تحویل کعبہ کی وجہ:آنحضرتؐ نے سولہ یا سترہ ماہ بیت المقدس کی طرف نماز ادا کی لیکن جب اسلام پھیلا تو اب کوئی وجہ جواز نہ تھی کہ اصل قبلہ کو چھوڑ کر دوسری طرف رخ کر کے نماز پڑھی جاتی۔ اس پر یہ آیت اتری۔’’ فَوَلَّ وَجھَکَ شَطرالمسجدَ الحَرَامِ وَحَیثُ مَا کُنتُم فَوَلُّوا وَجُوھَکُم شَطرَہَ‘‘ ( البقرہ۔۱۴۴)’’ تو اپنا منھ مسجد الحرام کی طرف پھیرو اور جہاں کہیں رہو اسی طرح منھ پھیرو‘‘۔ اس پر یہودیوں کو دکھ ہوا اور غصہ میں لال ہو رہے تھے۔ اب تک قبلہ بیت المقدس تھا وہ فخر کرتے تھے۔ اب وہ فخر زمین بوس ہو گیا۔ اس پر انھوں نے طعن شروع کیا کہ پیغمبر اسلامﷺ ہر بات میں ہمارا مخالف ہے اس لیے قبلہ بدل لیا یا ان کو اس سے پھیر دیا؟ اس قسم کے دیگر اٹھنے والے سوالات کا جواب قرآن کریم نے فرمایا( بقرہ۔۱۴۲) ترجمہ: سفہا یہ اعتراض کریں گے کہ مسلمانوں کا جو قبلہ تھا اس سے ان کو کس نے پھیر دیا۔کہہ دو کہ مشرق و مغرب سب خدا ہی کا ہے‘‘ ’’ قل للہ المشرق و المغرب‘‘ قرآن کریم نے ایک اور وجہ بتائی’’ تیرا جو قبلہ پہلے تھا اس کو جو ہم نے پھر قبلہ کر دیا تو اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ یہ معلوم ہو جائے کہ پیغمبر کا پیرو کون ہے اور پیچھے پھر جانے والا کون ہے؟ اور بے شبہ یہ قبلہ نہایت گراں اور ناگوار ہے بہ جز ان لوگوں کے جن کو خدا نے ہدایت کی ہے‘‘۔ بہت سے یہودی منافقانہ انداز اپنائے ہوئے تھے۔ وہ مسلمانوں کے ساتھ نماز بھی پڑھتے لیکن اندر سے مسلمانوں کے دشمن تھے۔ جب تحویل قبلہ ہوا تو منافقت طشت ازبام ہو گئی۔کوئی یہودی کسی طرح گوارا نہیں کر سکتا تھا کہ جو چیز اس کی قومیت،...

IMPLEMENTASI BLENDED LEARNING DALAM MATA KULIAH ULUMUL QURAN PADA PASCASARJANA UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI ALAUDDIN MAKASSAR

This study aims to see the implementation of blended learning in Ulumul Qur'an courses at uin Alauddin Makassar Postgraduate. The method used in this study uses a type of qualitative research related to the implementation of Blended Learning Courses Ulumul Qur'an at the Postgraduate UIN Alauddin Makassar. The results showed that: (1) the description of the model of implementation of the implementation of the study blended Ulumul Qur'an courses at the Postgraduate UIN Alauddin Makassar using a dual-system that is a combination of conventional systems with online. More use of online learning systems during the Pandemic (80%) compared to traditional face-to-face learning systems. The merger of the two systems includes the incorporation of learning resources as well (learning modules, textbooks, and journals), the implementation of learning (online discussions, watching videos, and accessing supporting resources, and the incorporation of a learning evaluation system, including standardized assessment through quizzing, midterm exams, and final exams. (2) the results of the implementation of blended learning in Ulumul Qur'an courses are illustrated from five main aspects, namely (a) increased utilization of various sources, (b) increased active participation, (c) increased ability to construct knowledge, (d) activation of feedback, and (e) improvement of academic achievement

Synthesis and Characterization of Palladium Ii Complexes With Thioureas, Heterocyclic Thiones and Phosphine Derivatives

The interaction of thioureas with metal ions has been the subject of numerous recent investigations because of their variable binding modes and because of the relevance of their binding sites to those in living systems. The complexes of palladium(II) in this regard are particularly important because of its similarity to platinum(II) complexes. Forty palladium compounds of formula [Pd(L1)2(L2)2]Cl2, where L1 = thioureas (Tu), Methylthiourea (Mtu), dimethylthiourea (Dmtu), tetramethylthiourea (Tmtu), 2-mercaptopyridine (2Mpy) and 2-mercaptopyrimidine, 6-mercaptopurine and 4-mercaptopyrimidine, L2 = Tri-p-tolylphosphine, Tri-o-tolylphosphine, Benzyldiphenylphosphine, Tris-4-chlorophenylphosphine and cyclohexyldiphenylphosphine have been synthesized by the reaction of K2[PdCl4] to phosphine and after that thiones ligands. The complexes (1), (2) and (3) were also characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction technique. The spectral and crystallographic data suggest that the complexes show sulphur coordination of thioureas/heterocyclic thiones and phosphorous coordination of phosphines to palladium(II). The geometry of palladium(II) is distorted square planar. The antibacterial activities against bacterial strains were checked using Imipenum as reference. The antitumor ability for MCF7 tumor cell line was found comparable to that of doxorubicin. The investigated compounds have shown a relatively less cytotoxic effect in brine shrimp bioassay study. The antioxidant activity indicate potential for further study. The results designate that palladium complexes with thiones and phosphines ligands should be studied further for their use as anticancer palladium drugs in future.
