رموزِ بے خودی
تین سال بعد اپریل 1918ء کے پہلے ہفتہ میں یہ شائع ہوئی۔ یہ اسرار خودی کا دوسرا حصہ یا تکملہ ہے۔ خودی انسان کی انفرادی عظمت کے احساس کا نام ہے۔ افرادمل کر معاشرہ یا سماج کی تشکیل کرتے ہیں انسانوں کے گروہ سے معاشرے تشکیل پاتے ہیں۔ خود کو ملت میں ضم کر دینا ہی بے خودی ہے۔ بارش کا ایک قطرہ تنہا کچھ نہیں کر سکتا۔ بہت سے قطرے مل کر سیلاب کا باعث بن جاتے ہیں جس سے بستیاں بہہ جاتی ہیں۔ ریت کا ایک ذرہ کچھ بھی نہیں کر سکتا۔ جب کہ بہت سے ذرات مل کر صحرا میں طوفان برپا کر دیے ہیں۔ گویا اجتماعی خودی در اصل بے خودی ہے ۔ کسی ایک انسان کی برتری کا احساس خطرناک ہو سکتا ہے اس کا تنہا فیصلہ یا کار کردگی ہلاکت یا آمریت کا سبب بن سکتی ہے۔
1920ء میں پروفیسر نکلسن نے دونوں کتابوں کا انگریزی میں ترجمہ کیا۔ 1923ء میں دونوں کتابوں کو ملا کر اسرار و رموز کے نام سے شائع کیا گیا۔ رموز بے خودی کے موضوعات بھی فکر انگیز ہیں۔ اخوت، مساوات اور حریت کی عمدہ مثالیں ہیں۔ اسلام میں امومت کا مقام، حضرت فاطمتہ الزہراؓ ، مستورات اسلام سے خطاب اور تفسیر سورہ اخلاص جیسے موضوعات اس مثنوی رموز بے خودی میں شامل ہیں ۔ملت اسلامیہ کے بنیادی ارکان میں توحید اور رسالت پر گفتگو کی گئی ہے۔ دونوں مثنویوں کا اختتام عرض حال بحضور رحمت اللعالمینؐ ایک پرسوز کیفیت کا حامل ہے۔
The scholars of Hadith gave special attention to the fabricated hadith and they explained it to others and warned about its danger. They all agreed upon it that transmission of fabricated report is unlawful only one way is lawful if the status of this report is narrated with its transmission. Some great scholars of hadith like Mizzi, Zahabi and Ibn Hajr have pointed out that in the sunan of Ibn Maja there are some fabricated and false ahadith. I took interest in study of these fabricated ahadith and I separated them and studied these ahadith according to the Principles of research of this filed. You will find during the study of this paper the importance of Sunan among the six books. You will study comments of scholars about this book. After complete study of this paper, we can conclude following points: 1. There are forty-four fabricated ahadith in Sunan of Ibn Maja. 2. These ahadith are found in five books except one, hadith is narrated by only Ibn Maja. 3. Ibn Maja declared about only one hadith that it is baseless. 4. Ibn Juzi mentioned only seven ahadith in his book fabricated ahadith. 5. Imam Bausairi showed indefference in commenting and declaring these ahadith as fabricated in his book Misbah-uz- zujazah. Although there are clear signs of fabrication in these ahadith.
Extraction of Quince hydrogel (QH) was accomplished from seeds of Cydonia oblonga M (Quince) by hot water extraction method. Characterization of QH was accomplished by using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetic analysis (TGA). Swelling of QH was carried out in deionized water, buffer solutions of pH 1.2, 6.8 and 7.4 by using gravimetric analysis, inferring that QH showed high swelling capacity in deionized water and buffer solutions of pH 7.4 and 6.8 while minor swelling was noticed in acidic buffer of pH 1.2, indicating QH as a potential biomaterial for fabrication of targeted drug delivery. Kinetic models were also applied to the swelling data acquired from swelling studies. It was concluded that swelling of QH in deionized water and phosphate buffers of pH 6.8 and 7.4 followed second order swelling kinetics. Responsiveness of QH to concentration of electrolytes was also ascertained by carrying out swelling of QH in different molar concentrations of NaCl and KCl solutions (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 M). The QH was deduced to be responsive to concentration of electrolytes, showing a decrease in swelling capacity with increasing molar concentration of electrolytes. Swelling deswelling (on-off) response of QH was also evaluated in water and ethanol, water and normal saline and phosphate buffer of pH 7.4 and acidic buffer of pH 1.2. When water swollen QH was immersed into saline and ethanol, deswelling of QH was noticed however, deswelling in ethanol was abrupt as compared to deswelling in saline solution. Similar swelling deswelling response was noticed in phosphate buffer of pH 7.4 and acidic buffer of pH 1.2. These findings prove QH to be stimuli sensitive biomaterial with potential to be used in developing stimuli responsive drug delivery system.
