شاہ فخر عالم بھاگلپوری
دینی اور علمی حلقوں میں شاہ فخر عالم بھاگلپوری کی وفات کی خبر بڑے رنج و افسوس کے ساتھ سنی جائے گی، ان کے نامور بزرگ سید ظہیرالدین ۱۲۷۹ء میں دہلی آئے اور حضرت نظام الدین اولیاء کے حلقۂ ادارت میں داخل ہوئے، انھوں نے حضرت بہاء الدین زکریا ملتانیؒ کے پوتے مخدوم رکن الدین رکن عالمؒ سے بھی اکتساب فیض کیا، اس طرح اس خاندان میں چشتی اور سہروردی دونوں نسبتیں جمع ہوگئیں، بعد کو یہ خاندان دہلی سے بہار آگیا، اور حضرت سید علی محمد (ڈمڑیا بابا) نے بھاگلپور میں قیام فرمایا، اس وقت سے یہ لوگ یہیں آباد ہیں، اور ان کی خانقاہ ڈمریا بابا ان کے نام سے موسوم ہے، شاہ فخر عالم مرحوم اسی خانقاہ کے سجادہ نشین تھے، وہ دینی مشاغل کے ساتھ علمی مذاق بھی رکھتے تھے، ان کا کتب خانہ ان کے علمی ذوق کا شاہد ہے، اﷲ تعالیٰ سے دعا ہے کہ وہ ان کو اپنی عنایتوں اور رحمتوں سے شاد کام کرے، اور ان کے جانشین سید شاہ شرف عالم ندوی کو اپنے بزرگوں کے نقشِ قدم پر چلنے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔

The obeisance of Holy Prophet (S. A. W) is the path of forgiveness and essential component of faith. Therefore, the series of preservations of, (RA) Sahabah by continued is (صلى الله عليه وسلم) Prophet Holy of actions and sayings the followers of Ṣaḥābah and Scholars of the Ummah. For worldly and eternal saving, disciplined efforts were carried out in order to preserve this series. This methodology of preservation with extreme care and technique is exemplary. The process for collection of Hadith was initiated and shaped into books and volumes. It is due to the dignified status of Hadith that Allah created such individuals who preserved the sayings of Holy Prophet (ﷺ) with religious fervor, zeal, honesty and great care. In this article meaningful analysis has been given for such important terminologies which convey technically internal characteristics of the series of books and are a great source of literary beauty. In this connection, terminologies and their meanings represent reflection of each other. The basis of these terminologies is not only on estimated ideas but on the literary and intellectual facts. These are not only according to the time and age but also historical and geographical according to the need of hour and circumstances. From Muḥaddithīn’s point of view, these collections have certain benefits and purposes due to which they kept naming them. The brief, simple and understandable words of terminologies are common; however, their purpose is not common. It is distinguished and extra ordinary. The words used in terminologies are not special but purpose is not to express application. Their contextual meaning is taken under consideration instead of the literal one.
Scattering of electromagnetic waves from two dimensional cylindrical structures composed of perfect electromagnetic conductor (PEMC) material has been studied. Response of these two dimensional structures in terms of co-polarized and cross- polarized scattered fields, scattering widths, and radiation power gain has been ob- served. Scattering behavior of parallel PEMC circular cylinders, rectangular PEMC strip, and strip grating in free space have been considered when they are illuminated by an electromagnetic plane wave. Characteristics of a coated PEMC cylinder are found in comparison to an uncoated one taking dispersion and dissipation of the coating layer into account. Effects of many electromagnetic plane waves on a coated PEMC cylinder has also been analyzed. The effects of the PEMC core has been noted on the direc- tivity of the geometry containing a line source nearby a coated PEMC cylinder. Also contribution to the the scattered field in free space due to a PEMC circular cylinder buried inside the dielectric half space is found. Throughout discussion, the numerical results are compared with the published literature under some special conditions and are found in good agreement.
