ہندوستان کے ایک مشہور ادیب وشاعر کے ساتھ یورپ کے ایک نامور مستشرق کابھی ماتم کرناہے۔ان کانام ڈینی سن راس تھا۔سرکاخطاب رکھتے تھے۔ عربی اورترکی ادبیات پراُن کی نظر وسیع تھی۔لندن کے مشہور اسکول آف اورینٹل اسڈیز کے ڈائریکٹر رہے اوراس سے پہلے مدرسہ عالیہ کلکتہ کے بھی پرنسپل رہ چکے تھے۔ اورپھر سب سے بڑی بات یہ ہے کہ اس علم وفضل کے باوصف مارگیولیوتھ ایسے متعصب مستشرقین کے برخلاف سرڈینی سن راس مسٹر آرنلڈ کی طرح اسلام اورمسلمانوں کے ساتھ ایک بڑی حد تک دوستانہ روش رکھتے تھے۔افسوس ہے گذشتہ ماہ اُن کے انتقال سے یورپ کے علمی حلقے السنۂ مشرقیہ کے ایک نامور فاضل سے محروم ہوگئے۔ [اکتوبر۱۹۴۰ء]
Thematic learning is learning with a theme to combine several lessons so that it can provide a meaningful experience to students. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of thematic learning on the learning motivation of grade V students at SDN 002 Sungai Pinang Dalam Samarinda in the 2019/2020 learning year. This type of research is ex post facto research, because there is no control over the independent variables. This study consists of two variables, namely the independent variable and one dependent variable. The independent variable is the implementation of thematic learning (X). The dependent variable is student learning motivation (Y). The population of this study were class V students of the 2019/2020 learning year at SDN 002 Sungai Pinang Dalam. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques were data normality test, homogeneity test, data linearity test and simple linear regression test. Researchers also do not make arrangements or manipulate the independent variables. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the implementation of thematic learning on the learning motivation of grade V students at SDN 002 Sungai Pinang Dalam Samarinda for the 2019/2020 learning year with a moderate determination coefficient value of 0.50 or 50%. From the regression equation Y = 14.774 + 0.759X, it can be seen that the consistency value of the thematic learning implementation variable is 14.774 while the X regression coefficient is 0.759 which states that every 1% of thematic learning (X) implementation will increase student learning motivation by 0.759. The regression coefficient is positive, thus it can be said that the direction of the influence of the thematic learning implementation variable on student learning motivation is positive.
Every nation has their own religious marital and family laws, in which they give respect and importance more than their
own lives, likewise in Pakistan the family laws are thoroughly based on according to the Holy Quran and Shariat
Mohammadi. In Pakistani law the ways that are described to reform and optimize the family problem are according to
Quran and permitted in Sharia or mentioned in Shariat. Howbeit in Pakistani family law ordinance 1961 there are some
section and articles that's are against sharia, which have been studied in thesis. Each section of Islamic family law is
important for society. That is accepted by all societies. Quran and Sunnah also declared other than this aspect ethical
and religious need and emphasize of its implication and declared as "Anbia ki sunnat" (Way of Prophets).
Islam motivated us to do nikkah to keep us away from the unethically evil thing and give us a chance to build a strong
relation in happy marital life.
Thesis is compiled in a series of chapters by keeping the modernistic principles of report/thesis writing on the 'Effects
of Un-Islamic mores on established family law on the society in the view of Islamic law. Chapter 1 describes the
definition of society in the view of Islamic laws. Chapter 2 consist of importance, need and source of the Islamic family
laws. Chapter 3 describe and determine the purpose of Islamic family laws also explained the importance of religious
sectarianism by keeping the family laws in Sunni and Shia. Chapter 4 contains the discussion on the inclusion of un-
Islamic mores and theirs effect on the family laws with the obviation and betterment.
