.44%, E. acervulina 26.96%, E. maxima 20.22, E. necatrix 12.35%. In the tehsil Isakhel prevalence was E. tenella 0. 484%, E. acervulina 0.29%, E. maxima 0.194%, E. necatrix 0.032%. In the tehsil Piplan E. tenella 31.08%,E. acervulina 10.81%, E. maxima 39.18%, %, E. necatrix 18.19%. In age group prevalence was varied amongdistrict Mianwali. It is concluded for control and preventive administration risk factors should be take into account. Coccidiosis can be controlled by using proper medication, avoid from overcrowding and proper sanitary conditions.
