افسوس ہے ہمارے عزیز دوست اوربچپن کے ساتھی جناب اعجاز صدیقی کاپچھلے دنوں بمبئی میں اچانک انتقال ہوگیا۔اناﷲ واناالیہ راجعون۔
مرحوم مولانا سیماب اکبر آبادی کے فرزند ارجمند اوراُن کے خاص تربیت یافتہ تھے۔اردو کے بلندپایہ اورقادرالکلام شاعر توتھے ہی، بڑی بات یہ ہے کہ فن کے اصول وفروع اوراُس کے رموزونکات اورزبان کے قواعد اوراُس کے مصطلحات پر اُن کی نگاہ وسیع اوردقیق تھی، اس بناء پر وہ نقاد بھی بہت اچھے تھے۔نثر بھی شگفتہ لکھتے تھے۔تقسیم کے بعد آگرہ کے حالات ناقابل برداشت ہوئے اور وہاں رہنا دشوار ہوگیا توبمبئی منتقل ہوگئے۔یہاں اُن کوسخت پریشانیوں اوردشواریوں سے سابقہ پیش آیا لیکن انھوں نے بڑی ہمت اورجواں مردی سے ان سب کا مقابلہ کیا۔ ’’شاعر‘‘کو نہ صرف یہ کہ جاری رکھا، اُس کوبہتر سے بہتر بنانے کی کوششوں میں لگے رہے اورآخر کاربمبئی ایسے غدارشہر میں اپنا ایک خاص مرتبہ ومقام حاصل کرنے میں کامیاب ہوئے۔ اُن کو اردو سے عشق تھا، تقسیم کے نتیجہ میں اُس پر جو بپتا پڑی تھی، مرحوم عمر بھراُس کا ماتم کرتے اوراُس کی اصلاح کی جدوجہد کرتے رہے۔طبعاً بڑے خوش خلق،غیورو خوددار،باوضع اور نہایت محنتی اور جفاکش انسان تھے۔ اُن کی وفات سے اردو اپنی فوج کے ایک بہت بڑے مجاہد سے محروم ہوگئی۔ اﷲ تعالیٰ اُن کومغفرت وبخشش کی نعمتوں سے نوازے۔

The Holy Prophet (PBUH) was sent to establish justice. He made use of law and good conduct to achieve this great target. Complete investigation and transport exploration is of universal value that holds fundamental significance in legal system. This research article presents insight, broadness and transparency of investigatory system established by the Prophet (PBUH). It also highlights rules and laws in the light of valid research references. All these features are evident in Prophet’s personality. In this regard, keeping in view the nature of topic, the guidance has been sought from the commands of The Quran, Hadith and different incidents of the life of Muhammad (SAWW). A discussion has been premeditated to explore Prophet’s tactics regarding law of investigation. This research article, having research outlook and logical link, touches upon the rules and principles which the Holy Prophet (PBUH) has given us for the recognition of the real culprit of good judgment, clues and witnesses. Investigative departments are radically important for the protection of Islam, maintenance of peace, internal stability and the protection of life, honor and property of people living in the society. The charter of these agencies is to abolish oppression, establish justice, impose the writ of law, and punish the guilty and to bring lawbreakers within the grip of law. The officer who performs the above duties is known as Naazir e Jaraaim1 in Islamic jurisprudential terminology. Further duties which fall within the remit of this officer are: Investigation of charges, production of the accused before a court of law, getting proven criminals sentenced by the court, executing the sentence handed down, releasing the accused in case evidence is not sufficient and getting wrongful accusers punished properly.
The School Leadership (SL) roles for high student achievement (HSA), by and large, have remained less explored in the developing countries, especially in Pakistan. As a result, their roles in high achieving schools are unknown. During my review of research studies about School Leaders, I found gaps in literature in the area of School Leadership for high student achievement. Hence, I explored the School Leadership's (Principal) roles in a high achieving school (HAS) in Karachi, affiliated with the Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKU-EB). I also explored the factors which support and hinder the enactment of School Leadership's role for high students' achievement. Within the qualitative research paradigm, the case study method was employed as the research methodology. Data collection was done over a period of seven weeks, through observation and in-depth interviews with the Principal and selected research participants. Data were also collected on a daily basis through document analysis and reflective journals. My findings show that although the SL under study is performing more than 21 roles, which seem to be mix of instructional and pedagogical leadership (PL) roles, however, majority of the roles prove that she is inclined towards pedagogical and distributed leadership, with a futuristic vision, goals and high expectations, capacity building, capital development and distribution of responsibilities. It also reflects from the findings that the School Leadership plays a significant role both directly and indirectly, through pedagogical and distributed leadership for high student achievement (HSA). Moreover, it was observed that the SL and her determination and commitment as a visionary, supportive leader and facilitator, brought the school to the stage where the school is competing with the most elite schools within Karachi, despite being situated in a marginalized and poorly populated area, according to the SL. Her role as a facilitator, developer and provider of all kinds of resources to support teachers and students has been the key driving force in HSA. As a PL, she has the major responsibility for guiding teachers and students academically, socially, and spiritually, within the safe and peaceful environment of the school. Her prevailing roles of distributing responsibilities and empowering people also show SL's distributed and shared leadership approach. In addition, as a reformer, change agent, and strategic leader, she has been successful in initiating and implementing various reforms within the school in terms of structure, policies, teaching and learning and assessment strategies, according to the requirements of AKU-EB
