دارالمصنفین میں یہ خبر نہایت غم و ندوہ کے ساتھ سنی گئی کہ امارت شرعیہ بہار و اڑیسہ کے امیر، مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ کے جنرل سکریٹری، مسلم مجلس مشاورت کے بانی ممبر، دارالعلوم دیوبند و ندوہ کی مجلس انتظامیہ کے رکن اور خانقاہ رحمانی کے سجادہ نشین مولانا سید منت اﷲ رحمانی کا انتقال ۳ رمضان المبارک ۱۹؍ مارچ کی شب میں ہوگیا، اناﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون۔
ان کا مرثیہ صرف ایک عالم کا نہیں بلکہ ایک عالم کا ماتم ہے، ہندوستانی مسلمانوں کے لیے ان جیسی ستودہ و صفات ہستیاں اس دور قحط الرجال میں نعمت سے کم نہیں اور اس نعمت کے چھن جانے سے حرمان و نقصان کی کیفیت اور شدید ہوجاتی ہے۔
انھوں نے ایسے ماحول میں آنکھیں کھولیں جو علم و معرفت اور شریعت و طریقت کی دولت سے مالا مال تھا ان کے والد ماجد مولانا سید محمد علی مونگیریؒ، شاہ فضل رحمن گنج مراد آبادیؒ سے تعلق، رد عیسائیت، تحریک ندوۃ العلماء اور ردقادیانیت میں اپنے کارناموں کے سبب نمونہ سلف اور طبقہ علماء و مشائخ میں ممتاز حیثیت رکھتے تھے، ان کی اقامت کانپور میں تھی لیکن ہدایت و ارشاد کے لیے وہ مونگیر اور اس کے اطراف میں برابر تشریف لے جایا کرتے تھے، جب وہاں قادیانیت کا فتنہ زیادہ سنگین ہوا تو اس کا مکمل قلع قمع کرنے کے لیے ۱۳۲۰؁ھ میں انھوں نے مستقل طور پر مونگیر میں اقامت اختیار کی، مولانا منت اﷲ رحمانی ۱۳۳۲؁ھ میں پیدا ہوئے، اپنے بھائیوں میں وہ سب سے چھوٹے تھے، مولانا مونگیریؒ کے انتقال کے وقت ان کی عمر تقریباً دس برس تھی، ان سے بیعت تو حاصل ہوئی لیکن استفادہ کا زیادہ موقع نہ ملا، انھوں نے بعد میں دیوبند اور ندوہ میں بھی تعلیم حاصل کی، ندوہ میں وہ...

Implementation of Work Discipline and Application of Employee Sanctions In PD. BPR Rokan Hulu

This study was conducted at BPR PD Rokan Hulu, utilizing a qualitative descriptive analysis based on interviews. The primary objective was to investigate the disciplinary practices and the application of punishment among employees within the institution. The findings reveal that to enhance disciplinary diversity, BPR PD Rokan Hulu has established robust regulations and enforced sanctions effectively. This initiative demonstrates BPR PD Rokan Hulu's commitment to promoting diversity through structured training programs and the implementation of punitive measures. Despite these efforts, the study identified that there are still instances of indiscipline among some employees. Specific violations observed include habitual tardiness, absenteeism without prior approval from supervisors, and unexplained departures during official work hours. These actions not only contravene the company's established regulations but also undermine the overall disciplinary framework intended to foster a productive and efficient work environment. The research highlights the significance of continuous monitoring and reinforcement of disciplinary measures to ensure adherence to organizational norms and standards. Furthermore, it suggests that while the implementation of rules and sanctions is vital, BPR PD Rokan Hulu could benefit from exploring additional strategies to address the root causes of indiscipline. This could include more personalized training sessions, enhanced communication channels between employees and management, and the development of a more inclusive company culture that encourages respect for regulations. In conclusion, while BPR PD Rokan Hulu has made commendable strides in enforcing discipline and applying necessary sanctions, there is room for improvement. Synthesis, Characterization and Biological Evaluation of Some Cephalosporins-Derived Schiff Bases and Their Transition Metal Complexes

Zinc(II), copper(II), nickel(II) and cobalt(II) complexes of Schiff-bases, obtained by the condensation of 3 rd generation Cephalosporin e.g., Ceftriaxone, Cefixime, Cefotaxime, and Ceftazidime with the respective aldehydes such as furyl-2-carboxaldehyde, thiophene-2-carboxaldehyde, salicylaldehyde, pyrrol-2-carboxaldehyde and 3- hydroxynaphthalene-2-carboxaldehyde were synthesized and characterized by their physical, molar conductance, magnetic moments, and electronic spectral measurements (IR, 1 H and 13 C NMR and mass), analytical (CHN analysis) and thermal analyses data. Analytical data and electrical conductivity measurements indicated the formation of M:L (1:2) complexes of the type [M(L) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ] or [M(L) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ]Cl 2 [where M = Zn(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and Co(II)] in which ligands act as bidentate towards divalent metal ions via azomethine-N and deprotonated-O of salicyl and naphthyal, furanyl-O, thienyl-S and XIIIdeprotonated pyrrolyl-N. The magnetic moments and electronic spectral data suggest octahedral geometry for these complexes. The main objective of present study is to highlight the potential of Cephalosporin derivatives as antimicrobial agents. The work comprises of the study of changes in antimicrobial activity of four cephalosporins, Ceftiaxone, Cefixime, Cefotaxime and ceftazidime by condensation of free amino group (NH 2 ) of these Cephalosporin with the carbonyl (HC=O) group of aldehydes to achieve the target of twenty new Cephalosporin derived Schiff bases (L 1 )-(L 20 ) and their metal complexation with Zn(II). Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) salts. The synthesized ligands, along with their metal complexes were screened for their antibacterial activity against different Gram-positive & Gram-negative (Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enteritidis and Klebsiella pneumonia) bacterial strains using agar-well diffusion method. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was observed and thereafter compared with the standard MIC’s of the respective drug by agar dilution method against both Gram positive and Gram-negative organisms so as to evaluate changes in antimicrobiological activity of the standard cephalosporins after azomethine formation with aldehydes and their metal interactions. The results of these studies show the metal complexes to be more antibacterial against one or more species as compared to the uncomplexed ligands. It was concluded that metal elements that are essential for our body mechanism either present in the body or coadminstered with vitamins markedly influence the MIC’s of antibiotics by producing synergism or antagonism.
