فرد قائم ربط ملت سے ہے تنہا کچھ نہیں

معزز سامعین اور میرے ہم مکتب ساتھیو! آج مجھے جس موضوع پر لب کشائی کی سعادت حاصل ہورہی ہے وہ ہے:’’فرد قائم ربط ملت سے ہے تنہا کچھ نہیں ‘‘
صدرِذی وقار!
فرد ملت کی بنیادی اکائی ہے ،فرد ہے تو ملت ہے، فرد ہے تو قوم کا وجود ہے، فرد ہے تو اس کائنات کی رنگینیاں ہیں، فرد ہے تو اس کا ئنات کی رعنائیاں ہیں ، فرد ہے تواس گیتی کے گلشن میں بہار ہے، فرد ہے تو اس گلستانِ ہستی میں نکھارہے۔
جنابِ صدر!
یہ مصرع ہمیں اتحاد کا درس دے رہا ہے۔ہمیں اتحاد کی بابت آگاہ کر رہا ہے، فردکا وجود ہی اتحاد کی بدولت قائم ہے، اتحادکا لفظ ہے ہی بڑی جاذبیت کا حامل ، یہ جس فقرے میں آ جائے اس کے معنی میں حسن پیدا ہو جاتا ہے، چند اینٹیں متحد ہو جائیں تو مکان کی تعمیر ہو جاتی ہے، چند قطرے متحد ہو جائیں تو بحر بے کنار کی شکل اختیار کر لیتے ہیں۔
صدرِ ذی وقار!
اتحاد جس صورت میں بھی موجود ہو قابل تحسین تصور کیا جاتا ہے، جوقوم آپس میں مربوط ہوتی ہے وہ ہر لحاظ سے خوش و خرم ہوتی ہے، اس کی فضاؤں میں آلودگی کا زہر نہیں ہوتا، اس کے کھلیانوں میں غیر نافع بوٹیاں نہیں اگتیں، اس کے شجر سایہ دار خزاں آشنا نہیں ہوتے ، اس کے میدان ویران نہیں ہوتے ، اس کے ہسپتال آباد نہیں ہوتے۔

اسلام میں اتحادِ ملی پر بڑا زور دیا گیا ہے، حدیث پاک میں ہے کہ مسلمان مسلمان کا بھائی ہے، مسلمان مسلمان کوگالی نہیں دیتا، مسلمان مسلمان کو برا بھلا نہیں...
Religion is the cradle of human civilization and will always be a core influence in determining the trends, outlooks and progression of our society, which inevitably confronts questions and issues with religious undertones. As the world becomes more multi-religious and multi-ethnic, however, there is a seemingly diminished respect for the diverse existence of faiths and ethnicities, and more concerns rise towards this new threat to peace, which can be seen in the form of religious hatred, persecution, and conflicts often involving physical violence. This rising hostility, which has become a prolonged, unstable social factor, in all manifestations is an obstacle to peace. According to the different religious scholars of the semitic and nonsemitic religions it is recommended that religion plays a vital role to save the humanity. For this purpose many scholars recommend a religious alliance and unity for the whole universe as we can prevent the violence against humanity. In this paper the different views of the scholars in favour of religious alliance while the stance of Islamic Sharia has been discussed in detail as well.
The aim is to automate the process of manual health inspection and report generation of roads in Karachi. A device attached to a moving vehicle that captures geo tagged images of the road and sends them to the cloud. The data is passed through a Convolutional Neural Network based detector that detects and classifies the road damage into five categories (i.e. line cracks, potholes, alligator cracks, raveling and no damage). After the damages are detected, they are displayed on a map. A GUI is created that allows report generation of a selected road. It also gives the road priority for repair based on the area selected.
