افسوس ہے کہ ۲۶؍ جنوری کو ڈاکٹر سعید انصاری کا دہلی میں کینسر کے موذی مرض میں انتقال ہوگیا، اﷲ تعالیٰ ان کی مغفرت فرمائے، وہ دارالمصنفین کی مجلس انتظامیہ کے قدیم رکن تھے۔ (صباح الدین عبدالرحمن، فروری ۱۹۸۴ء)

قارئین معارف کو گزشتہ شمارہ سے جناب سعید انصاری کے انتقال کی خبر معلوم ہوچکی ہے، ان کا وطن اعظم گڑھ ہی تھا، اپنے محلہ اور شہر کے قدیم مدرسہ اسلامیہ میں ابتدائی تعلیم حاصل کرنے کے بعد انھوں نے مشن اسکول میں داخلہ لیا، یہ بڑا پرآشوب دور تھا، ملک کے گوشہ گوشہ میں خلافت، اور ترک موالات کی تحریک کے اثر سے انگریزوں کے خلاف ہیجان برپا تھا۔
تحریک کے پروگرام میں سرکاری اسکولوں اور کالجوں کا مقاطعہ بھی تھا، سعید انصاری صاحب نے اس سے متاثر ہوکر اسکول چھوڑ دیا اور بنارس جاکر کاشی ودیا پیٹھ سے فرسٹ ڈویژن میں میڑک کیا، انٹرمیڈیٹ میں بارہ روپے ماہوار وظیفہ ملا مگر جامعہ اسلامیہ کی کشش انھیں علی گڑھ کھینچ لائی، ۱۹۲۴ء میں وہ طلبہ کی انجمن اتحاد کے سکریٹری اور ان کے ہم سبق ڈاکٹر یوسف حسین خان مرحوم نائب صدر ہوئے، ۱۹۲۵ء میں بی۔اے کیا اور ۱۹۲۶ء میں جامعہ میں استاد کی حیثیت سے ان کا تقرر ہوا، اس زمانہ میں اس کی مالی حالت نہایت خراب تھی، کئی کئی مہینے تک استادوں کو تنخواہیں نہیں ملتی تھیں، جامعہ کے امنا (ٹرسٹیز) اسے بند کردینے کے لئے آمادہ ہوگئے تھے مگر انجمن تعلیم ملی کے ارکان نے بیس برس تک جامعہ کی خدمت کرتے رہنے اور ڈیڑھ سو سے زیادہ مشاہرہ نہ لینے کا عہد کیا تھا، ابتداء میں گیارہ استاد اس کے حباتی رکن تھے جن میں سعید انصاری مرحوم بھی تھے۔

Islam lays emphasis on social justice and sharing of resources between the haves and the have-nots. In order to create such a balanced socio-economic environment, the inter-class lending is considered to be a way forward ethical activity. Qard is a gratuitous contract in which one gives a certain homogeneous wealth to other against the condition of returning of similar value of wealth upon demand or after termination of payback period. As per Sharia'h, the Qard should not bring any return or benefit for the lender because that would be equivalent to Ribâ. Therefore the lender cannot charge or demand any extra amount against the extension on the payback period awarded to the poor borrower. Furthermore, Islam considers the difference between debtors who default by procrastination and those who default by necessity. The Holy Qur'an, in principal, recommends having compassion for the poor barrowers and giving them the grace period till they have the capacity to payback. In such scenario the Muslim lenders perceive that the Islam has set unilateral direction in favor of borrowers only. Therefore the lenders feel that they are handicapped or helpless and found themselves in a strangled situation. This study is designed to solve the dilemma of lenders and explore risk mitigation strategies in case of insolvency of borrowers. The verses from the Holy Qur'an & Hadith of the Messenger (PBUH) and also work of prominent Sharia'h Scholars were considered to form a comprehensive guideline to mitigate the lender’s risk. Hence it has been proved that the Islam has given legal rights to the lender and allows some practical recovery strategies & tactics to recover the funds from the underprivileged borrowers. This study will play a key role in risk mitigation for default and late payments.
This study deal with the action of gravity on the single and the double thin layer of non-Newtonian fluid which was passed over the belt. b The descriptive study is mainly focused on the effects of the fluid rheology. We paid special attention to the structuring of models for describing the behavior of the movement of the thin films. Specially those fluid films having high molecular weight which consists of greater complexities. Navier-stokes equations cannot do justice in describing the behavior of such fluids to the extreme. To describe the properties of all non-Newtonian fluids in a single constitutive equation sound ridiculous due to the great variety of such fluids which makes it difficult to design one wholesome equation for it. To cope up with this complexity, varieties of models have been presented in the literature. This study is conducted with several elastic fluid models such as second and third grade fluid models and inelastic power law fluid model. Highly non-linear relationships in term of differential equations arise as a result of modeling rheological fluids in the domain of a problem. Comprehensive study of a skin friction, volume, flux, vorticity, near boundary layer, diffusion of temperature is conducted for such complex nature of fluids. Moreover the effect of oscillation on the above features in case of unsteady layers is discussed in detail.
