معاشرتی جرائم اور ان کی سزاؤں کا تعین ہر انسانی معاشرہ اور ریاستی نظام کی ضرورت ا ور ذمہ داری رہی ہے اور ہر دور میں مختلف حوالوں سے اس پر علمی ا ورتحقیقی کام ہوتاآ رہاہے۔ اسلامی ریاست کی بنیاد آسمانی تعلیمات کے حوالے سے شرعی احکام و قوانین پر ہوتی ہے اور اس کی ابتدا حضرت آدم و حوا علیہما السلام کو زمین پربسانے کے ساتھ ہی اللہ رب العزت نے ان سے اور ان کی نسل و ذریت سے اس ارشاد کے ساتھ فرمادی تھی کہ
﴿فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ مِنِّي هُدًى فَمَنْ تَبِعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ﴾[البقرہ، 38:2 ]
دنیا میں زندگی بسر کرنے کے لیے میری طرف سے تمہارے پاس ہدایات آتی رہیں گی اور ان پر عمل کرکے تم خوف و حزن سے نجات پا سکو گے۔ یہ ہدایات حضرات انبیاء کرام علیہم السلام کے ذریعہ مسلسل نازل ہوتی رہیں جن کا آخری اور مکمل مجموعہ قرآن کریم کی صورت میں ہمارے پاس بحمد اللہ محفوظ و موجود ہے۔ حضرات انبیا ء کرام علیہم السلام نے صرف ہدایات نہیں پہنچا ئیں بلکہ ان کی ضروری تعبیرات دتشریحات بھی فرمائیں اور ان پر عمل کا ماحول قائم کرکے ایک اسلامی معاشرہ کی عملی صورت بھی اپنے پیرو کاروں کے ساتھ رکھی جو ہمارے پاس حدیث و سنت کے ساتھ ساتھ تعامل صحابہ کرام با لخصوص خلفاء راشدین رضوان اللہ علیہم اجمعین کے کردار کی شکل میں قیامت تک کے لیے اسوہ اور راہنماکے طور پر ہماری ملی تاریخ کا اہم ترین حصہ ہیں۔

Every branch of art leaves a deep impact on the human psyche, but the immortal fact is that the reason for their creation is also to reduce the tension of the human mind. The most representative theory of humor in philosophy and psychology and even in physics. Is the idea of well-being, comfort or well-being? Broadly speaking, this suggests that humor (which has an obvious physiological effect) has effects on the nervous system and allows different levels of stress to be released. In other words, laughter and good humor have the ability to release stored nervous energy.
Humor is included in human nature and man has a strong desire for this thing that there should be such means for him to express joy and expansion. Because through them, man is blessed with mental and physical peace and comfort. In these things, he considers the survival of his self-respect. Islam not only allows humor, sports and entertainment, but also sets rules and regulations within which human beings can fulfill their natural needs. Its cultural traditions should also be propagated. As the head and governor of the Islamic state, the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) made the best arrangements for his state, the taste of the people and their entertainment, and set an example for the rulers that, like other matters, oppression in this not to be taken for granted, fun and humor are part of human nature. He (ﷺ) allowed fun and laughter and He (ﷺ) himself used to be cheerful. Islam admires cheerfulness and cheerfulness, and encourages it so that people can be refreshed and perform their duties in an auspicious manner.
Through this paper, it will be clarified that what are the effects of humor on human psychology and what are the teachings of Islam and the Prophet of Islam in this regard.

The increased emergence of antibiotic resistance is an alarming situation. The present study was designed to check the anti-MRSA and Pseudomonas aeruginosa activity of apple cider vinegar and black seed oil when used alone and in combination with antibiotics ( amoxicillin, imipenem, cefotaxime, and vancomycin) against antibiotic resistant-MRSA and pseudomonas aeruginosa. The samples that were found resistant to each antibiotic were then selected and antibacterial activity of apple cider vinegar and black seed oil alone and in combination with resistant antibiotics were tested, by using well diffusion and broth microdilution method. The MIC of apple cider vinegar found by good diffusion was 2.5% acidity and for black seed, oil MIC was 512ug for pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus. Broth dilution was performed by checkerboard method and FIC was calculated to check the synergism between test products and antibiotics which results in the reduction MIC of antibiotic making the results positive for our testing products in which all the samples showed partial to complete synergism. For Pseudomonas aeruginosa samples, MIC of cefotaxime, amoxicillin, vancomycin, and imipenem lowered in the ranges of 128ug to 64ug, 512ug to 128ug, 512ug to 128ug, and 128ug to 32ug respectively in combination with apple cider vinegar and with black seed oil 256 to 128ug, 512ug to 128ug, 512ug to 256ug and 128 to 32ug respectively. For Staphylococcus aureus MIC of cefotaxime, amoxicillin, vancomycin, and imipenem lowered in the ranges of 512 to 128ug, 512ug to 64ug, 256ug to 32ug, and 512ug to 128ug respectively in combination with apple cider vinegar and with black seed oil 512 to 128ug, 512ug to 128ug, 256ug to 64ug and 512 to 64ug respectively, hence modulated the bacterial resistance.
