مذہبی یہودی اس بات پر یقین رکھتے ہیں کہ ان کی رہنمائی کے لیے خدا نے متعدد کتابیں نازل کیں۔ یہ کتب خدا کے الفاظ ہیں جو مختلف ادوار میں مختلف انبیا و رسل پر نازل ہوئے۔ چنانچہ وہ ان کتب کو یہودی مذہب کی بنیاد مانتے ہیں۔ یہودیوں کے تمام فرقے ان کتب کی عزت کرتے ہیں، تاہم معنی اخذ کرنے اور تشریحات میں دیگر مذاہب کے پیروکاروں کی طرح ان میں بھی اختلاف پایا جاتا ہے جو مذہبی نقطہ نظر سے کافی اہمیت کا حامل ہے
دریائے نیل کے کنارے اگنے والے نرسل کی طرح کے پودے سے بنائے گئے کاغذ جسے پیپرس/پپائرس/قرطاس مصری کہا جاتا ہے یا جانوروں کی چمڑی سے بنے کاغذ پر انہیں مختلف ادوار میں مختلف لوگوں نے لکھا۔ ہاتھ سے لکھی جانے والی ان کتب میں کاتبین نئے مشمولات بھی شامل کرتے رہے، مثلاً "کتابِ یسعیاہ" چونکہ تین مختلف ادوار سے متعلق ہے اس لیے کہا جاتا ہے کہ اسے تین مختلف لوگوں نے لکھا ہے۔ زیادہ تر محققین کا خیال ہے کہ تقریبا 400 قبل مسیح تک ان کتب کی تکمیل ہوتی رہی ہے۔[1] ان میں سے بیشتر کتب کی زبان عبرانی ہے جبکہ کچھ کتابیں آرامی زبان میں بھی لکھی گئیں ہیں۔ آرامی ذخیرہ الفاظ میں عبرانی سے ملتی جلتی ہے لیکن گرائمر اور لغوی اعتبار سے مختلف ہے۔۔ جلاوطنی سے پہلے تک یہ کتب...
Since the inception of the ancient era, it has been the utmost trial of scholars related to every field of knowledge that they could save the knowledge of various fields. For meeting the purpose of saving, different tasks had been done in different periods, but, the most appreciating one is the preparation of an encyclopedia. In every era, different encyclopedias of different arts have been designed. Although the processes in Islamic studies remained to continue and various encyclopedias in the Islamic studies were prepared in which the encyclopedia of hadith is the most popular. Therefore, the compilation of hadith has begun from the 3rd Islamic century and a large number of muhadiseen have rendered their best services in this field and represented Hadith and books related to all arts, but, along with that a very important task was to assemble all books of Hadith at one place so that no one may get in trouble to find the Hadith, but it was a hard nut to crack that is why Allah has chosen such scholars who have compiled all the Hadith with their untiring efforts out of them the topmost in the list are: Jama-al-Joma, Kanzal-al-Amal, Almusand-al-Jamia, Mosoaa, Jamiat-ul-ahadees-al-zaeefa wal-mozooat, and almudavina-tul-Jamia are included.
Purpose of this research was to analyze the opinions of salespeople about TNA along with concentrating on
studying the current TNA practices; to study relationship between TNA and human productivity of medical
representatives; to study the segregation of training and non-training needs.
Survey questionnaires were designed and pre-tested. The study was carried out by taking a sample of size 292
medical representatives and 60 training/sales managers working with 32 pharmaceutical organizations of
Pakistan. In addition, a semi-structured questionnaire was designed to interview 53 doctors. Data were
processed in MS Excel and analyzed in SPSS.
Results supported the TNA-HP model by showing direct impact of TNA on HP i.e. TNA explained 36% of
variation in HP. In addition, TNA and human productivity were found correlated directly and through training
and KSA. TNA was found essential for goal setting; medical representatives to be acclimatized with adopting
new sales approaches, techniques and procedures; arousing learning motivation of trainees. TNA was found
instrumental to help reduce training cost and to identify cost of training. Segregating training and non-training
needs was found helpful for attaining cost effectiveness of a training program. Results also revealed significant
difference among average opinions of training/sales managers while responding to six different situations of
Prokopenko and Kubr model.
