افسوس ہے کہ مشہور صحافی اور قومی آواز کے لائق مدیر جناب عثمان غنی ۲۴؍ اگست کی شب میں انتقال کرگئے، اناﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون۔
مرحوم عرصہ سے بیمار اور کینسر کے موذی مرض میں مبتلا تھے، علاج کے لیے میڈیکل کالج میں داخل تھے، وہیں پیام اجل آگیا، ۲۵؍ اگست کو جمعہ کی نماز کے بعد امین آباد کچہری روڈ کی مرکز والی مسجد میں ان کی پہلی نماز جنازہ مولانا متین میاں فرنگی محلی کی اقتدا میں ادا کی گئی اور دوسری جنازہ کی نماز عیش باغ کی مسجد میں عید گاہ کے نائب امام مولانا خالد رشید فرنگی محلی نے پڑھائی اور عیش باغ کے قبرستان میں سپرد خاک کیے گئے۔
عثمان غنی صاحب کی تعلیم جامعہ ملیہ اسلامیہ دہلی، علی گڑھ مسلم یونیورسٹی اور لکھنو یونیورسٹی میں ہوئی تھی، ان کی صحافتی زندگی کا آغاز علی گڑھ ہی میں ہوگیا تھا جب انہوں نے اپنے بعض ساتھیوں سے مل کر یونیورسٹی ٹائمز نکالا تھا، پھر وہ اردو کے مشہور جریدہ ’’قومی آواز‘‘ سے اس وقت منسلک ہوئے جب وہ مرحوم حیات اﷲ انصاری کی ادارت میں نکلتا تھا، ان کے اور جناب عشرت علی صدیقی کے دور ادارت کے بعد یہ اس کے چیف ایڈیٹر ہوئے لیکن اسی دور میں نامساعد حالات کی بنا پر اخبار بند ہوگیا، اس کے بعد عارضی طور پر انہوں نے ’’قومی خبریں‘‘ کی ادارت سنبھالی، اس کے بعد کسی اور اخبار کی ادارت کی پیش کش قبول نہیں کی۔
عثمان غنی مرحوم کے اداریے پر مغز اور متوازن ہوتے تھے، اردو اور انگریزی دونوں پر انہیں پوری قدرت تھی، سائنس، تاریخ، سیاست اور نئے علوم پر ان کی اچھی نظر تھی، وہ اصلاً سائنس کے طالب علم تھے لیکن ریاضی بھی ان کی دلچسپی کی چیز تھی، ہر موضوع سے متعلق ان کی معلومات تازہ...

This research article consist unique study regarding constitution of Human being character building in the thoughts of eminent philosopher Shah Wali Ullah (1703-1764). In present critique the focus has been made to explore how individual characters build in the specific environments? How surrounding effects on the character building? Moreover linkage of Islamic ‘IB└DA and its positive impact on the Muslim society has been explored. In interpretation of Shah Wali Ullah, All ‘IB└DA are like tools which lead to generate four basic ethics i.e purity and transparency capitulation, gainful and abstinence. These are the basic moral code which are the ultimate result of the four kind of ‘IB└DA i.e prayer, fasting, zakat and hajj. Muslim has inestimable inner power in the form of six lat┐’ef )اطلفئ, )which ultimately resulted upon the change of behavior. Character building are etiquettes, noble practices, decentness and good morality. It is generally refers to a code of conduct, that an individual group or society hold as authoritative in distinguishing right from wrong. Ethics are phenomenon values and can develop up to reasonable universal standards. Conduct in Islam governs all aspects of life and specifically addresses such principles as truthfulness, honesty, trust, sincerity, brotherhood and justice, while Islam forbid false, conspiracy, dodge, rude, irascibility, corruption. To materialize the virtues and disgrace the fake a role model prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) were deputed from Allah to guide the human being. So In present article character building in the theory of Shah Wali Ullah especially while in other Muslims scholars in general has diagnosed.

Synthesis and Characterization of Graphene and Graphene Based Polymer Composites

Thin films composites of Poly (ethylene oxide) - Graphene Oxide were fabricated with and without Lithium salts by solvent cast method. With different contents of salt polymer -GO complexes, the ionic conductivity of these composites was examined at various temperatures. The Arrhenius conductance plots were utilized to determine the impacts of temperature and Graphene Oxide concentration. It is revealed that the conductance of the system considerably enhances with the incorporation of salts in pure PEO. The conductance has enhanced approximately 1000 times due to the addition of Graphene oxide in comparison with that of pure PEO. On measuring the activation energies for all the three systems it was seen that the system with pure PEO showed greater activation energy while it exhibit considerable decline due to the incorporation of LiClO4 and LiCl salts in the system and more decrease on adding Graphene Oxide. The addition of GO in PEO decreases crystallinity and the amorphous region increases local mobility of polymer chain which in turn results in decreased activation energy. XRD study reveals that amorphicity in the composite increasing with increasing GO contents. SEM analysis demonstrate even distribution of GO in polymer matrix. The mechanical investigations demonstrate that the Young modulus and tensile strength remarkably increase with increasing GO contents. The rheological analysis reveals decrease in apparent viscosity and complex viscosity while increase in shear thinning and Storage modulus. The thermal stability studies reveal that mixing of GO has improved a little bit the thermal stability of the films. The dispersion behavior of Graphene oxide (GO) prepared by modified Hummer’s method was also studied in ten different solvents namely Water, Tetrahydrofuran(THF), Dimethyl Formamide(DMF), Ethylene Glycol, xxviii Acetone, Pyridine, 2-Propanol, Methanol, Ethanol, and Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO). The effect of sonication and addition of surfactant (Sodium Cholate) on dispersion behavior was also investigated. Homogeneous dispersions were found in all freshly prepared GO solutions but they were short lived. The dispersions were then left as such for three weeks and after three weeks they were observed again. It was found that stable dispersions were left only in some solvents like Water, THF, DMF, Ethylene Glycol and Pyridine. Finally in a separate set of experiment we treated the GO solutions in all these solvents with surfactant (Sodium Cholate) and sonication (400 Hrs) to see the dispersion behavior. It was observed that stable dispersion remained only in few solvents like Water, DMF, Ethylene Glycol and Pyridine. These were most stable and showed no sedimentation or settling down of GO even after three weeks. These solvents are easily available and can be effectively used for dispersion formation and further processing of graphene.
