O The Faithful!
Fulfill your obligations.
The meat of all cattle of the domestic livestock is made lawful for you to consume except that have been described to you as unlawful,
except hunting of wild game is unlawful while you are in a state of sanctity/Ihram for the Hajj or Umrah.
Indeed, Allah - the One and Only God - decrees whatever HE wants.
05:02
O The Faithful!
Do not violate the sanctity of the Symbols of Allah:
the Sacred Months of Hajj, and
sacrificial offerings, and
the garlands placed around the necks of sacrificial cattle.
And do not prevent those who are going to the Sacred House of Ka’bah seeking favor from their Rabb- The Lord and HIS Grace.
Once you are out of the state of sanctity/Ihram for the Hajj, then you may hunt wild game.
Do not let your hatred of some people, who once barred you from the Grand Sacred Masjid, provoke you to violence or aggression against them.
Instead, help one another in virtue and piety,
and do not help one another in sinfulness and hostility, acts of disobedience, and overstepping the limits set by Allah.
Fear Allah!
Surely Allah is Severe in punishment.
05:03
It is unlawful for you to consume and use its products:
the meat of dead animals, and
the blood, and
the pig’s meat, and
the meat of all cattle dedicated to any entity other than Allah, and

Natural Sciences learning laboratory activities are an integral part of teaching and learning activities, This shows how important the role of laboratory activities to achieve the goals of science education. Through laboratory activities, students will be given the opportunity to encourage curiosity and the desire to try, test and reason the theories obtained. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of a science laboratory in SMP Negeri 4 Sojol. The research method uses qualitative methods and descriptive analysis. The research subjects were the head of the laboratory and the science subject teacher and the students at SMP Negeri 4 Sojol. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the study, the availability of natural science practicum tools in SMP Negeri 4 Sojol, the average availability of practical tools and materials 68.33% classified as complete categories, the average presentation of the feasibility of practical tools and materials 90.67% included in the excellent category based on the Ministry of Education number 24 of 2007. Success in the cognitive domain will also have a positive impact on the development of the psychomotor domain (skills) of students. Management of laboratory facilities and infrastructure planning in improving the quality of learning in schools must be planned by the head of the laboratory, planning science teachers by preparing learning tools and identifying the subject matter to be practiced in the laboratory, laboratory administration governance supported by good organization from the leadership of policy makers in school. Implementation of laboratory facilities and infrastructure management in improving the quality of learning in schools including procurement, inventory, storage, structuring, use, and maintenance. The aim of the study is to test most discussed relationship between capital structure and firm value by
investigating the intervening impact of various corporate governance measures. Major objective of the study is
to examine the moderating and mediating impact of selected governance measures (board size, board
independence, CEO role duality, managerial ownership and ownership concentration) on the relationship
between capital structure (leverage) and firm value (Tobin' Q). However, the study also investigated the impact
of governance measures on firm value, and impact of leverage on these governance measures.
The study used the 775 firm year observations of 155 non-financial companies listed at Karachi Stock Exchange
for financial years containing 2008 to 2012. Keeping in view the nature of data (balanced panel), fixed effects
regression method is employed to estimate the formulated relationships. To test the mediation and moderation
impact of governance measures this research used methods suggested by Baron and Kenny (1986). For first
relationship of interest (impact of leverage on firm value) the study found significant positive impact, but in
case of corporate governance, only board independence and ownership concentration measures are found
affecting firm value significant with positive sign. Intensity of relationship is also very high (more than 0.3 for
both of the variables). For third relationship i.e., impact of leverage on governance measures, this study found
no significant affects.
While finding, moderation this study found significant positive moderation for board independence and
ownership concentration. However for managerial ownership this study found significant negative moderating
effect between leverage and firm value. Four steps of Baron and Kenny (1986) are followed to find mediation,
but in second step (impact of leverage on governance measures) this study found no teneralizable effects, so as
a result this research study concluded no mediation.
