المبحث السادس: محاولة إرضاء الحبيب بعد الخصام

قصيدة (خصام) لنازك الملائكة ([1])

زمانُ الصفاء مضی وتلاشی مع الذکریات
وھا نحن مختصمان
وجاء زمانُ الصراع فلا لطفَ لا بسمات
ولا دفقۃٌ من حنان

وھا نحنُ مختصمان دفنّا ا لوئام
وراء التوتر في قعر ألفاظنا الباردہ
ولم نبقِ کأساً ولا منھلاً([2] ) للغرام 
ولم نُبق عشاً لأحلامنا الساھدہ([3] )

وھا نحنُ نکشف عمّا انطوی
بأعماق أنفسنا من عیوبٍ جمیلہ
ویدرکُ کلّ بأنّ الھَوی
طَوَی ما طوی من معا یبنا المترفات الأصیلة
ولم یُبقِ إلا محاسننا الفجّۃ([4]) المستحیلة

 

وھا نحنُ نعرفُ أبعادنا الشاسعة
وما امتدّ في عمقھا من خشونة
وکیف ملکنا عیوباً منوّعۃً رائعۃ
تخبّیء أو جُھھا خلف ستر الرضی واللیونة
وخلف الوداعۃ خلف السکینة
وفي لحظات الصفاء لمسنا شذانا الرصینا([5] )
وذقنا محاسننا السمحۃ المنعمة
وذاک الطِلاءٖ الذي لفّ أعماقنا المبھمة
وغطّی الحماقۃ والضعف فینا

وفي لحظات الحنین ھوینا
بساطتنا وعشقنا العذوبة
وھنا نحن نعشقُ ما تخلقُ الادمیۃ فینا
ونلمسُ أعماقنا الشاسعات الرھیبة
وما في حماقتنا من جمالِ شذٍ وخصوبة

وکنا عشقنا انبثاق الحرارۃ في مقلتینا([6])
فدعنا نحبّ النصوب([7] )
وکنا ھوینا التورّد والشعر في شفتینا
فلم لا نحبّ الشحوب([8]
ولم لا نخلّف رکناً من المقت([9] ) بین یدینا؟


وکنا عبدنا الصداقۃ بین المحاسن فینا
فدعنا نقیم أسس الحبّ والودّ بین العیوب
وأفسح مکاناً لبعض الحماقات بعضِ الذنوب
ودعنا نکنُ بشراً طافحین نفیضُ جنونا
وننضح([10]) ضحکاً ودمعاً سخینا

Employee Commitment and Culture Organization on Employee Performance

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of employee commitment and cultural organizational factors towards employees of the Job Performance, Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province both simultaneously (overall test) and partial (individual test). The research method used is verification, while the population in this study is the Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province based on increasing totaling 402 people. By using the method of proportional stratified random sampling in the sample amount to obtain 40 respondents. While data collection technology is used by the field study and library that includes observation, interviews and question-naires, and to determine the relationship and the influence of an independent variable to the model variables to use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the calculated results obtained statistically Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R) was 0.8950 with p <0.05 and the coefficient value of Determination (R2) 80.11%. This means that approximately 80.11% of employee commitment and organizational culture factors have a significant influence on employee job performance. Partial test showed that the partial coefficient of determination values contained in the organizational culture variables for (r2) = 54.58% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 7.515> ttable = 1.678 and ttable variables for employee commitment (r2) = 78, 74% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 13.196> ttable = 1.678. These results indicate that organizational cultural factors and employee commitment have a significant relationship influence on employee job performance of the Riau Province Regional Secretariat (SetDa).

Effects of Green Silver Nano Particles on the Resistence Gram Negavtive Bacteria

Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium are the type of gram negative bacteria that can cause different healthcare associated infections. Silver nanoparticles are considered to be used in various applications against bacteria that are opposed to to common antibiotics or even multidrug resistant bacteria as the E. coli and S. typhimurium. In this study, the facile methodology is used for the synthesis of tetracycline capped AgNPs as reducing and capping agent. The formation of the AgNPs was examined by UV?Vis spectroscopy. This characterization confirmed the formation of AgNPs by exciting the surface Plasmon resonance at 407 nm. The Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) further inveterate the face centered cubic structure in pure phase. This work was also evaluated the antibacterial activity of synthesized silver nanoparticles against examined bacterial strains as E. coli and S. typhimurium resistant to large number of antibiotics. Regarding antibacterial susceptibility tests, studied bacterial strains showed great sensitivity for synthesized silver nanoparticles. These activities were dose dependent when compared to tetracycline. By using well diffusion method a considerable Zone of Inhibition (ZOI) towards bacterial strains were observed. This high antibacterial potential can be utilized against others lethal pathological bacterial strain for future pharmaceutical products. Moreover, these findings could also pave the way for further investigations such as against sewerage water and waste material reduction.
