WHO created without a precedent the celestial realm and the terrestrial world, and
made the darkness and the light.
Yet those who disbelieve ascribe other entities to their Rabb- The Lord.

It is HE WHO created you from clay,
and then decreed a span of lifetime for each one of you –
while another span of Time is appointed for the Final Judgment by HIM as well.
Yet despite that, you continue to doubt about it.

And HE is Allah in the celestial realm and also in the terrestrial world.
HE Knows exactly whatever you hide in your hearts and also whatever you utter publicly, and
HE also Knows whatever you are earning of good and evil – deeds, speech, and dealings.

Humanity is not immortal and suffers from accidents and disaster. These dangers may exist in the present or future and humans are compelled to face all kinds of dangers. So human beings have always been taking measures to overcome the dangers. Islam also allows for adopting different methods to overcome and indemnify all expected disasters but that methods should be in sharia limitations. Takaful is that kind of method that is practised in Muslim world. Takaful companies are offering takaful policies on the basis of Wakala, Waqf, Modharba and Hybrid models. This article makes awareness about a model of takaful, “Modharba model”. It explains the takaful Modharba model in the parameters of actual Introduction conditions and sharia bases of modharbat. It is resulted that this model has great contradiction with the concept of actual sharia modharbat. Many sharia concerns are found in this model that’s why this model is not suitable for Takaful. Takaful should be on the basis of pure Tabarrou. In which people help one another on the basis of mutual assistance and cooperation not because of just their own benefits.
This exploratory study attempts to identify the impact of the Certificate in Educational Management (CEM) program at Institute for Educational Development (IED) on government educational system officers, in terms of their views, attitude and practices in order to identify some key features of individual professional development efforts. The fieldwork for the study was done in two government educational offices in Karachi with female educational officers (a DEO and an SDEO), who had undertaken the CEM program in 1998. The study focused on identifying what the officers were taught in the CEM program, and then trying to understand what they had learned and how it influenced their practices. The data for the study was collected from the DEO and SDEO through interviews, field observations, discussions and documents. The study seemed to show that the CEM program had a major impact on participants' attitudes and professional practices. This was most visible in a move from authoritarian towards a more caring, sharing and tolerant approach. The program has also had some impact on teachers' personality. The officers are people who seem to have become more confident, polite and tolerant, and it has removed their fear of English language.
