افسوس ہے کہ ۶؍ ذوالحجہ شب جمعہ کو بوقتِ نماز عشاء مولانا اصغر حسین نبولوی سابق پرنسپل مدرسہ شمس الہدی پٹنہ نے داعی اجل کو لبیک کہا، اناﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون۔ مرحوم محلہ نبولیہ بہار شریف کے رہنے والے اور صوبہ بہار کے طبقہ علیا کے فضلاء میں سے تھے معقولات کے ساتھ منقولات میں بھی یدطولی رکھتے تھے، حدیث و سنن سے خاص شغف تھا۔
طالب علمی میں عسرت کی زندگی بسر کی، آپ کی تعلیم کے ابتدائی مراحل مدرسہ اسلامیہ بہار شریف میں طے ہوئے امیر شریعت حضرت مولانا سجاد صاحب مرحوم و مغفور سے شرف تلمذ تھا، دارالعلوم دیوبند میں تکمیل کی تھی اور حضرت شیخ الہند مولانا محمود الحسنؒ کے مشکوۃ علم و عمل سے اقتباس نور کیا تھا، فراغت کے بعد مدرسہ اسلامیہ بہار میں درس و تدریس کی مسند پر جلوہ فرما ہوئے یہیں سے مدرسہ شمس الہدیٰ پٹنہ گئے اور مولانا حاجی معین الدین ندوی مرحوم کے بعد اس کے پرنسپل ہوئے، تقریباً دو برس ہوئے اس سے ریٹائر ہوئے اور اپنے وطن میں تبلیغ دین و تصنیف و تالیف میں مصروف تھے کہ ۶؍ ذوالحجہ کو سفر آخرت کیا، کُل نفس ذائقہ الموت [العنکبوت: ۵۷] موصوف کی یادگار صرف لڑکیاں ہیں اور اولاد ذکور میں کوئی نہیں۔
آپ کو تصنیف و تالیف کا بھی ذوق تھا، مدرسہ کے فرائض اور ذمہ داریوں کے باوجود آپ نے جو قلمی کام کئے اگر چہ مختصر لیکن مفید و قابلِ قدر ہیں، سوال و جواب کی شکل میں ترمذی شریف کی ایک مفید شرح لکھی جس کا نام نزلِ الثویٰ ہے، شرح اگرچہ نامکمل چھپی ہے لیکن اپنے اختصار و جامعیت کی وجہ سے عربی درسگاہوں میں مشہور و متعارف ہے، اس کا اردو ایڈیشن...
Sahih al-Bukhari by Imam Abu Abdullah Mohammad al-Bukhari comes second to the Holy Quran as a fundamental source of Islam. It is a most authentic collection of sayings and deeds of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), which covers almost all aspects of life in providing proper guidance from the Messenger of Allah. The Muslim scholars of past and present time gave great importance to this book by making their efforts to extract the hidden treasures from this book and to present the different approaches and benefits of this book. “Al Kawakib Ad Durari” by Imam Alkirmani is an old explanation of Sahih Bukhari. During studying “Fath al Bari” I found that Alhafiz Ibne Hajar has consulted “Al Kawakib Ad Durari” and quoted Imam Alkirmani’s commentary and added it. Alhafiz Ibn e Hajar differs at many times with the opinions of Imam Alkirmani about specific time, place, different tribes and personalities mentioned in the text of traditions. I wanted to study such analysis to check the right opinion after comparing statements of both Imams and by consulting with the statements of other scholars of this field. This article approves that judgments of Ibn e Hajar about specific time, place, different tribes and personalities are more authentic than opinions of imam Alkirmani.
This research is conducted on the selected topic of IMPACT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MEDIATED BY ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT. The objective of this study was to find out the existence of psychological contract in the organizations and its impact on the performance of the employees, organizational commitment was taken up as mediating variable and it is used to find out the mediating effect between the two variables. Researcher has used linear regression analysis technique and sobel test for testing hypothesis. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire. For this particular study IT industry was selected due to options available for switch over from one organization to another, sample size was 200 and respondents include IT professionals. Results gives us same aspect of what literature has revealed, along with the existence of psychological contract there is a significant impact on employee performance as well as there is a presence of partial mediation.
