عبدالرحمن اطہر سلیمیؔ(۱۹۴۲ء۔۱۹۹۴ء) سلیمیؔ تخلص کیا کرتے تھے۔ آپ سیالکوٹ میں پیدا ہوئے۔ ۱۹۸۵ء میں گورنمنٹ ڈگری کالج ناروال میں لیکچرار کی حیثیت سے آ پ کی تعیناتی ہوئی۔ پھر گورنمنٹ مرے کالج سیالکوٹ میں تبادلہ ہوا۔ پھر ۱۹۸۸ء میں جناح اسلامیہ کالج سیالکوٹ میں تبدیل کر دئیے گئے۔ (۹۷۷) اطہر سلیمی ؔ اپنا شعری کلام اپنی زندگی میں شائع نہیں کروا سکے۔ البتہ ان کے کلام کے مسودے ان کے ورثا کے پاس موجود ہیں۔ ایک مسودہ نعتوں پر مشتمل ہے جس کا نام حمٰ ہے اسے سلیمیؔ کے بیٹے شمیل اجود نے ترتیب دیا ہے۔
اطہر سلیمیؔ بنیادی طورپر غزل گو شاعر ہیں لیکن انھوں نے نظم بھی لکھی ہے۔ وہ غزل میں روایت اور جدیدیت کو ساتھ لے کر چلتے ہیں۔ اطہرلفظ کے حسن اور اس کے استعمال سے باخبر ہیں۔ان کی ڈکشن ان کی غزل کو جدید شاعری میں شامل کرتی ہے۔ آپ نے اپنی شاعری میں خوبصورت تتلیوں، جگنوؤں ،چناروں ،آنگنوں ،چاندنی اور رنگوں کا ـذکر کیا ہے۔ اس طرح ان کی غزل فکری نکھار کے ساتھ لفظیاتی فن سے سجی ہوئی ہے۔ اس حوالے سے چند اشعار ملاحظہ ہوں:

The COVID-19 outbreak has had a serious impact on almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia. In response to this case, various policies began to emerge. Starting from the implementation of work from home, social distancing and physical distancing, until the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). Overseas investors are busy focusing their finances on the needs of their respective countries to fight the virus. Domestic investment (PMDN) is also predicted to experience a slowdown. The social distancing policy resulted in the community not being able to run the economic system well, especially in the Indonesian investment sector so that the perokoniman namely investment in Indonesia decreased and there were some delays in investment by other countries in Indonesia.
Indexing technique plays a pivot role in the efficient relevant retrieval of multimedia objects. Irrelevant retrieval issue has been encountered in existing indexing techniques because of the complex properties of multimedia objects. Rhetorical Structure Theory (RST) has increased relevant retrieval of text documents by semantically indexing. The focus of research is to propose an indexing technique for multimedia objects using RST concepts. For accommodation of multimedia objects in RST framework; modified version of RST framework has been introduced. Based on modified framework an indexing technique has been proposed. Proposed indexing technique is elaborated by a case study. In analysis phase, comparisons with other existing multimedia indexing techniques are carried out using four metrics: response time, relevancy, index size and precision. Results are compared between proposed and existing multimedia indexing techniques. Proposed indexing technique has given improved results for most of the metrics against compared multimedia indexing techniques.
