4۔عوامی شعور کی کمی

پاکستانی معاشرے میں حدود وقصاص قوانین سے واقفیت اور ان پر عمل درآمد کے حوالے سے عوامی شعور کی کمی ہے، جس کی وجہ سے لوگ ان قوانین کے نفاذ کے لیے جدوجہد نہیں کرتے ہیں اور نہ گرم جوشی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہیں۔ صحیح معنوں میں لوگ شریعت کی روح سے واقفیت رکھتے ہی نہیں۔ وہ اسلام کو صرف عبادات اور اخلاقیات کا مجموعہ سمجھتے ہیں ۔ اسلام تو حقوق اللہ اور حقوق العباد دونوں کا مجموعہ ہے ۔ عبادت سے تو صرف جنت ملتی ہے اور خدمت سے خدا ملتا ہے ۔ اس فلسفہ سے آگاہی ہر شخص کو نہیں۔ لہذا اس امر کی ضرورت ہے کہ عوام الناس میں اسلامی معاشرے کی اخلاقی اقدار کے تحفظ ، انسانیت کی خدمت کا جذبہ بیدار کیا جائے ، تاکہ اسلامی قوانین کے نفاذ میں کوئی رکاوٹ پیدا نہ ہو۔

تفسیر نجوم الفرقان کے فقہی طرز استدلال کا تجزیاتی مطالعہ

The jurisprudence is the essence of Islamic teachings. It is the summary of Qurʼān and the soul of Messenger’s (on whom be peace and greetings) sunnah. In general, it represents the sharīaʻh and the path to follow for Islamic lifestyle. Therefore, the significance of its importance is clear in Islamic Studies. The scholars have been kept solving ummah problems through religious principles and will keep solving the problems till the day of judgement. Whenever there arises a new problem, the scholars provide the solution in the lights of Qurʼān and Hadith and set the rules till the day of judgement. Allama ʻAbdul Razzāq Bhutrālwī also presented the solutions to different problem using the same principle i.e. He interprets a Quranic verse in such a way that provide the implied solution for paying ransom to poor against fasting for traveler and patient. Allama ʻAbdul Razzāq Bhutrālwī discussed about the permission for women to visit graveyard by following the orders of Prophet (on whom be peace and greetings), when it was prohibited for everyone to go to graveyards but later on the permission was granted for the same act. In the same way Allama ʻAbdul Razzāq Bhutrālwī presented his argument about the burning or sinking into the water or burying the shabby pages the Holy Qurʼān based on an order of Hazrat Uthman Ghani to burn all the copies of the Holy Qurʼān except Qurat-e-Quraish to bring uniformity

Investigating of Nano Composite Materials for out Door Insulation Applications

This research deals with the preparation of silicone rubber (SiR), epoxy and EPDM based composite materials for outdoor high voltage insulationapplications. These composites were fabricated by incorporating nanosilica 2.5~5 % by weight, while the microsilica loading were varied from 10~20 % by weight. Uniform and homogenous dispersion of fillers were achieved through process parameters optimization. The tensile strength of fabricated polymer compositesincreases with the incorporation of filler contents. Even in case of hybrid composites, it increases up to 400 %. The prepared composite samples were found thermally more stable than their virgin counterparts. An approximate 25% increase in dielectric strength was also obtained. The novelty of the research work is promise of nano and hybrid composite towards their aging performance under multi-stress conditions. To comprehend the aging phenomena (weathering characteristics) under multi-stress conditions, the entirepolymer composites were aged for a maximum of 5,000 hrs in a multi-stress aging chamber developed as per IEEE standard 1109. Different stresses like ultraviolet, thermal, salt-fog, acid rain and voltage were applied for specifically designed weather cycles. After multi-stress aging according to the data of hydrophobicity loss silicone rubber composites were placed in HC-3 while epoxy and EPDM composites were grouped in HC-4 and HC-5 respectively. The results of leakage current during the multi-stress aging for silicone rubber, epoxy and EPDM composites were found 0.8μA, 1μA and 1.2μA correspondingly. The hybrid polymer composites due to synergic effects responded better towards aging. Percentage deterioration of fabricated compositesalso demonstrated that hybrid composites performed better thannano and micro composites respectively.
