س طرح دین کی معمولی سوجھ بوجھ رکھنے والے شخص کو ہمارے ہاں عالم دین سمجھ لیا جاتا ہے اسی طرح علامہ اقبال کے چند اشعار یاد کر لینے والے یا اقبال کی شخصیت پر تحقیقی مضمون یا مقالہ لکھنے والے بعض احباب اپنے آپ کو بطور اقبال شناس کہلانے میں دیر نہیں کرتے ۔ ایسے حالات میں کچھ ایسے اسکالرز بھی موجود ہیں جنہوں نے حقیقت میں فکر اقبال کو سمجھا اور دوسروں کو سمجھایا۔ اقبال فہم ہستیوں میں بلا شبہ ڈاکٹر رفیع الدین ہاشمی، ڈاکٹر حسین فراقی ، ڈاکٹر شاہد اقبال کامران اور ڈاکٹر قمر اقبال بہت بڑے نام ہیں۔ اس فہرست میں ایک نام پروفیسر ڈاکٹر عبدالحق کا بھی ہے جنہوں نے ہندوستان میں رہ کر اقبال فہمی کا علم اٹھا رکھا ہے۔ ہندوستان میں فکر اقبال کی شمع روشن کرنا جوئے شیر لانے سے کم نہیں۔ ڈاکٹر محمد عامر اقبال اس لحاظ سے ہدیہ تبریک کے مستحق ہیں کہ انہوں نے پروفیسر ڈاکٹر عبدالحق جیسے اقبال شناس کی زندگی کے مختلف پہلوؤں کے در وا کرنے کی کوشش کی ہے۔ ان کی زیر نظر کتاب پروفیسر عبد الحق: احوال و افکار جہاں پروفیسر عبد الحق کی زندگی پر روشنی ڈالتی ہے وہاں فکر اقبال کی توسیع و تفسیر کے لیے بھی کار آمد ہے۔ کتاب کی شاندار اشاعت پر میں ڈاکٹر عامر کو مبارک باد پیش کرتا ہوں اور ان کی کامیابی کے لیے دعا گو ہوں۔ مجھے یقین کامل ہے کہ ان کی یہ کاوش اقبال شناسی کے میدان میں نو آوردگان کے لیے اہم دستاویز ثابت ہوگی۔

This research is motivated by the ups and downs in the quality of employee performance at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Pekanbaru Branch from 2020 to 2022. Based on the formulation of the problems that have been made, this study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Pekanbaru Branch This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample used in this study were employees of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Pekanbaru Branch as many as approximately 52 people. Sampling technique by means of Simple Random Sampling. With data collection through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This study uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS Ver program. 21.00. The results of this study, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X1 greater than t table, namely the value of t count (7.467) greater than t table (2.010) accepted at a significance level of 5%. The work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained the t count X2 greater than the t table, namely the t value (7.484) greater than the t table (2.010), accepted at the 5% significance level. Compensation and work environment together have a positive effect on employee performance. This is evident from the results of the F test which shows the results of the F count of (415.672) greater than the F table of (3.19) accepted at the 5% significance level. Islamic economic review of the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Pekanbaru branch can be categorized as sharia based on ijarah contract.
Zinc(II), copper(II), nickel(II) and cobalt(II) complexes of Schiff-bases, obtained by the condensation of 3 rd generation Cephalosporin e.g., Ceftriaxone, Cefixime, Cefotaxime, and Ceftazidime with the respective aldehydes such as furyl-2-carboxaldehyde, thiophene-2-carboxaldehyde, salicylaldehyde, pyrrol-2-carboxaldehyde and 3- hydroxynaphthalene-2-carboxaldehyde were synthesized and characterized by their physical, molar conductance, magnetic moments, and electronic spectral measurements (IR, 1 H and 13 C NMR and mass), analytical (CHN analysis) and thermal analyses data. Analytical data and electrical conductivity measurements indicated the formation of M:L (1:2) complexes of the type [M(L) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ] or [M(L) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ]Cl 2 [where M = Zn(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and Co(II)] in which ligands act as bidentate towards divalent metal ions via azomethine-N and deprotonated-O of salicyl and naphthyal, furanyl-O, thienyl-S and XIIIdeprotonated pyrrolyl-N. The magnetic moments and electronic spectral data suggest octahedral geometry for these complexes. The main objective of present study is to highlight the potential of Cephalosporin derivatives as antimicrobial agents. The work comprises of the study of changes in antimicrobial activity of four cephalosporins, Ceftiaxone, Cefixime, Cefotaxime and ceftazidime by condensation of free amino group (NH 2 ) of these Cephalosporin with the carbonyl (HC=O) group of aldehydes to achieve the target of twenty new Cephalosporin derived Schiff bases (L 1 )-(L 20 ) and their metal complexation with Zn(II). Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) salts. The synthesized ligands, along with their metal complexes were screened for their antibacterial activity against different Gram-positive & Gram-negative (Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enteritidis and Klebsiella pneumonia) bacterial strains using agar-well diffusion method. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was observed and thereafter compared with the standard MIC’s of the respective drug by agar dilution method against both Gram positive and Gram-negative organisms so as to evaluate changes in antimicrobiological activity of the standard cephalosporins after azomethine formation with aldehydes and their metal interactions. The results of these studies show the metal complexes to be more antibacterial against one or more species as compared to the uncomplexed ligands. It was concluded that metal elements that are essential for our body mechanism either present in the body or coadminstered with vitamins markedly influence the MIC’s of antibiotics by producing synergism or antagonism.
