معرفتِ ذکر اور عرفان

کسی بھی چیز کو جانے اور سمجھے بغیر اس کے بارے میں تأثر نہیں دیا جا سکتا اور تأثر کا اچھا ذریعہ الفاظ ہوتے ہیں۔الفاظ کا تقاضا بھی ان کی معرفت ہوتی ہے۔الفاظ کی معرفت نہ ہو تو اظہار بھی اچھا نہ ہو سکے گا۔اظہار تحریر کی صورت میں ہو تو اس کے لئے دو اصناف’’نثر‘‘ اور ’’نظم‘‘ ہیں۔نثر کے ذریعے اظہار کرنے والے کو نثر نگار اور نظم کے ذریعے اظہار کرنے والے کو شاعر کہا جاتا ہے۔عربی زبان کا مقولہ ہے’’الشعراء تلامیذ الرحمان‘‘ شعراء اللہ کے شاگرد ہوتے ہیں۔انسان کو اللہ کی بخشی ہوئی عقل سلیم کا تقاضا یہ ہے کہ انسان اللہ کی بخشی ہوئی صلاحیت سے مالک کی حمد کرکے ایسی شاعری کرے جس سے پروردگار راضی ہو۔
خالقِ ارض و سماء اپنی مخلوقات میں سب سے زیادہ جس تخلیق کو اہمیت دیتا ہے وہ اس کے محبوب محمد مصطفیؐ کی ذات ہے۔فرشتوں کو ساتھ لے کر اُنؐ کی ذات پر درودپڑھتا ہے اور اہل ایمان کو درود کا حکم دیتا ہے۔اُنؐ کو محبت کا مرکز بنا دیا۔اُنؐ کی مدح سرائی میں ہدایت کی کتاب’’قرآن‘‘نازل کیا۔پروردگار جس شاعری سے سب سے زیادہ راضی ہو گا وہ اس کے محبوب کی تعریف و توصیف ہے جسے اہل ادب نے نعت کا نام دیا ہے۔
نعت کہنے کے لئے لازم ہے کہ سرورِ عالمؐ کی ذات کو جاننے اور سمجھنے کی کوشش کی جائے۔دوسرے لفظوں میں حضورؐ کا عرفان حاصل کیا جائے۔نعت کی کتاب’’ورفعنا کی صدا‘‘ کے مصنف محترم عرفان علی صاحب ایک مدرس ہیں اور صاحبِ عرفان بھی ہیں۔اُن کے والدِ محترم سچے عاشقِ رسولؐ ہیں اُن سے وراثت میں عشقِ رسولؐ کی دولت نصیب ہوئی۔پروردگار کی عطا سے اسی کی رضا کے لئے نعت کہتے ہیں۔اللہ بھی راضی،اللہ کا محبوب بھی راضی۔

تاویل نصوص کی شرعی حیثیت

The two fundamental sources of Islam are the Qur’an and Sunnah (Life) of the Hope Prophet (peace be upon him). Rulings and Legal interpretation are based in light of these two sources, and these two sources are used to determine the correct way of living. Some rulings are clear cut and explicit without any need for interpretation, while other rulings are not so clear cut and are very vague and open to multiple interpretations. Sometimes, in order to understand these vague rulings, there is a need to use different construed methods of interpretations, so that these commandments can become easier to understand and explain. The meaning of construed here is to use those interpretations which is not used commonly in order to explain the verse of life style of the beloved messenger. However, this is not something that any average human being can do, rather one must be a scholar of the highest caliber and have expertise in the field of interpretation. Additionally, the construed interpretation must be valid according to the principles of interpretation, and must have been used before in a previous interpretation. One other thing to note here is that there are many different types of taweel i.e construed interpretations. Some are correct while others are incorrect. This is why it is important to know and understand the correct use of construing and non-construing interpretations in the field of Islamic jurisprudence, so that one can differentiate between the two. Another tragedy of today is that every person thinks that they should and do have the ability to interpret the Qu’ran and the Sunnah on their own, and without any expertise in interpretation, come up with and begin to interpret the Qur’an on their own. This results in wrong interpretations, which not only misguides the individual, but countless others as well. This is a fact that the many different sects in Islam considered deviant by the majority, they all have begun with incorrect and deviant understandings and interpretations on the sacred texts in Islam.

Impact of Formative Evaluation and Fixed Interval Schedule Reinforcement on Academic Achievements of Secondary School Students

Title “Impact of formative evaluation and fixed interval schedule reinforcement on academic achievements of secondary school students” The study was designed to find out the impact of formative evaluation and fixed interval schedule reinforcement on academic achievements of secondary schools students. It was experimental design and completed in two phases with the duration of 120 days, 60 days for each phase. In first phase experimental group was evaluated by formative evaluation and in second phase experimental group was evaluated formatively and also was given fixed interval schedule reinforcement. In first phase 60 students were randomly selected from 9 th class of Govt. High School Fateh Jang. This sample was divided into two equal groups. One served as control group and other as experimental group. A pretest was conducted to both the groups in the subjects of Math and English. Both groups were taught by subject specialist of Math and English. Control group was only taught and was not given any treatment whereas experimental group was taught and evaluated by teacher made test during session. After completion of 60 days teaching, a post test was conducted in Math and English. In second phase 60 students were randomly selected from 10 th class of Govt. High School Fateh Jang. This sample was divided into two equal groups. One served as control group and other as experimental group. A pretest was conducted to both the groups in the subjects of Math and English. Both groups were taught by subject specialist of Math and English. Control group was only taught and was not given any treatment whereas experimental group was taught and evaluated by teacher made test and reinforcement was given with a fixed interval schedule, after every six days, during session. After completion of 60 days teaching, a post test was conducted in Math and English. It was found that formative evaluation and fixed interval schedule reinforcement has significant relationship with learning and academic achievements in the subjects of Math and English at secondary school level. It is recommended that educational institutional management may arrange capacity building programs for teachers to familiarize them with evaluation, its importance and its process. The iimanagers of educational institutions may monitor teaching learning process with a view to implementing formative evaluations policy. Curriculum designers and developers may design and develop formative evaluation tools within curriculum documents for each subject keeping in view the requirements of fixed interval schedule reinforcement in the manuals for textbook instruction.
