اختر الایمان (پیدائش: 12 نومبر 1915ء — وفات: 9 مارچ 1996ئ) ضلع بجنوراترپردیش کی تحصیل نجیب آباد میں پیدا ہوئے تھے۔ ان کے والد کا نام مولوی فتح محمد تھا۔اختر الایمان جدید نظم کے مایہ ناز شاعر ہیں اور انہوں نے بالی ووڈ کو بھی خوب سیراب کیا ہے۔ اخترالایمان کا پیدائشی نام راؤ فتح محمد رکھا گیا تھا۔ راؤ اس راجپوت گھرانے کی وجہ سے تھا، جن سے ان کا تعلق تھا۔ اسی نام کی مناسبت سے ان کے گاؤں کا نام راؤ کھیڑی تھا۔ انہیں 1963ء میں فلم دھرم پوتر میں بہتری مکالمہ کے لیے فلم فیئر اعزاز سے نوازا گیا۔ یہی اعزاز انہیں 1966ء میں فلم وقت (فلم) کے لیے بھی ملا۔ 1962ء میں انہیں اردو میں اپنی خدمات کے لیے ساہتیہ اکیڈمی اعزاز ملا۔ یہ اعزاز ان کا مجموعہ یادیں کے لیے دیا گیا تھا۔
ابتدائی زندگی اور تعلیم:
ان کی ولادت 1915ء میں پتھر گنج، نجیب آباد ، بجنور ضلع، اتر پردیش، بھارت میں ہوئی۔ انہوں نے ابتدائی تعلیم بجنور میں ہی حاصل کی جہاں ان کی ملاقات اردو شاعر خورشید الاسلام سے ہوئی۔ وہ علی گڑھ مسلم یونیورسٹی میں معلم تھے اور رالف رسل سے ان کا گہرا واسطہ تھا۔ اختر الایمان نے ذاکر حسین دہلی کالج سے گریجویشن کی تعلیم مکمل کی۔
کیریئر:
یوں تو اردو شاعری میں غزل کا بول بالا رہا ہے اور ابتداء ہر شاعر غزل میں طبع آزامائی کرتا ہے مگر اخترالایمان نے غزم کی بجائے نظم کو ترجیح دی اور ایک کامیاب نظم کے شاعر بن کر ابھرے۔ یہ بات الاگ ہے کہ ان کی زبان غیر شاعرانہ ہے۔ لیکن ان کا پیغام بہت موثر ہے۔
شاعرانہ نام کی وجہ:
اس قلمی نام کو چننے کی وجہ یہ تھی کہ اس سے 1334ھ کا سال نکلتا ہے جو 1915ء اور 1916ء کو محیط ہے۔...

Keeping track with the growing literature on Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah and his role in the modern Indian politics, may be an interesting and stimulating undertaking for the students of history. One thing is quite obvious that with the passage of time both in Pakistan and India—more so in the latter than in the former—the official historiography is being surpassed by historians aspiring to look into the partition afresh. The official historiographies in India and Pakistan had remained in vogue, in both countries, particularly during the initial two decades. This may be attributed to the momentum of respective Muslim and the Indian nationalist movements, which dominated the intellectual horizon in the two countries after independence. The postcolonial states in the two countries also relied heavily on their respective pre-partition nationalist assertions to construct their ideological edifices while aspiring to legitimize the state authorities. It was during the 1970s, that historians amassed courage to question some of the logical inconsistencies enwrapped in the official nationalist historical claims. With this there arose the urge to look into the historical roles of some of the most prominent political figures of pre-partition era. Thus while on the one hand Gandhi, Nehru, Patel, Ambedkar, etc, came under new searchlights, on the other, Jinnah’s role was revisited with fresh and objective outlook. The new versions were also subjected to questions and historians have since been involved in responding to points raised by each other.

Dynamical Control Systems: Design, Modelling, Simulation in Distributed and Local Environment

The work presented in this thesis addresses the dynamical control systems regarding manufacturing, industrial processing and transportation, in local and distributed environment adapting simplified design techniques. This enhances the control strategies giving multi-agents based autonomous capabilities. A new design model of fuzzy logic discrete event (DEV) control system under time constrain is proposed and implemented for industrial applications. Three systems: grinding and mixing fuzzy logic time control system, liquids mixing fuzzy logic time control system, and multi- dimensional supervisory control industrial processing system using fuzzy time control are designed. In this regard, a simplified design approach is adapted to reduce the complexity of memory based fuzzy systems and to enhance the controllability and stability of the systems. Design of: fuzzifier, inference engine, rule base, deffuzifiers, and DEV control system, is discussed. Time control fuzzy rules are formulated, applied and tested using MATLAB simulation for the systems. The simulation results of each proposed application are found in agreement with the design based calculated results. For vehicles automation, multi-agents based autonomous railway vehicles control model is designed. In this regard, a new speed scheduling, management and control model is established to meet the requirements of modern autonomous train systems. This research work proposes to develop a novel control system to enhance the efficiency of the vehicles under constraints of various conditions: hard conditions; junction track condition, track clearance, and crossing gates condition, flexible conditions; environment monitoring, track condition, and tilting condition. Various development techniques to establish the multi-agents based autonomous railway vehicles control system are discussed and proposed for implementation using high tech microelectronics technology. The design and simulation work is carried out at the laboratories of GC University Lahore Pakistan, and The School of Electronics and Engineering-SEE, Edinburgh University U.K during research fellowship to work with system level integration group SLIg using MATLAB-simulink, and Xilinx 10.1 suit for ISE and DSP tools.
