حافظ حکیم محمد سعید کے وحشیانہ اور بے رحمانہ قتل پر کون ہے جو تڑپا اور بے قرار نہ ہوا ہوگا، وہ بین الاقوامی شخص، مملکتِ خداداد کے ہمدرد و مسیحا، پاکستان کے معمار، اس کا مقدر چمکانے اور بنانے کے لیے فکر مند، ہمدرد فاؤنڈیشن کے سربراہ اور مدینتہ الحکمت کے بانی، عالم، مصنف، مدبر، عالی دماغ، سچے اور پکے مسلمان، قوم و ملت کے بے لوث خادم، مخالف ہوا میں طب کا چراغ روشن کرنے، علم کو فروغ دینے، حکمت و محبت کا خزانہ لُٹانے والے، غریبوں اور مصیبت زدوں کے درد و غم میں شریک، پہلو میں درد مند دل رکھنے، پاکستان کے تشویش انگیز حالات سے بے چین اور پریشان رہنے والے کو چند دقیقوں میں جن لوگوں نے موت کے گھاٹ اُتارا وہ بڑے خوں خوار، درندہ صفت اور انسانوں کے بھیس میں وحوش سے بھی بدتر لوگ تھے۔ آخر اس فرشتہ صفت، پاک دل، پاک باز، رحم و مروت کے پیکر، مجسم شرافت اور اخلاقی خوبیوں سے منور انسان کا قصور کیا تھا، ذوق مرحوم کے شاگرد محمد مظفر خاں گرمؔ رامپوری کا وہ قطعۂ تاریخ وفات یاد آگیا جو نواب شمس الدین خاں مرحوم کو پھانسی دیے جانے پر کہا گیا تھا

As Islam gives a complete code of life, and it has a permanent political system. Rather to this, just as it has given rules and regulations in other spheres of life. It has also given unchangeable laws regarding politics. But Islam did not present a detailed structure of the government but left it to the Islamic Jurists to elaborate the principles regarding the Islamic political system.
No corner of life is outside the limits of Islamic teachings. The Prophet (ﷺ) has provided guidance for every aspect of life through his words and deeds which should be kept in our mind is the guarantee of success and prosperity of religion and the world. In this article we will brief the Islamic political system and solution of modern political issues through the interpretation of the Qur’ānic verses in the light of Tafsīr Sirāṭ-al-Jinān by Muftī Muḥammad Qāsim Qādrī.

Information fusion is an essential part of distributed wireless sensor networks as well as perceptual user interfaces. Irrelevant and redundant data severely affect the performance of the information fusion framework. The work presented in this thesis addresses the problem of acceptability of data from multiple sources. A uni-modal information-theoretic framework for face recognition is first developed. Performance of the proposed method is compared with existing principal component analysis based face recognition algorithms. The uni-modal framework is extended to develop a multi-modal algorithm. The algorithm uses multivariate mutual information to validate the acceptability of data from two sources. Unlike the preceding algorithms, the framework does not require any preprocessing, such as automatic face recognition, etc. Moreover, it also does not condition any statistical modeling or feature extraction and learning algorithms to extract the maximum information regions. The various cases containing a single speaker as well as a group of speakers are analyzed. The applicability of the algorithm is tested by incorporating it with Haar like features of Voila and Jones for lip activity detection.
