I/We begin by the Blessed Name of Allah
The Immensely Merciful to all, The Infinitely Compassionate to everyone.
47:01
a. Those who disbelieve and obstruct others from pursuing the Path of Allah,
b. HE will let all of their good deeds go waste,
c. so they will find no reward for these in the realm of the Hereafter.
47:02
a. While HE will erase impieties and sinful trespasses of those who:
- believe, and
- practice righteousness, and
- believe in what has been sent on to Muhammad The Prophet - The Qur’an, and
- that it is the Truth from their Rabb - The Lord, and
b. HE will absolve them of their evil deeds and also set aright their hearts and improve their
spiritual situation.
47:03
a. That is so because those who disbelieve they follow the falsehood,
b. while those who believe they follow The Truth - The Qur’an - from their Rabb - The Lord.
c. That is how Allah gives people precepts of wisdom by similitudes of themselves.
47:04
a. Whenever you encounter in the battlefield those who disbelieve, then strike their necks,
until, when you have overpowered them, then hold them firmly as prisoners of war.
b. Thereafter, you can either free them graciously or hold them to ransom against payment or in exchange of Muslim captives, until the battle lays down its burdens.

Living together is the natural instinct of human beings, who rely on communication for fulfilling their needs and conveying their feelings. A lively and peaceful life depends on effective communication which minimizes the chances of conflict. Whereas, ineffective communication leads to create ambiguities, misunderstandings and conflicts. Being a complete code of life, Islam provides the required guidelines for effective communication. The verses of the Holy Quran and Traditions of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) highlight this topic. Similarly, the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the practical example of effective communication. The current paper deals with the topic of effective communication in the light of Islamic teachings.
Diabetes grounds from multiple factors, often commencing from the link of various environmental and genetic elements. Around 90 percent of the total diabetic cases belong to Type 2 diabetes. Polymorphisms in numerous genes significantly contribute towards the onset of diabetes. ATP- Binding Cassette Transporter (ABCA1) gene variations presumably play a function in the progress of diabetes. This present study was done in a selected population from Islamabad to see the rs 2230808 polymorphisms in ABCA1 gene and find out its associations torisk of Diabetes. Genotyping of ABCA1 gene was conducted through Tetra-Primer (ARMS- PCR) and Gel electrophoresis against 45 Type 2 Diabetic patients and 49 controls. The genotypes for polymorphisms followed Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium. Homozygous CC genotype was seen in 53.3 % patients (n=24) and in 46.9 % of controls (n=23). Percentage of heterozygous CT genotype was relatively higher in controls 38.7% (n=19) and in patients it was 31.1% (n=14). The homozygous genotype TT was considerably similar in both patients (15.5 % ) and controls (14.2%). Our results showed non-significant relationship of the respective SNP and the possibility of developing Diabetes.
More studies with a larger population size need to be conducted to further validate our results and find any further possible association of this SNP with Type 2 diabetes mellitus.
