اقرار مصطفیٰ
اللہ تبارک و تعالیٰ کے نہایت فضل و کرم اور نبیِ مکرمﷺ کے وسیلہ ٔ جمیلہ کے سبب نعتیہ مجموعہ’’ حسنِ کُن‘‘(مسدسِ مصطفیٰؐ)مسدس کی صورت میںمکمل ہوا۔ عہدِ رواں انتشار و خلفشار اور طرح طرح کے زوالی فتنوں کا عہد ہے۔ مسائل کی فراوانی اور وسائل کی کم یابی کے باعث ضروریات ِ حیات کو پورا کرنا وبالِ جان بن چکا ہے۔ ایسے میں خواہشات کی تکمیل کے لیے پر تولنا ، کم فہمی اور دیوانے کے خواب کے مترادف ہے۔مگر کچھ خواہشات ،ضروریات ِ حیات سے بھی بڑھ کے ہوتی ہیں کیوں کہ ان کا تعلق ایمان ومحبت سے جڑا ہوتا ہے اور اہلِ ایمان و محبت کا اعتقاد و یقین سے بھرپور او رمسلم نظریہ یہ ہے کہ تعلقِ خاطر خالصتاً نبی ِ آخرالزماں ﷺ سے ہو تو خواہشوں کی تکمیل کے خواب کو تعبیر میں ڈھلنے کے اسباب خود بہ خود پیدا ہوجاتے ہیں یا اسباب پیدا کر دیے جاتے ہیں۔ موجودہ نامساعد حالات کے پیشِ نظر ، مجھ ایسے کم مایا کا مجموعہ منصہ شہود پر آنا درحقیقت احمد رضاؒ خاں بریلوی کے اس شعر کے مصداق ہے:
کون دیتا ہے دینے کو منہ چاہیے
دینے والا ہے سچا ہمارا نبیؐ
عزیزانِ من! حُسنِ کُن‘‘مسدس کی ہئیت میں لکھا گیا ہے۔ اسمِ محمدﷺ اور اسمِ احمدﷺ کے اعداد کا مجموعہ 145بنتا ہے، اسی نسبت سے مسدس کے بندوں کی تعداد 145رکھی گئی ہے اور اسی وجہ کے پیشِ نظر اس میں خصوصی طور پہ یہ التزام ملحوظ رکھا گیا ہے کہ یہ موضوع ، موضوعِ نعت ہے اور یہ سراپا نعت ہی رہے۔
الحمد للہ!’’ حُسنِ کُن‘‘ (مسدسِ مصطفیٰؐ) حسنِ نعت سے مزین ہے۔ پھر بھی یہ بات اپنی جگہ صد فی صد درست ہے کہ:
حق تو یہ ہے کہ حق ادا نہ ہوا

عناية أئمة النقد الحديثي بفقه الحديث

It is generally perceived in contemporary intellectual movements that canonical Traditionalists did not take had฀th text into consideration as their scholarly efforts were limited to the evaluation of had฀th chains. Aforementioned notion - in my opinion - originates from shallow study of methodology adopted by canonical had฀th critics، as a deeper look into their scholarly works reveals that sciences of had฀th includes the authentication and disparagement of traditions as well as comprehension and deduction from had฀th content. The sole objective of early Traditionalists from transmission، collection of had฀th، its evaluation، authentication and disparagement was to safeguard the true meaning of Sunnah and to transmit it in its pure form to the successors. In fact the peculiarity of their work is that they exert all efforts in order to deal with had฀th as a single undivided whole، where examination of content was not irrelevant to the evaluation of chain، their conscientious efforts recorded in major works of had฀th show how they evaluated content of had฀th to determine that it was not contradictory to Shari‘ah، or with another sound tradition، as there was a possibility that a certain reliable reporter made mistake or speculated in transmitting the meaning of had฀th. Therefore we witness them disparaging a certain transmitter for his negligence and errors whereas his had฀th is forsaken، moreover they would not consider him a Traditionalists or muhaddith฀n if excessive speculations were found in his report. This research paper aims at investigating the aforementioned hypothesis.

Muqaddimah Jamie Al Matoon Wal Sharooh by Jan Muhammad

This thesis is a research manifestation on a great and unique manuscript of Arabic rhetoric entitled: written by AL.SHEIKH JAN MUHAMMAD who was an eminent scholar of the Muslim world in twentieth Century. He was one of the very literature persons and Fiq e Islami was his best topic and Fiq e Hanfi was his specialization. This manuscript “ ” is based on his deep knowledge about the fiqe-Islami so he wrote that manuscript and elaborated it with all references. I started the research work on this manuscript at the time when I was admitted in Punjab University as a Ph.D scholar in Arabic Department in ٢٠٠٩ and completed this research work in ٢٠١٦. Keeping in view the above, under the kind but vigilant guidance of advisor from Arabic Department Prof. Dr. Syed Muhammad Qamer Ali,vice chairman Arabic Department; really a man of parts and prestige, I got a golden opportunity to further navigate and explore the gems of knowledge. The research work is done schematically. This thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is about the life and literary services of ASHEIKH JAN MUHAMMAD. This chapter is then sub divided into two sub sections; one is devoted to the life of ALSHEIKH JAN MUHAMMAD and the second portion is an introduction to the manuscript and its significance and talks about the eloquent qualities of the manuscript itself.The second chapter is about the definition of fiq-e-Islami, its importance, and its separation in different time from first Hijri to till day. The third chapter of thesis is devoted to the edition, research and contents alongwith the bibliography of the manuscript under my research. Hence the Arabs have rendered unique and unlimited services in the fields of Fiq-e-Islami but I found that our Muslim scholars of the Persia and Hind-o-Pak are also much ahead in such services, even acknowledged by the Arab world but unfortunately, the preservation is neglected. Now, the universities are playing a vital role to promote and preserve such writings for the benefit of the whole humanity. In this regard I also selected a manuscript which is a greatest and splendid work of AL.SHEIKH JAN MUHAMMAD which belongs to thirteenth Hijry. So that the educated people of Pakistan and other countries could take benefit from this manuscript. Because no work has done on this manuscript before it. I am much hopeful that this dissertation will definitely appease the hunger and thirst of the real knowledge searchers of the Fiq E Islami but would also help a common man to aspirate knowledge and understand a know-how of the Islamic Shria . Moreover, my thesis effort would also attract the others to further promote and outpoint the significance of such topic the other relevant divines literary qualities of the Fiq E Islami and Specially Fiq E Hanfi . May Allah Almighty accept myeffort.(Ameen)
