a. Ha. Mim.

a. By the Book of Divine Qur’an - clear in itself and clearly guiding to the truth.

a. WE sent it down during a night full of blessings.
b. Because with it WE had planned to warn people.

a. On that night every matter of wisdom was made distinct -

a. – by OUR Command.
b. Indeed, WE had decided to send OUR Messengers to these people for guidance -

a. - as a Mercy from your Rabb - The Lord to humankind.
b. Indeed, HE - HE is The All-Listening of their sayings, The All-Knowing of their actions.
44:07
a. Rabb - The Lord of the celestial realm and the terrestrial world and whatever is between them,
b. only if you were firm believers.

a. There is no entity of worship except HIM.
b. HE gives both life as well as death.
c. HE is your Rabb - The Lord and Rabb - The Lord of your forefathers.

a. Yet they are lost in their doubts.

The meaning of word "Din" are it applied to all the faith, worship and also cov ers that complete code of life which the Holy Prophet (S. A. VV) gave to ultima. Almighty, Allah has given a special and superior status to the human beings and has bestowed upon the human beings the quest for knowledge. Of course, knowledge is the power which enables the human beings to distinguish clearly between what is good or bad. But other words this is the human wisdom which the creator of this world has bestowed upon the human beings. So it is quite clear that the entire system of faith and worship which Almighty Allah has sent to the human beings through the revelation over the Holy Prophet is exactly according to the common mind and intellect. Since there are certain limitations to the common mind and it cannot go beyond these limitations. This research paper present on investigation of these limits form Sharia point of view.
Turnover intention has gained substantial consideration from last few years and has been extensively studied
because of its profound implications towards organizations. Retention of key employees has always remained
a critical matter for organizations. Turnover intention's literature advocates many other factors which may
influence the employee's decision to leave the organization. However, the factors that influence turnover
intentions have been ignored in work stream. This attempts to investigate turnover intentions with three
factors including locus of control, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. Initially, a deep understanding of
the topic is developed after studying number of articles, books and other literature.
A competing quantitative model is then developed where job satisfaction is considered as a mediating variable.
Data was collected from a sample of 462 employees of telecom and pesticide industry. The proposed model
was then tested using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). AMOS was used to identify best fit. As reported in
this thesis, the proposed model has been modified according to fit indices.
The results of the model illustrate that locus of control has significant impact whereas organizational culture
does not have any significant impact on the turnover intentions.
